Clow Call for the Rescue Rangers

(Cubed Cinder; idea by Grey)

Winifred walked back into her prison cell with the same grumpy face as always, and why not? Once again she was asked to spend 10 hours of the day sweeping the dirty floors of the prison complex. To be locked up in jail was bad enough, but to do such a mundane task over and over and over for the past couple weeks infuriated Winifred to her wit's end, and it didn't help when the officer muttered something as he closed her cell behind her.
"Well, another job well done sweeping the floors. Good night, Freddy!" the officer said as he locked up Winifred's cell and walked away. Winifred gnashed her teeth as she clutched the bars of her cell.
"DON'T CALL ME FREDDY!!!" Winifred shouted as her voice echoed through the hallway, with some of the other prisoners shushing Winifred from afar. Winifred turned around and plopped herself on the bed, sighing.
"To think I could've had it all, if it wasn't for that traitorous bat Foxglove and her chipmunk friend! Oooooooh! What are chipmunks doing wearing red Hawaiian-type shirts anyway!?" Winifred said.
Before she could complain anymore, however, she looked down on the floor where she saw a faint glow of light underneath her bed. She reached underneath and pulled out a hand-sized satchel. Winifred then smiled.
"Ahhhh… finally. The last of my magic dust has absorbed enough sunlight from the window. Tomorrow, I can escape from this dump and then plot my revenge… or better yet, rule the entire world once I get my hands on those cards!" Winifred said. She then tucked the satchel into her blouse and then laid down in her rickety rackety bed, anxious for the morning sun to rise again.

The next day, Winifred was rudely awakened by the sound of an officer's baton beating on the bars of her cell.
"Alrighty, lady! Time to get up and start sweeping!" the officer said.
"But of course, officer. Thank you for being such a gentleman." Winifred said with an unexpectedly cheerful tone as she got up from her bed, stretched, and then walked out of the cell. The officer shrugged and then closed the cell. Another officer handed Winifred both a mop and a bucket of water.
"Here you are, Freddy! Get mopping!" the officer said.
"Don't call me… ahem… yes, officer." Winifred said, doing her best to keep her anger in check. She got sweeping, watching as the officers walked away. With nobody in uniform watching her, that's when she had her chance. She reached into her blouse and pulled out the satchel from last night. She had to be quick because it was still glowing from last night. She opened up the satchel and took as much magic dust as she could, spreading it all over the mop she was holding.

As she tucked the satchel back into her prison outfit, she watched as the mop she was holding had a golden glow.
"Hmmm… hopefully this works as I'm imagining." Winifred said. That's when she put the mop between her legs, and then she concentrated. Suddenly the mop was floating in mid air and she was riding it like a cowboy on a horse.
"Hahaha! It works, it works!!!" Winifred said, cackling like crazy as she flew in circles around the immediate area.
"Hey! What are you doing!?" a male voice said. That's when Winifred looked over and saw a couple stunned officers.
"What does it look like, boys? I'm checking out of this dump! Hahaha!" Winifred said as she zoomed right past the officers, all of whom dove out of the way. One of those officers immediately reached for his radio.
"Sound the alarm! Freddy is escaping!" the officer shouted. Even as the alarms all blared loudly through every hallway, Winifred laughed and laughed all the way as she sped past the cells.
As she approached a set of double doors, she saw another set of officers who held their hands out.
"You! Stop right there!" the officer shouted.
"Out of the way, coppers!!!" Winifred shouted as she flew at high speed towards the officers. Like the last group, they had to jump out of the way to avoid getting plowed over by the woman and her flying mop. Winifred crashed right through the double doors, breaking them off her hinges. That's when she saw a most beautiful sight… the outside world.
"HAHAHA!!! I'm free! Free at last!" Winifred said.

However, she actually couldn't celebrate for long, as she suddenly found it hard to control the mop with it wanting to go in the opposite direction of where Winifred wanted to go.
"Arrrrgh! The dust! It's not strong enough! I'm losing control of my mop!" Winifred said. She fought for what felt like forever to regain control of the mop… not realizing she was flying up and down a mountainous path that eventually led to a ball-shaped building at the top.

And that ball-shaped building belonged to none other than Professor Nimnul. He was sitting at one of his workbenches carefully trying to tie two wires together.
But in true Nimnul fashion, when the wires made contact, they caused an explosion that briefly filled the room with smoke. Once it cleared, Nimnul and his lab coat were covered from top to bottom in black dust that he quickly shook off.
"Arrrrgh! There I go again, getting my wires crossed!" Nimnul said. He got up from his workbench and stormed out, going through the doors that automatically opened. He was now in his 'generator' room, filled with empty cages that were once filled with cats for a plan that got foiled by, speaking of…
"Ever since those rodents came into my life, I've had nothing but failures, failures, and more failures! I, Norton Nimnul, should not know the definition of failure!" Nimnul said.

Before he could vent anymore, however, he heard a voice screaming from outside. The automatic double doors opened and that's when Winifred came flying in at high speed. Nimnul dove out of the way while Winifred bounced around the generator room like a pinball, causing cage doors and pieces of metal to dislodge and fall to the floor. Finally Winifred crash landed at the base of the generator in a circular hole cut out of the floor. She stuck her head out and rubbed her head with her hands.
"Whoa… did anyone get the license plate of that giant golf ball on the mountain?" Winifred said in a spaced out tone. Professor Nimnul, meanwhile, marched towards the woman looking like he was ready to blow off some steam.
"What do you think you're doing!? Don't you know how to knock!? Or use a doorbell!?" Nimnul said. Winifred shook her head and traded disgruntled looks with the professor.
"Oh pipe down, short stuff! Where am I, anyway!?" Winifred shouted.
"At my laboratory. Professor Nimnul's laboratory, to be exact! Now where is my anti-trespasser security system remote?" Nimnul said as he dug around both the inside and outside of his lab coat.
"Wait… you're Nimnul? I've heard of your antics." Winifred said.
"Hmph! And I bet you laughed too… just like the rest of the city did with all my inventions!" Nimnul said.
"For your information, I was busy with perfecting my witchcraft!" Winifred said.
"Witchcraft? Is that what you call flying around my lab and almost bringing it down with you!?" Nimnul said.
"Bleh! I can fly a mop MUCH better than that normally, if only I had more magic power!" Winifred said as she finally helped herself out of the hole.

That's when Nimnul took notice of the prison outfit she was wearing.
"A prison outfit? Did you escape recently?" Nimnul asked.
"As a matter of fact, I did. Winifred's the name, but I could use your help, Mr. Nimnul. I need to get revenge on some rodents." Winifred said.
"Huh? Rodents? By chance… are you talking about two chipmunks, a fly, and two mice? One of them fat and the other a girl?" Nimnul asked.
"You've encountered them as well!?" Winifred shouted.
"Yes! They've ruined many of my schemes in the past!" Nimnul said.
"Then we have a common enemy. I need to replenish my magic energy as quickly as possible, and I know just the thing I need to make it a piece of cake to destroy them. The Clow Cards." Winifred said.
"The Clow Cards? Sounds more like something you'd use in a Japanese card game." Nimnul said.
"Arrrrgh! Don't you have some big computer database laying around that has the answers to everything!?" Winifred asked.
"Alright, alright, I'll look it up! Sheesh… you sound like a bratty little sister I could've had. Thankfully my parents decided one nerdy child was enough." Nimnul said as he walked over to a nearby computer and typed in a bunch of commands. Soon, images appeared of cards one by one with designs of different creatures or women of different ages on the cards.

"Yes, there they are. Created by an ancient sorcerer named Clow Reed, they contain some of the most powerful magic ever seen in the Eastern and Western worlds. Every kind of power you can think of is possible… wind, water, fire, the power to create…" Winifred said, only to be interrupted by Nimnul.
"Yeah, yeah, big deal. How do you know all this!?" Nimnul asked.
"It's called a library. Perhaps you should visit one someday." Winifred said.
"Ooooooh… I hate it when someone is snarky! But never mind that, will these cards really and truly defeat those rodents?" Nimnul asked.
"Once I have all 52 of them in my possession, yes. They'll be destroyed ten times over! Hahahahaha!!!" Winifred said.
"Hahahahaha!!! Okay, so where do we find them?" Nimnul asked as he took a sip from a nearby cup of coffee.
"Japan." Winifred said, causing Nimnul to spit out his coffee all over the monitor.
"Japan!? As in the land of the rising sun? Tokyo? Kyoto? Are you insane!?" Nimnul said.
"That's where you come in. I can't exactly jump on a plane. I'm sure I'm on the top 10 wanted criminals list now that I've escaped from prison!" Winifred said.
"Yeah, well, I don't exactly have frequent flyer miles either… and besides, what's in it for me?" Nimnul said. Winifred could tell the professor wasn't so eager to team up with anyone else, and that's when she smiled.
"When we've disposed of those annoying rodents and I've fully absorbed the magic of those cards… you can sell them for a fortune. I hear just one of those cards goes for thousands and thousands of dollars." Winifred said. That's when Nimnul's eyes cartoonishly showed dollar signs and he did the math. Thousands and thousands times 52… just the mere thought of becoming a multi-millionaire was enough to quickly sway him.
"Sold, my dear lady! You've got yourself a partnership!" Nimnul said.
"Good! Now step aside while I check for the soonest departing flight for Japan…" Winifred said as she gently bumped the professor aside and she worked her fingers on the keyboard, looking for tickets for two from the city to Japan. Already some expensive prices were coming up, which almost threw Nimnul for a loop.
"Whew… those are expensive plane tickets, but I suppose it will be worth it in the end." Nimnul said. Winifred then turned around and gritted her teeth.
"Well, don't just stand there! Make yourself useful and find some disguises that will get us through the airport!!!" Winifred said.
"Yes, ma'am! Right away, ma'am! Ouch!" Nimnul said as he whacked himself on the head with a wrench he was holding with his saluting hand.

Meanwhile, inside the biggest tree in the park was the headquarters of the Rescue Rangers. The group was headed by Chip and Dale, two gumshoes who pick up the slack because there's no case too big and no case too small for them or their friends, which included Monterey Jack, Gadget Hackwrench, Zipper, and two new recruits in training... Tammy the squirrel girl and Foxglove the bat girl. At the moment, however, everyone except Gadget, who was not in the room presently, was watching some old romance movie (judging by the black-and-white colors) on the TV.
"Oh, Chip. Maybe one day we can go on a cruise ship with just the stars above our heads." Tammy said as she once again flirted with Chip, who squirmed in the opposite direction as Tammy leaned closer and closer.
"Er, um, sure, whatever you say, Tammy." Chip said. The same thing happened between Foxglove and Dale.
"What do you say, Dale? Just you and me flying over the open sea, with you in your new hang glider." Foxglove said.
"Er, um, sure, whatever you say, Foxglove." Dale said as he nudged the opposite way as well, eventually causing Chip and Dale to bump backs with each other.
"Hey, dummy! Stop hogging my personal space!" Chip said as he bumped Dale in the back, knocking him off the couch. Watching all this was Monty and Zipper.
"Heh heh… glad you and me don't gotta worry about any girlfriends. Eh, Zipper?" Monty said. Zipper just said a bunch of gibberish and nodded his head.

Just then, the movie suddenly cut off and was replaced with the graphic 'SPECIAL NEWS BULLETIN.'
"Good afternoon. We interrupt this broadcast to bring you this breaking news in the interest of public safety. Early this morning, there appeared to be an attempted escape at the prison complex. Eyewitnesses report seeing a middle-aged woman with red hair breaking out while flying on a mop. It is currently unclear how such a phenomenon is possible, but if you see this woman, contact the police immediately! In other breaking news…" the newswoman said. The newscast continued, but the part about a woman breaking out while flying on a mop caught the attention of the Rescue Rangers.
"A woman flying on a mop? Crikey!" Monty said.
"Uh oh… there's only one person I know that could do that!" Foxglove said with a suddenly worried look on her face.
"Winifred!" Chip, Dale, and Foxglove all shouted.
"Winifred? I don't think I've been told about her." Tammy said.
"She's bad news, Tammy!" Chip said.
"Yeah, she tried to become a full witch, but fortunately we managed to keep her from finishing her witch brew… with help from Foxglove who broke from her ranks, of course." Dale said. Foxglove smiled and wrapped one of her wings around Dale's back.
"Mmmhmm… that was as soon as I laid eyes on you, big boy." Foxglove said.
"Awww, shucks…" Dale said as his face blushed a bright red.

Suddenly, Gadget joined up with the group in the room.
"Guys, we've got a big problem!" Gadget said.
"We know! Winifred's broken out of prison… it was just reported on the news!" Chip said.
"Oh, well, we've still got a big problem! Come here and listen to what I picked up on the scanner!" Gadget said. Everyone ran (or flew in Zipper's case) into the room with many of Gadget's electronic equipment.
"What's up, Gadget love?" Monty asked.
"You guys remember I managed to place that tap inside Professor Nimnul's lab, right? That way we could know ahead of time what invention he's trying to make this time. Well, it self activated and I picked up this conversation, after of course I cleaned up the audio using some advanced software..." Gadget said.
"Gadget, no offense, but you're going off on a scientific rant again!" Tammy said.
"Right… sorry. Thanks, Tammy. Anyway, listen up." Gadget said as she pushed a nearby button. The group soon heard the voices of both Nimnul and Winifred.
"…we have a common enemy.
"That's definitely Freddy's voice." Foxglove said.

The group kept listening to the conversation, all the way until they mentioned finding disguises for the airport.
"Japan? Clow Cards? What's she talking about, Foxglove?" Chip asked.
"I don't know. There were many things she kept from me even while I watched her study her magic." Foxglove said.
"Well, either way, we've got to get to Japan right away and find these Clow Cards before Winifred does." Gadget said.
"But how will we know what to look for?" Chip asked.
"I'll just bring my best energy scanner. It'll pick up almost anything out of the ordinary!" Gadget said.
"We better get to the airport, pronto!" Monty said.
"Monty's right! It's important we catch the same flight that Winifred and Nimnul will be on! Rescue Rangers away!" Chip shouted.
"I looooooooove when he says that." Tammy said as she followed everyone else out of headquarters.

Meanwhile, at the airport, Winifred and Nimnul were making their way to the airport wearing their disguises. They both looked like ancient Japanese samurai.
"I gotta say, professor. Your clothes making machinery was spot on." Winifred said.
"Oooof… it may be spot on, but it sure isn't comfortable! How did these guys ever win any battles back in the day!?" Nimnul said.
"Oh, stop complaining! Try and act like we're going to a samurai convention." Winifred said as the two approached the ticket counter. They were able to each get a ticket all the way to a part of Japan known as Tomoeda. What they didn't know was that they were being watched and heard by two of their enemies. Foxglove hung on the ceiling of the ticket office while Zipper flew around the heads of both. Once they got the information they needed, they flew all the way up to the ceiling of the overall airport, eventually flying out the open window where they saw the rest of the Rescue Rangers aboard the Ranger Plane. Zipper mumbled his info into Monty's ear.
"Zipper says they're heading for gate D23!" Monty said.
"Flight N640JP to be exact." Foxglove said.
"Great! Gate D23, here we come!" Gadget said. She fired the Ranger Plane back up after Foxglove and Zipper took their seats.
"Isn't this exciting, Chip? My first mission outside this city! Oooooh… I wonder what my Mom and little sister, Binky, will think." Tammy said.
"Just remember, Tammy! This is not a romantic getaway… we're on a serious mission to stop two serious villains!" Chip said.
"You're right, Chip. I'm sorry. I'll remain objective." Tammy said.
"Now, now, don't be too hard on the sheila. I myself am looking forward to Japan. I don't recall ever visiting that country, not even with the great Geegaw." Monty said.
The Rescue Rangers flew the Ranger Plane to the jet bridge that connected Gate D23 to the plane. After visually confirming Winifred and Nimnul through the clear plexiglass tunnel in their samurai costumes walking into the plane, the Ranger Plane attached itself with its plunger feet to the top of the aircraft, where it would ride all the way to Japan (hey, it worked for other faraway trips, like China and Hawaii!)

Many hours later, the plane finally made it to Tomoeda, Japan. The Rescue Rangers had plenty of time to sleep, eat junk food, and most importantly, talk about their plan.
"We're here, mates!" Monty shouted.
"And look! There go Winifred and Nimnul!" Chip said.
"Let's tail them!" Dale said.
"Wait! My energy scanner is already going through the roof! I don't know what it is, but it's gotta be what the two are looking for." Gadget said.
"And given Freddy's knack for sensing magic, she'll surely lead us right to it!" Foxglove said.
"Hey, good thinking there, Foxglove! You've certainly got smarts." Dale said with a smile.
"All for you, sugar plum." Foxglove said, causing Dale to blush.
"Alright, let's follow them. We'll have to lay low so we don't attract too much attention." Gadget said. After flying the Ranger Plane off the airplane and into an open window at the airport, Gadget landed the plane on the ground and switched it to a walker type mode. Despite some people looking down at them, the rangers navigated their way around the crowd and kept up with Winifred and Nimnul. Monty looked up at the many people trying to get around.
"Crikey! Japan sure is one crowded nation!" Monty said.
"I'm not surprised… with over 120 million people." Tammy said. Everyone, including Chip, looked over at Tammy with shock and awe.
"What? I did my homework before becoming a Rescue Ranger." Tammy said.

Winifred and Nimnul were navigating their way through the airport until they finally found an empty slot. That's when they shed their samurai disguises and were now both in their normal outfits… which attracted attention from Winifred.
"Do you wear that lab coat everywhere you go?" Winifred said.
"For your information, yes, because you never know when you'll need to come up with a scientific solution!" Nimnul said.
"Anyway, I can sense a hint of magic about 3 miles to the northeast." Winifred said.
"And let me guess, it's that Blow thing you were talking about. Ouch!" Nimnul said, only to be bonked on the head.
"It's Clow, you misinterpreting misanthrope! It's a very faint hint… probably not the whole magic, but an important piece of the puzzle. Come on!" Winifred said.
"Oy… can't we stop and get some sushi!?" Nimnul shouted as he begrudgingly followed from behind, as did the Rescue Rangers (unknown to the villains).

Everyone made it outside. However, Gadget brought the Ranger Plane to a sudden stop.
"Hey! Why did you stop, Gadget?" Chip asked.
"Did you get gum on the plungers again?" Dale asked.
"Golly, no! I'm suddenly picking up another energy source to the west. It's similar to the first signature my scanner caught." Gadget said. Chip looked over and saw the villains walking away.
"We can't let them get too far ahead!" Chip said.
"I know, Chip, but maybe we can steal this source of energy while those two don't know about it yet. Maybe find out what they're all about…" Gadget said.
"How about we split up?" Tammy asked.
"Good idea, Tammy love! Chip, Dale, Zipper, and I should follow them conniving crooks." Monty said. Tammy tried to object as she wanted to go with her 'beloved' Chip, but Gadget was quick to speak next.
"Are you sure, Monty? Japan can be a dangerous place…" Gadget said.
"Nah, don't worry about us, Gadget! You and the girls can go track down that energy source." Chip said. Gadget nodded, and again spoke before Tammy could object.
"Okay. We'll meet back here at the airport entrance. Why don't you four take the Ranger Plane?" Gadget said.
"Roger!" Chip said as he took the controls while Tammy, Foxglove, and Gadget all hopped out.
"Good luck!" Gadget said as she waved the four off and they walked (and later flew) after the villains.
"Come on, girls. We don't have a moment to lose." Gadget said.
"D'ooooooooooh!!!" Tammy said as she repeatedly stamped her foot on the ground.
"What's wrong, Tammy?" Foxglove asked.
"N…nothing." Tammy said, not wanting to let her feelings for Chip get in the way. The two then caught up with Gadget and they carefully made their way down the streets, watching out of course for any people coming in their path.

Meanwhile, the school bell rang outside Tomoeda Elementary School, signaling everyone it was time to go home. The students all walked or ran left and right heading for home, and that of course included two noteworthy students… Sakura Kinomoto and Tomoyo Daidouji.
"Hmmm… that's weird, Sakura. Wasn't Meilin supposed to meet us here?" Tomoyo asked.
"Yeah, she said she'd be right outside the school gates." Sakura said.
"Hey, guys!" a female voice shouted in the distance. Sakura and Tomoro looked where it came from and saw Meiling running towards them.
"Meiling? Where have you been!?" Sakura asked.
"S-s-s-sorry! I was busy talking to Syaoran back in Hong Kong. He says he's sorry he couldn't come and wishes you two the best." Meiling said.
"Awwww… that's okay! He's probably not into Riho Futaba, is he?" Tomoyo asked.
"Haha! He's not much into much else aside from his training, though that's probably a good thing." Meiling said.
"Still, Meiling, it's nice to see you again." Sakura said.
"Likewise. I found this hard to imagine once upon a time, but life is boring not being around you two. I'm really looking forward to this concert you've been telling me about." Meiling said. The three continued to walk down the street until Sakura came to a sudden stop and gasped.

"Sakura, what's wrong?" Tomoyo asked.
"I sense the energy of a Clow Card." Sakura said.
"Huh? No way! I thought you recaptured all of them?" Meiling said.
"And turned them into Sakura Cards." Tomoyo added.
"Yes, but there's no mistake. Whatever this energy is… it has the same attributes as a Clow Card." Sakura said.
"Oh boy oh boy oh boy! That means Sakura gets to try on a new outfit I recently made! This is a most exciting day!" Tomoyo said.
"And let me guess… you have the outfit in your backpack?" Meiling said with a smug smile.
"Of course! And my camcorder too!" Tomoyo said as she pulled the aforementioned items out of her backpack. Sakura's eyes became very small and she had a couple sweatdrops down her head.
"Tomoyo, I always admire your sense of readiness and dedication." Sakura said.
"Thanks! Now come on, let's get you changed already!" Tomoyo said as she grabbed Sakura by one of her hands and dragged her into the nearby alley.
"Okay, okay! Stop pulling!" Sakura shouted.

A couple minutes later, Sakura was out of her school outfit and into what you and I like to call the Blue Star Costume. This costume consists of an extravagant blue dress with yellow bottom edges. The white coat above the dress is long and extends to the ankles and has a yellow stripe on each tip that ends with a star pendant. Above the coat is a short poncho that covers the shoulders: its colored blue with yellow edges around the corners. On the chest is a prominent red star. It also includes wrist length blue gloves and long blue boots with yellow edges that go up over the knees. To top it off is a magician like hat colored blue, like the majority of the costume; with a white stripe crossing it at the base and a yellow border to it and star-shaped pendent at the tip.
Tomoyo applauded as she recorded Sakura in her new outfit from head to toe.
"Teeheehee! This will be another award-winning film in the making!" Tomoyo said.
"*whistles* Even I have to admit you look nice, Sakura. When are you ever going to design some nice clothes for me, Tomoyo!?" Meiling said.
"Seriously, Tomoyo, don't you think maybe this is a bit much? Maybe I'm just sensing too hard and it's nothing at all." Sakura said.
"Bleh! I for one will never doubt your prowess, especially after seeing you and Syaoran work together! Still, don't you think maybe we should let Kero know about this?" Meiling said.
"No. I think it's best if the three of us investigate first. Come on, let's go." Sakura said as she led the way with Tomoyo and Meiling behind her.

Eventually, the trio stopped in front of an old looking house.
"Weird, it's another old, abandoned house… not far from where Eriol's vacant house is." Sakura said.
"You… you sure it's abandoned?" Meiling said.
"Huh? You're not still scared of ghosts, are you, Meiling?" Tomoyo asked.
"No! Of course not! I'm not afraid of anything anymore, I'll have you know!" Meiling shouted.
"Well, there's only one way to find out. Let's go in." Sakura said as she and the other girls approached the house.

Again to their amazement, the front door was unlocked and they were able to walk inside. It wasn't too creepy or messy looking of a house, although the lack of light did make them tread carefully. Sakura, tightly clutching her wand, eventually led the group to a mouse hole.
"This is where the energy is coming from." Sakura said.
"Huh? That little hole? Maybe we're picking up Super Mouse's energy signature. Haha!" Meiling joked.
"Don't you mean Mighty Mouse?" Tomoyo asked.
"Or whatever he's called! I think he had a different name in Hong Kong, like a lot of things." Meiling said.
"Oh! Sakura! This would be a great time to break out that card." Tomoyo said.
"Huh? What card? The only card that would work is… oh no." Sakura said. That's when it dawned on her what card Tomoyo was talking about, and she reached into her outfit and pulled out the Little card (transformed into a Sakura Card much like the other 51 cards in her possession).
"Teehee… yep! That one!" Tomoyo said.
"Uh, Tomoyo. I thought you liked me as a giantess. You know, the result of the Big card?" Sakura said.
"I do, but I like teeny tiny you as well. You're so awesome no matter what size you're at!" Tomoyo said.
"Well… I'm glad you feel that way, Tomoyo… but I'm still not comfortable using this card, unlike Big." Sakura said.
"Oh, I understand." Tomoyo said.
"Well, somebody's gotta shrink down to size and go into the black hole!" Meiling said.

Tomoyo walked towards Sakura and gently took one of her hands with her free hand (the other holding the camcorder).
"Sakura, I'll do it. Use Little on me." Tomoyo said.
"T-T-Tomoyo!" Sakura said.
"It's okay, Sakura. I will go inside the mouse hole in your stead. I think I can find whatever's in there." Tomoyo said. Sakura figured another reason Tomoyo volunteered was so she could record her from the ground level, thus giving her more 'giantess' scenes for any future movie she had in mind. Still, she smiled.
"Okay, fine." Sakura said.
"Whoa now! Hold on a sec! Don't you think Tomoyo should have some backup just in case something does reach out and grab her, like… ooooooooh… some 'giant' mouse?" Meiling said.
"Are you saying you want to shrink too, Meiling?" Sakura said.
"Well… why not. It's a new experience, and besides, she could use my kung fu as defense." Meiling said.
"Meiling's right, Tomoyo. She should go with you just to be on the safe side." Sakura said.
"Okay, Sakura. I understand." Tomoyo said.

Sakura then took a couple steps backwards and took a deep breath, as did Tomoyo and Meiling although Tomoyo had an eager look on her face as she got back to filming. Sakura then took the Little card and flung it in front of her.
"Make my friends tiny, allowing them to explore the world that lies within the mouse hole. Little!!!" Sakura shouted as she held the wand inches away from the card, causing the star at the top of the wand to spin rapidly as energy waves shot out from the card. The waves surrounded around both Tomoyo and Meiling, shrinking them smaller and smaller until they were down to around 3 inches tall. Tomoyo, naturally, had stars in her eyes as she looked up at the towering Sakura, especially as she walked and then kneeled down towards them.
"I don't think you need to be that small, but I have no way of controlling how small someone shrinks with the card yet." Sakura said.
"No worries, Sakura. Come on, kiddo!" Meiling said as she was about to grab Tomoyo by the shoulder and walk into the mouse hole.
"Wait! I feel you two are so vulnerable at that size. I should power you both up some more." Sakura said as she closed her eyes and hovered her wand over Tomoyo and then Meiling. After a series of sparkles came out of the wand and floated into both shrunken girls, Sakura opened her eyes.
"Tomoyo, I've given you the powers of Fly and Dash so that you can quickly escape from trouble. Meiling, you have the powers of Jump and Power. That way you can topple any foe no matter how big they are." Sakura said.
"Heh, cool! I'm like a super strong ant now. Does this make me Ant Girl? I saw this movie once…" Meiling said as she went into a heroic type pose.
"Try not to stay in there too long, though. If there's anything out of the ordinary, come back and let me know." Sakura said.
"Roger!" Meiling said.
"I feel like I'm in heaven…" Tomoyo said as she continued to film the 'giant' Sakura from head to toe, at least until she was tugged into the mouse hole by Meiling.
"Come on, Wong Kar-Wai." Meiling said as the two went into the mouse hole and Sakura sat patiently. Little did she and her two shrunken friends know that they would not be alone in the mouse hole.

It was almost pitch black inside the mouse hole… at least until Tomoyo turned the built-in flashlight in her camcorder on. They weren't finding anything so far, although they did hear noises in the background.
"I hope whoever lives in here isn't hungry." Meiling said.
"You said a mouthful." Tomoyo said.
"Tomoyo Daidouji. I didn't know you did puns!" Meiling said with a smile.
"Well, usually I don't, but I can't help it when I'm walking through a dark and dingy hole. I'd rather be filming my good friend, Sakura, from this perspective." Tomoyo said.
"When you do, send me the first ticket." Meiling said. Just then, she held a hand up and they both stopped walking.
"What is it?" Tomoyo asked.
"Whoever else is here is close. Very close… take cover!" Meiling said as she and Tomoyo took cover behind a larger than usual ball of dust. They peeked out and saw another bright flashlight shining in the distance. Meiling could just make out three shadowy figures that were walking on two legs.
"Huh? Who are they? Are they shrunken like us?" Meiling said as she hid behind the dust ball anytime the light was shining in their direction.

These three mystery figures were actually Gadget, Foxglove, and Tammy. Gadget and Tammy wore helmets that had flashlights sticking out of them.
"Golly! It's like this energy source is alive or something! Every time I get close, it seems to move away." Gadget said.
"We've been circling around this hole for, what? 15 minutes now? Can't you build something that can catch this energy like a fly to sandpaper?" Tammy said.
"Just be glad Zipper wasn't around to hear that, and you're probably right, Tammy. We should retreat for now and I can build something that can catch this rascal." Gadget said. Foxglove then suddenly stopped in her tracks.
"Huh? What's wrong, Foxglove?" Tammy asked. She and Gadget could see Foxglove twitching her ears.
"Shhhh… I don't think we're alone, girls." Foxglove said as she slowly approached the ball of dust.
"Shoot! Come on, let's get out of here!" Meiling said as she and Tomoyo ran in the opposite direction. They only made a few steps, however, as Foxglove swept her wing to move the ball of dust out of the way. That same gust knocked Tomoyo and Meiling off their feet. They rolled onto their backs where they saw the three taller creatures approaching them.
"Oh… oh my!!!" Tomoyo said as she shone the light on her camcorder at all three, who looked about three times bigger than they were.

As for Gadget, Tammy, and Foxglove, they all had very stunned looks on their faces.
"They're… people!?" Gadget said. Meiling, meanwhile, quickly sprung back to her feet and got in a fighting stance.
"Stay back! I'm trained in the martial arts!" Meiling said.
"I didn't know they made people that small." Foxglove said as she leaned in to get a closer look at Meiling. In doing so, however…
"HI-YAAAAA!!!" Meiling yelled as she hopped up and did a swift roundhouse kick right at Foxglove's nose. Foxglove immediately pulled back and held her nose with her wings.
"YEOWCH!!! For a little human girl, she sure can kick it!" Foxglove said, her voice sounding a little nasally from holding her nose.
"Awwww… they look so cute!" Tammy said as she approached the two shrunken girls next. She came up so fast, both Tomoyo and Meiling didn't have time to defend themselves and they found themselves trapped between Tammy's arm and chest as she cuddled them.
"How about we keep them? Can we?" Tammy said.
"Tammy!!" Gadget shouted with a frustrated look on her face.
"Okay, sorry." Tammy said as she gently set the two back down on the floor. Tomoyo looked up and filmed the kinda gigantic mouse girl that was Gadget.

"Please don't eat us!" Tomoyo said.
"Eat you? Golly! I'm on a diet, so I wouldn't eat you even if given the opportunity! What's your name, little girl?" Gadget said.
"I'm Tomoyo Daidouji. And this is Meiling Li." Tomoyo said.
"Sorry about kicking you in the nose." Meiling said as she looked over at Foxglove.
"No worries. I've been through worse." Foxglove said with a smile as she took a couple good sniffs after rubbing her nose.
"I'm Gadget Hackwrench. This is Foxglove, and this is Tammy. We're part of the Rescue Rangers." Gadget said.
"The Rescue Rangers?" Tomoyo asked.
"That's right! Solving mysteries that are too small for normal humans." Tammy said.
"Hmmm… I see." Tomoyo said.

Everyone then heard a familiar voice coming from outside.
"Tomoyo! Meiling! Are you two alright? Have you found anything yet?" Sakura shouted.
"Huh? Who's that?" Tammy asked.
"That's our friend, Sakura. She's the one who shrunk us down to this size." Tomoyo said.
"Oh! I knew there couldn't be people that small ordinarily! How did you shrink?" Tammy asked.
"Kind of a long story…" Meiling said. The device Gadget was holding to scan the area suddenly beeped like crazy.
"And one that will have to wait. The energy is on the move and trying to get away!" Gadget said. Foxglove looked towards the mouse hole where she saw minute distortions in the air.
"There! Time and space are warping slightly!" Foxglove said.
"I'll block it!" Tomoyo said as she suddenly went running at super high speed towards the mouse hole. Gadget, Foxglove, and Tammy collectively dropped their jaws in shock.
"Did she just…" Tammy said.
"…run like that Flash guy?" Foxglove said.
"Again, long story." Meiling said. Tomoyo moved back and forth watching the distortion trying to get around her.
"Hurry, somebody! I can't block this thing forever!" Tomoyo said.
"Deploying energy capture field!" Gadget said.

After pressing a series of buttons on the device she was holding, a green energy beam suddenly shot out from the machine, and it surrounded itself around the distortion. The distortion bounced back and forth trying to escape the energy field, but it was unable to do so.
"Wow… I'm impressed." Tomoyo said.
"Oh, it's nothing. This was one of the easier things I've put together." Gadget said.
"Trust me, Gadget can turn anything into a high tech gadget, like a bottle cap as a steering wheel for a plane. Even I'm impressed." Tammy said.
"I see…" Meiling said.
"Come on, we should let Sakura know we've captured that energy thingy." Tomoyo said. The five then made their way out of the mouse hole, with Gadget and Foxglove pushing the trapped energy distortion out with them.

Sakura was getting worried that Tomoyo and Meiling were taking too long in finding that energy distortion. She started to think something may have happened to them, but before she could even think about shrinking herself with the Little card and going inside, she watched as the two returned.
"Oh! Tomoyo! Meiling! You're alright!" Sakura said.
"Teehee… yes we are, giant Sakura!" Tomoyo said.
"Though we did have some big help, relatively speaking." Meiling said as she pointed back at Gadget, Tammy, and Foxglove, who all came out next. Sakura raised her eyebrows upon seeing these animals.
"Oh? Who are these three?" Sakura asked.
"So that's Sakura?" Gadget asked.
"Yes. She's still her normal size, unlike myself and Meiling. Sakura, these are Gadget, Tammy, and Foxglove." Tomoyo said.
"They said they were investigating the same thing we were… the energy distortion." Meiling said.
"That Gadget managed to capture with her… well… gadgets!" Tomoyo said.
"Oh? You caught that energy?" Sakura said.
"That's right, Mrs. Kinomoto! It's nice to meet you." Gadget said. Foxglove flapped her wings and circled around Sakura's head.
"Wow… nice clothes! I don't see people wearing stuff like that where we come from." Foxglove said.
"Er… thanks, I guess. And please… um… Gadget. Just call me Sakura." Sakura said.

She then leaned her head towards both Tomoyo and Meiling.
"They talk?" Sakura asked.
"Yeah… we were kinda surprised ourselves." Meiling said.
"Well, anyway. We better get out of here before anything else attracts the attention of that energy distortion." Sakura said.
"Can you take us to the airport? We're expecting to see our friends there." Gadget said.
"Oh? There are more of you here?" Sakura said.
"That's right! One of them, Chip, is such a dream." Tammy said as she held her hands together and hearts came out of her head in an imaginary way.
"Alright then. First, let me grow Meiling and Tomoyo back to their normal size." Sakura said.
"Wait, Sakura! Can we pleeeeeeease stay this tiny for a little while longer?" Tomoyo asked. Sakura couldn't help but laugh awkwardly. There goes Tomoyo in her 'I love Giant Sakura' mode again, she thought.
"Well… Tomoyo… what would Meiling think? She probably wants to get back to normal…" Sakura said, only to be interrupted by the Chinese girl.
"Nah, it's okay. Combined with this and the Jump and Power cards… I feel so mighty and powerful! I'll stick with it for now." Meiling said.
"Yay! I won't be alone on top of things!" Tomoyo said as she ran over and gave Meiling a brief hug.
"Uh… not to rush into things, but we really should get to the airport as soon as possible!" Gadget said.
"The skate we borrowed for transportation should still be outside." Tammy said.
"Alright, let's go!" Sakura said as she gently picked everyone up (except Foxglove who flew above Sakura) with both her hands, tucking her wand underneath her arm, and then walked outside.

When they got out, Gadget gasped.
"Oh no! The skate's gone!" Gadget said.
"Maybe the kid who owned it found it and took it back." Tammy said. Foxglove flew down to the ground where she spotted a lonely rocket.
"Yep. Here's the rocket Gadget had attached to the skate." Foxglove said.
"Golly… it's going to be long walk to the airport." Gadget said.
"Not with Sakura! Right?" Tomoyo said.
"Oh, um… right! You mean I can fly us to the airport, right?" Sakura said.
"Teehee… exactly!" Tomoyo shouted.
"I suppose it will be alright as long as we fly over quiet areas." Sakura said. As she gently set Gadget, Tammy, and the smaller Tomoyo & Meiling on her shoulder.
"Golly, she can fly too?" Gadget asked.
"And quite well too." Meiling commented. With her hands free to use her wand, Sakura pulled out the Fly card and held it above her wand.
"Fly!" Sakura shouted. After the wand worked its magic, Sakura's wand sprouted gigantic wings. She then sat on the wand and the wings flapped.
"Foxglove, can you keep up?" Sakura asked to the bat.
"No problem! I've been known to fly as fast as an airplane. Dale looooooooves when I fly that fast." Foxglove said.
"He does? When was this? Have you been giving him private lessons again!?" Tammy said.
"Hold on, everyone. Here we go!" Sakura said as she flew towards the sky with Foxglove flying from behind to keep up.
"Wow… we're so high up. Isn't this amazing!?" Tomoyo said.
"Well, yeah, but we've flown much higher than this. We got here via airplane after all!" Tammy said.
"Come on, Tammy. Try and act impressed so they can feel good!" Gadget said as she gently patted Tammy on the shoulder.

In a few short minutes, Sakura touched down in a group of bushes not too far from the airport… that way nobody could see her flying in.
"How come you didn't go straight to the front doors, Sakura?" Gadget asked. Tomoyo quickly chimed in with the answer.
"Sakura has to keep her powers a secret from the rest of the world. It'd be terrible if mega corporations were to get their hands on her cards." Tomoyo said.
"Huh. That's kinda the way the Rescue Rangers operate too. Chip always said it's important to make the boys in blue look good where possible." Tammy said.
"I understand now. Thanks, Tomoyo." Gadget said.

Eventually the group made it to the front entrance of the airport, where Gadget looked down and saw Chip, Dale, Monty, and Zipper all waving up at them with the Ranger Plane parked nearby.
"There they are!" Gadget shouted. Sakura gently approached the four, which brought nervous looks at first from them, but Gadget was quick to reassure them she was safe, especially as she kneeled down and allowed them to run down her arm and rejoin the group.
"It's okay, everyone. This is Sakura Kinomoto. She's on our side." Gadget said.
"Chip, my beloved, are you okay?" Tammy said as she once again flirted with Chip.
"We're fine, Tammy, but Winifred managed to get that energy fragment." Chip said.
"We dare not interfere, not unless she turn us into 5-eyed toads!" Monty said.
"It's okay, Monty. At least we were able to capture the energy distortion we were following, with a little help from some new friends… literally." Gadget said. That's when Foxglove gently picked up the shrunken Tomoyo and Meiling with her feet and set them down on the ground.
"Wow… two chipmunks, a fat mouse, and a fly? We suddenly have quite the menagerie here." Meiling said.
"Wow! They're so tiny! Maybe the professor got them with some shrinky thingy or something." Dale said.
"No, no. Our friend Sakura did that. She's the keeper of the Clow Cards!" Tomoyo said.
"Wait… did you say Clow Cards? Winifred and Nimnul were talking about being one step closer to finding something called the Clow Cards with the energy she collected." Chip said.
"Too right!" Monty said.

Sakura then remembered where she was with all the people walking around her.
"Guys, we better get back to my home and continue this conversation. Maybe work together to find out what's going on." Sakura said.
"I agree, Sakura. We'll take the Ranger Plane back to your home. You lead the way!" Gadget shouted. Except for Foxglove and Zipper who could of course fly, everyone else boarded the Ranger Plane.
"Golly… the plane's going to be hard to take off with the extra weight from my energy capturing device." Gadget said. That's when Sakura held a hand above the Rescue Rangers.
"Here. Let me carry it." Sakura said.
"Thanks, Sakura!" Gadget said as she held up the object for Sakura to take. She then gently picked up the shrunken Tomoyo and Meiling and set them on her shoulder.
"Alright, follow me." Sakura said as she walked away from the airport and back for the bushes with the Ranger Plane using its plunger feet to follow from behind. Some people looked confusingly at the plane that followed the (to their eyes) oddly dressed Sakura, but they just shrugged it off and went on their merry way.
Once back in the bush area, and making sure nobody was looking in their direction, Sakura summoned Fly again and took off for the skies, with the Ranger Plane following from behind.

A few minutes later, Sakura returned to her home relieved to see the window to her bedroom open. She motioned for everyone to fly in with her, and that's when she touched down next to her bed. She watched as the Ranger Plane landed right on her desk.
"Wheeee! Here we are in Giant Sakura's giant bedroom. It's like that famous fairy tale of the boy climbing up the beanstalk." Tomoyo said.
"Y'know, I think I remember that story. Both action gripping and romantic, if you think about it." Meiling said. Sakura set the shrunken duo down on the desk near the Ranger Plane.
"Tomoyo, aren't you going to run out of film, eventually?" Sakura asked.
"Teehee… I brought plenty, don't you worry about that!" Tomoyo said.
"Right, of course." Sakura said.
"Hey, Sakura!" a familiar voice said behind Sakura, who promptly gasped.
"SHOOT! I forgot about Kero!" Sakura said as she swiftly turned around trying to cover her desk, leaving everyone else to look up at her backside.

Sakura then watched the door to her bedroom open up and Kero came flying in.
"Mmmhmm… thanks so much for leaving that cake on the table, Sakura! Nothing like frosted chocolate icing to start a day!" Kero said.
"Heh heh… you DID eat while nobody was around, right?" Sakura said.
"Of course I did! What kind of idiot do you think I am!?" Kero said. Meiling opened her mouth to comment but Tomoyo quickly covered it up.
"Don't answer that." Tomoyo said. Meiling just rolled her eyes and didn't say anything even as Tomoyo uncovered her mouth.
"Crikey! A flying teddy bear?" Monty said as he peeked out from behind Sakura.
"What kind of strange cartoon world are we living in, all of a sudden?" Dale asked.

Kero then realized something about Sakura.
"Huh? Sakura, what's with those clothes?" Kero said.
"Huh? Oh, you mean this old outfit!? Tomoyo wanted me to try it on just in case some Clow Card jumps out of hiding. Hahaha!" Sakura said.
"But, Sakura… we captured all the Clow Cards. Remember?" Kero said.
"Oh, right! Silly me! Still, you know how Tomoyo is… always wanting to make me look like a superstar!" Sakura said.
"Speaking of Tomoyo, where is she? Didn't she say she'd follow you home from school?" Kero asked.
"Yeah, that's another funny story. You see… I…" Sakura said as she tried to come up with a believable story. In doing so, however, Kero noticed Sakura wasn't paying direct attention to him, and so he flew towards the desk where he got his first look at the Rescue Rangers as well as the shrunken Tomoyo and Meiling.
"Ah ha!" Kero said.
"Eeeeeep!" all the creatures and shrunken humans behind Sakura shouted. Monty suddenly rolled up his sleeves and marched towards Kero.
"Stay back, mates! I'll send this giant stuffed flying bear back to New Zealand!" Monty said, only to suddenly have Tomoyo racing in front of him at high speed.
"No, wait! Don't worry… he's on our side!" Tomoyo said.
Finally, Sakura turned around and saw Kero interacting with her little friends.
"Sakura! What's going on here!? Why are Tomoyo and Meiling tiny? And who are these animals you brought home?" Kero said.
"Ummmm… what order do you want those questions answered in?" Sakura said.
"Hahahaha! Good one, Sakura!" Meiling shouted from the desk.
"Sakura, I'm serious! Not that it bothers me seeing the little kid even smaller…" Kero said.
"I dare you to say that again, you stupid bear! Come on!" Meiling said as she marched towards the edge of the desk and tried to chase after Kero, only to be held back by Tomoyo and Monty.
"Whoa there, skipper! Wouldn't want to melt them buns on your head." Monty said.
"Okay, okay, I'll explain. I was going to tell you anyway. Honest!" Sakura said.

Sakura spent the next couple of minutes explaining everything to Kero. The Rescue Rangers would eventually chime in regarding what they're doing all the way out in Tomoeda.
"So that's why we came to Tomoeda!" Chip said.
"To stop Freddy from using these energy distortions to her advantage." Foxglove said.
"We managed to capture this one, and I was about to analyze it until Sakura and her friends showed up." Gadget said.
"Hmmm… this is most interesting." Kero said.
"Kero, do you know anything about these energy distortions, especially how I can sense them just like a Clow Card?" Sakura asked.
"Nope, not a clue." Kero said. Everyone, even the Rescue Rangers, dropped to the floor in shock like they were in a kid-friendly anime before hopping back to their feet.
"Bah! Some guardian of the Clow Cards you are!" Meiling said.
"Hey, come on! Cut me some slack! I don't know EVERYTHING there is to know about the cards… but I do know someone that might have better knowledge of this phenomena." Kero said. Sakura was quick to answer that before Kero could name this person himself.
"Eriol." Sakura said as she snapped her fingers.
"Exactly! I wonder how we can get a hold of him, especially with him being all the way in England." Kero said.
"I have his cell phone number. We can try calling him and hopefully he answers." Sakura said as she reached into her outfit and pulled out her cell phone.
"Golly… you have a cell phone already?" Gadget commented.
"Well, yes. I take it that's not the case in your home country?" Sakura said.
"You think that's something… my Mom STILL won't let me watch late night crime dramas… even though I'm part of the Rescue Rangers now!" Tammy said.

After Sakura dialed Eriol's mobile number, she set the phone down on the desk.
"Will this Eriol mate be as helpful as you say, Sakura love?" Monty asked.
"He's a successor to Clow Reed, who created the Clow Cards. If anyone's going to know about this mystery, he will." Sakura said. Suddenly, the screen lit up with Eriol's face, which told Sakura that he was making this a video call.
"Hello, Sakura." Eriol said.
"Oh! Eriol… I didn't expect you to answer so soon." Sakura said. Eriol smiled.
"Fate works in such strange ways. I thought we'd be in touch again sooner than later." Eriol said.
"I… I see." Sakura said.
"So what can I do for you?" Eriol said.
"Well, I was hoping you could help me with this energy distortion I found in an abandoned house not far from where you used to live." Sakura said.
"Energy distortion?" Eriol asked with a suddenly worried look on his face. Gadget wheeled the captured energy distortion towards Sakura, who picked it up and held it in front of her phone's camera.

Eriol adjusted his glasses as he looked over the distortion from top to bottom. Suddenly he slumped back in his chair.
"It's just as I feared." Eriol said.
"Huh? What?" Sakura asked.
"When a Clow Card is recaptured, it leaves behind a tiny energy distortion from the places it roamed. At first it starts out small and goes unnoticed, but over time it can be detected by a true master CardCaptor. The fact that you, Sakura Kinomoto, has sensed and captured this energy shows how truly exceptional you are with your powers." Eriol said.
"Er… thanks! I guess." Sakura said. Eriol now had a serious look on his face.
"However… those energy fragments can be just as dangerous as the real cards themselves if they fall into the wrong hands. Sakura… it is very important that you find more of those energy distortions and absorb them in your key. Doing so will reunite the energy with the cards they came from and ensure they never roam the real world again." Eriol said.
"I… I see. Eriol, you must know. According to my friends like Tomoyo and, well, Mrs. Hackwrench… there's this woman named Winifred with limited witch powers who can also sense these energy fragments and has been collecting them as well." Sakura said.
"Then you must find these energy fragments before this other woman does. There is no telling what will happen if she collects enough of those distortions. She could even gain the same powers as the Clow Cards themselves, and I don't need to tell you how disasterous that would be." Eriol said.
"N…n…n…no you don't." Sakura said.
"But I have complete and total faith in you, Sakura Kinomoto. You'll handle the situation with no problems, right?" Eriol said as he suddenly went into a cheerful mood.
"Er… right. Thanks, Eriol. I gotta go. Bye for now." Sakura said. Eriol nodded, watching as Sakura disconnected the call.

Sakura leaned back in her chair and took in the gravity of the situation.
"So that would explain how you can sense these energy distortions, but what about this woman you say is named Freddy?" Kero asked.
"She's been training ever since flunking high school on being a witch. I should know… I was recruited by her to do her evil deeds. It wasn't until I followed the Rescue Rangers, like my beloved Dale, that I realized what I was doing. Still, I can't help but think this is all my fault." Foxglove said.
"Golly, Foxglove, you can't pin this all on yourself." Gadget said.
"That's right! No matter what happened then, we worry about today, and that's stopping Winifred before she gathers any more of those distortions!" Chip said.
"That's my beloved Chip! Always taking charge!" Tammy said as she gave the black-nosed and hat-wearing chipmunk a quick hug.

Suddenly, Gadget looked down at her scanning equipment which started beeping like crazy.
"What's going on, Gadget love!?" Monty said.
"Golly! My machine is detecting another energy distortion, and this one's close!" Gadget said.
"How close?" Tammy asked.
"I mean CLOSE. Like, half a block that way!" Gadget said. Sakura looked where Gadget was pointing and then looked out the window.
"Hmmm… the park is roughly in that area." Sakura said.
"And we've had plenty of Clow Card encounters there!" Tomoyo said.
"Then let's go, team! Sakura, you lead the way again! Rescue Rangers away!" Chip shouted as he and the other Rescue Rangers all hopped in the Ranger Plane.
"Alright, but first… I really need to bring you two back to normal size." Sakura said.
"Awwww… but, Sakura…" Tomoyo said.
"I'm sorry, Tomoyo, but this could be dangerous. Maybe next time, okay?" Sakura said.
"She's got a point, Tomoyo. Can we at least keep the other new powers you gave us? They might come in handy." Meiling said. Sakura stared at the two for a bit, thinking about the Fly and Dash powers she gave Tomoyo and the Jump and Power powers enlisted to Meiling. After nodding, she gently picked up the two and set them down on the floor.

"Alright. Little card… your deed is done. Release your powers from my friends and return them to normal size!" Sakura said as she held the Little card above her wand and activated its magic. It swirled around Tomoyo and Meiling and grew them back to their normal size. Meiling then gave a somewhat sinister look towards Kero.
"Now then… I believe you were joking about me being an even littler kid!" Meiling said.
"Yeah, um… stuffed teddy bear jokes later. Recapture energy distortions now!" Kero said.
"Kero's right, Meiling. We have to go now. Fly!" Sakura said as her wand again sprouted wings. Sakura, Meiling, and Tomoyo all hopped onboard and flew out the bedroom, as did the Ranger Plane with Zipper, Foxglove, and Kero all flying behind both groups.

As the sun started to set and people were slowly making their way out of the park, the only two that seemed to be staying put on the grounds were Winifred and Nimnul. Nimnul wiped the sweat off his forehead as he followed Winifred from behind.
"Sheesh… can't we take a break from this energy searching thingy? World conquest wasn't done in a day, you know!" Nimnul said.
"Bah! Are you getting soft on me, you nimnul head!?" Winifred said.
"Hey! Watch it with those kinds of insults!" Nimnul said.
"It matters not. Once I've collected enough of these energy distortions… they will surely lead me to the Clow Cards!" Winifred said.
"Your search ends here, Freddy!" a female voice said from above.
"What!? Who said that? Whoever you are, don't call me Freddy!!!" Winifred shouted. She and Nimnul then looked ahead and saw Sakura and her friends, both human and animal in the form of the Rescue Rangers, touched down on the ground. Tomoyo already was rolling with her camcorder as Sakura twirled around in a heroic pose (still wearing the 'Blue Star' outfit designed by her).
"I am Sakura, and I will not let you steal these energy distortions!" Sakura said.
"Teehee! That was wonderful, Sakura!" Tomoyo shouted.
"You really think so?" Sakura asked.
"You two are under arrest for grand theft and escaping from prison! Surrender now or face defeat by the Rescue Rangers!" Chip said.
"Ooooooh… so heroic and such strong words." Tammy said as she cuddled herself against Chip.
"Um… Tammy, not now…" Chip said.

"It's those blasted rodents again! Why I oughta…" Nimnul said. Winifred then held a hand up.
"Wait! I sense… a VERY powerful magic in that girl. You! You are the keeper of the Clow Cards, are you not!?" Winifred said. Sakura shook a little bit, fearing the energy distortions she collected was giving her that sense, but she stood tough.
"Yes, I am the keeper of those cards. I can sense your intentions. You would use these powers for evil purposes, something I will never allow!" Sakura said.
"Pffft! Silly child! I'm the responsible adult around here! I will decide when you are done playing with your toys!" Winifred shouted.
"Hey, what's that supposed to make me!?" Nimnul said, only to get bonked on the head.
"Shut up and turn my vacuum on!" Winifred said. Nimnul reached down and pressed the button to turn on Winifred's vacuum.
"Oh please! How's a silly little vacuum cleaner supposed to hurt us?" Meiling said.
"Uh… Meiling." Foxglove said. She was about to point out what happened milliseconds later, and that's everyone feeling themselves being pulled towards the vacuum, including the normal-sized humans like Sakura. Everyone held onto a nearby tree (or the humans in the Rescue Rangers' case) to keep their footing.
"Wow! That's some serious pull!" Kero shouted.
"Her vacuum is pretty strong, but I've never felt it be this strong!!!" Foxglove said.
"She must be harnassing those energy distortions using those witch powers you told me about!!!" Sakura shouted.
"Golly!!! I gotta hand it to Winifred!!! We've really underestimated her!!!" Gadget shouted.

A few seconds later, Sakura gasped as she suddenly watched every last one of her Sakura Cards come flying out of her outfit all of a sudden.
"The Clow Cards!" Sakura shouted, watching as they all got sucked inside Winifred's vacuum cleaner. Winifred then powered off her vacuum, causing everyone to collapse to the ground.
"Hahahaha! Yes! The cards are now mine!!!" Winifred said as she opened up her vacuum and pulled them out a few at a time.
"No! Stop! You don't know what kind of power you're about to harness!" Sakura said.
"Hahaha! Face it, little girl. You're just small fry without your precious Clow Cards!" Winifred said. Sakura gritted her teeth and charged towards the villains, only for Nimnul to step in the way holding a remote control.
"Back off, girly!" Nimnul shouted as he pressed a button on his remote. Suddenly, three mechanical dogs, the same ones that captured all those cats in one of the Rescue Rangers' earliest cases, came running out from a group of bushes. Sakura backed away as the dogs chomped menacingly at her.
"Nimnul's robot dogs!?" Chip shouted.
"Crikey! How did he get those past airline security?" Monty said.
"Anybody got a mechanical bone we can throw at them?" Tomoyo asked.
"Or a few dozen AA batteries?" Meiling joked.

Winifred, meanwhile, shuffled through the many Sakura Cards in her hand. It was filling her with glee seeing all the different powers she could take advantage of.
"Arrow, Bubbles, Fight, Firey, Fly… oh oh oh! Imagine all the destruction I can cause with even just one of these powers… oh, what's this? Big? Hmmm… I wonder if it does what I'm thinking it does…" Winifred said. She pointed a finger at the Big card, and a combination of her own sparkly magic and the time-and-space-warping energy distortion came shooting out of her finger. The card suddenly swirled with energy, much like it would when Sakura would activate it, and the energy swirled around Winifred. That's when the woman began to grow.
"Hahaha! HAHAHAHAHA!!!" Winifred said as she laughed manically and watched the world shrink around her. Sakura and the others backed away as they watched the evil woman grow.
"I think we're in really big trouble now." Kero said.
"Thank you, Captain Obvious!" Meiling said.

Winifred finally stopped growing at just over 100 feet tall.
"Mwahahaha! Well then, small and even smaller fry, what are you going to do to stop me now!? But rather than wait, I shall crush you all like the insects you are!" Winifred said as she took one step forward… which happened to crush all three of Nimnul's robotic dogs, reducing them to a pile of scrap metal.
"HEY! Ugh… I guess she's not a robot dog lover." Nimnul shouted, although he backed away watching as Winifred's other shoe came flying above him. Our heroes watched the giantess approach them.
"Sakura, what do we do now!?" Tomoyo said. Sakura gulped as she watched Winifred's shoe coming right down for them.
"RUN!!!" Sakura screamed as she and the others went running away just before they could be crushed.

Winifred did her best to keep our heroes inside the park, stomping ahead anytime they tried to escape. It was a back and forth chase for the next couple minutes as Winifred stomped around mindlessly around the park and crushed trees and park benches beneath her shoes. She was careful to make sure she didn't step on her precious vacuum or the Clow Cards that were either inside or beside it.
"Hey, Winifred! What about me!? Can't I have some super duper card thingy fun too!?" Nimnul shouted as the giant Winifred came by again. Winifred stopped and looked down at Nimnul.
"Alright, alright, quit your bellyaching. I suppose I should reward you for getting me here to Japan so I could get the cards." Winifred said. It only took her a few seconds to come up with an idea that would allow Nimnul to have fun. Thinking about Sakura's Create card, she shot her magic energy out at a series of parked cars and trucks. They swirled together to form a giant walker robot type machine made entirely of cars and trucks.
"How's that tickle your fancy?" Winifred said.
"Hmmm. That'll do." Nimnul said.
"Good. Now go and spread fear in the city with your giant robot! Let the whole city know that we will soon be supreme rulers of the world!" Winifred said.
"Oooooh! Supreme rulers of the world. I like that. I like that very much! I like I like I like I like…" Nimnul said as he went running towards his new toy.

This was not lost on our heroes, who stopped running when they realized Winifred was not chasing them for the moment.
"Oh, great! Now what!?" Meiling said.
"I can sense the work of the Create card." Sakura said.
"There goes Nimnul! He's probably going to take that robot into the city and destroy it!" Chip said. As Zipper uttered a bunch of gibberish (that was probably not friendly for children's television!), Gadget looked up at Sakura.
"Sakura… isn't there any way you can take back the powers of those cards?" Gadget asked.
"It won't do any good unless Sakura gets the cards physically back in her hands!" Kero said. Tomoyo then snapped her fingers and, to Sakura's amazement… she put the camcorder down.
"But I can still feel the powers of Fly and Dash inside me. What about your powers, Meiling?" Tomoyo asked.
"Hmmm… yeah. Come to think of it, Power and Jump haven't worn out either." Meiling said.
"Sakura, we'll distract Winifred while you get the cards… most importantly the Big card!" Tomoyo said as she took Meiling by the hand and the two ran towards the giantess.
"Be careful!" Sakura shouted.

Tomoyo relayed her plan to Meiling along the way.
"Meiling… I'll fly around Winifred's head like a fly, then you hit her in her gut." Tomoyo said.
"Oooooh… I like the way you think, Tomoyo!" Meiling said. That's when Tomoyo took off for the air, flying around like a superhero wearing a cape. She indeed circled around Winifred's head, obstructing her view of the tiny heroes.
"Arrrrgh! Get away, you pesky insect!" Winifred said as she took numerous swipes at the flying Tomoyo, only for her to dash at high speed out of the way and avoid the attacks. Meiling waiting for the right opportunity to strike.
"It's gut check time!" Meiling said as she jumped directly for Winifred in the stomach area. She pushed into her stomach, which the giantess immediately felt.
"OOOOOOF! *cough cough!*" Winifred said as she clutched her belly and coughed up air. Meiling landed squarely on her feet but found herself holding her head.
"Whoa… next time I'll think twice before jumping into a million tons of lard." Meiling said.
"Now, Sakura! Get the cards!" Tomoyo said as she landed on the ground next to Meiling. Sakura nodded and ran towards Winifred's vacuum, first locating the Big card.
"Big card! Disengage and return to my command!" Sakura shouted as energy swirled around the card. The same energy made its way to Winifred and shrunk her down to size.
"Nooooooo!" Winifred shouted, watching as this time the area around her grew. Eventually she was back to her normal size, and she angrily looked over at Sakura, who was picking up as many cards as fast as she could.
"GET AWAY FROM MY CARDS!!!!!!" Winifred said as she put her hands together and shot a couple fireballs towards the young girl.
"Yikes! Jump card!" Sakura shouted as she leapt high into the air and dodged the fireballs, flipping multiple times before landing next to her friends and the Rescue Rangers.
"Wow! Nice jump, Sakura! Too bad I didn't get it on film." Tomoyo said.
"Maybe some other time, Tomoyo." Sakura said.
"For once I agree, because we still have a big problem. Look!" Meiling said as she pointed out towards the distance at the giant 'robot' being piloted by Professor Nimnul. People were running around trying to avoid being crushed by either the robot or the falling debris from the buildings he was smashing up.

Sakura tightly clutched her wand and looked down at the Big card.
"Well, at least I was able to get about half my cards, including the Big card. We've gotta stop that mad scientist from destroying the city!" Sakura said. Suddenly the group had to dodge another fireball coming from Winifred, who was now using her vacuum cleaner to shoot the fireballs. As Foxglove and Zipper flew around Winifred to distract her, Sakura chatted with the rest of the RR team.
"Sure… just as soon as you stop ol' Winifred from going all Maleficent on us!" Monty shouted.
"She was bad enough as a witch in training, but now she'll be tough to beat with all those powers!" Gadget said.
"Not with Sakura on our team!" Tomoyo said. Suddenly, Meiling put a hand on one of Sakura's shoulders.
"Sakura, you're the one that should fight that woman and get your cards back. Make me grow and I'll take on that walking tin can on 800 something cylinders." Meiling said.
"Are… are you sure, Meiling?" Sakura said.
"Don't forget… I know Kung Fu and everything in between." Meiling said. Sakura looked back and forth between her friend, Winifred, and Nimnul in his giant 'robot.'
"Okay. We don't have time to argue this anyway. Stand over there on the street." Sakura said.

Meiling did just that, and took a deep breath as Sakura held the Big card up.
"Transform my friend, Meiling, into a powerfully gigantic super fighting heroine! Biiiiiiiiig!!!" Sakura said as the wand did its work. The magic swirled around Meiling, and the Chinese girl watched as the world got smaller and smaller. Her growing stopped when she reached just over 100 feet tall.
"Wow… this is so cool. Just seeing these apartments smaller than me…" Meiling said.
"Meiling!!!" Sakura shouted.
"Oh, right! Sorry! Here I come, Nimrod! Or… whatever his name is!" Meiling said as she stomped off into the distance.

On the outer reaches of the city, people ran like mad as Nimnul's giant 'robot' walked around smashing buildings left and right.
"Hohohoho! I haven't had this much fun since the time I built the ice cream mountain on Coney Island! Those darn industrial cheapskates taking the credit from me!" Nimnul said.
"Stop right there, professor!" a female voice shouted behind the professor. He turned his machine around and gasped when he saw what he was looking at. A giant-sized Meiling.
"What!? What's that Chinese girl doing stealing my thunder!?" Nimnul shouted.
"I, Ultra Meiling Li, have arrived to save the city from your terror! Fear not, citizens! I will triumph! Girl over machine! That is the natural way of my fast and furious fists and feet!" Meiling said as she went into one of her signature fighting poses.
"Hahaha! Silly girl, you don't scare me! Winifred's machine here has fighting style too! It puts Bruce Lee to shame too!" Nimnul said.
"Oooooooh… nobody insults Bruce Lee and gets away with it! You're toast, mister!" Meiling said. The two stared at each other for a minute or so, and then charged at each other trading blows which were 50-50 at being successful or blocked.

Sakura couldn't watch her giantess friend battle Professor Nimnul for long, as she had to deal with a wall of fire coming her way from Winifred.
"Shield!" Sakura yelled as she summoned another one of her cards. A clear blue barrier suddenly formed in front of Sakura which blocked the fire, although she and the others behind it still felt the intense heat.
"Hahahaha! You can't protect yourself forever! I may not hold all the cards, but I still have powers beyond your wildest dreams!" Winifred shouted.
"Urgh… I can't… hold out… much longer…!" Sakura shouted as she struggled to keep the barrier intact.
"Guys! We've gotta help our friend, Sakura, and fast!" Chip shouted.
"Come on, Zipper!" Foxglove shouted as she flapped her wings and flew into the air. She and Zipper went charging for Winifred's face and caused her to swing her arms around again.
"Hey, wait for me!" Kero shouted as he was next to follow suit.
"Get away from me, small fries!" Winifred shouted as she kept swinging and missing at the three.

Chip then gently tapped on one of Sakura's blue boots.
"Sakura, let us help you! Together as a team, we can take her down." Chip said. Sakura looked over at Winifred fighting to get Foxglove, Kero, and Zipper out of her face, and then she nodded.
"You're right. I'll lend you all the Power card to help out." Sakura said.
"Oh boy oh boy! We're gonna be super strong!" Dale said.
"Tomoyo, while the Rescue Rangers are distracting Winifred, we'll grab the rest of the cards." Sakura said.
"Got it! It'll be quick since I have the power of the Dash card." Tomoyo said.
"Grant my little friends the strength of a hundred chipmunks and mice! Power!!!" Sakura shouted as she activated the Power card. The rest of the RR team felt the energy surge into their bodies. The power also surged into Foxglove and Zipper, although they weren't aware of it yet.
"*whistles* Alright, mates! How's about we give ol' Freddy a good ol' fashioned beatdown!" Monty said as he pounded a couple fists together.
"Yeah! TRASH THE BRAT!!!" Gadget suddenly yelled as she and the others charged towards Winifred.

They didn't waste time in attacking. Monty wound up and gave Winifred's right shoe a good punch, and Winifred felt it right away.
"Yeouch!!! Ouch ouch ouch ouch ouch!!!" Winifred said as she hopped up and down on one foot. Sakura helped out for the next phase of the assault with another one of her powers.
"Windy!" Sakura said as she activated another card and a powerful gust of wind knocked Winifred off balance. Winifred landed right on Chip, who easily tossed Winifred up and down despite the massive size difference.
"Go long, Dale! Go long!" Chip said as he hurled Winifred through the air, with Dale running to get underneath her.
"I got her, I got her, I got her! Yes, touchdown!" Dale shouted as he caught Winifred by her behind.
"No! Please! Stop! This is impossible! Release me at once!" Winifred shouted.
"Release you? Okey dokey!" Dale said as he tossed Winifred straight up.
"Eeeeeek! I meant put me down!" Winifred said.

Before Winifred could slam the ground, Gadget was next as she grabbed her by one of her shoes and slammed her left and right.
"Gomenasai." Gadget said as she did a Japanese-style bow to the stunned Winifred, who laid flat on her stomach. But the Rescue Rangers weren't done. Tammy came running in and repeatedly smacked Winifred in the face with her tail.
"Hai hai hai hai hai hai hai!!!" Tammy shouted.
"Nice move, Tammy!" Chip said with a smile.
"Thanks! I've been wanting to do that forever, especially to Fat Cat." Tammy said as she once again flirted with Chip.
Winifred rolled to her backside and looked up to see Sakura raise her wand up over the vacuum.
"Now to take back what's rightfully mine!" Sakura said as she split open the vacuum with a powerful swing, which told everyone Sakura had powered up with the Power card also.
"NOOOOOOO!!! My baby!" Winifred screamed. That was the last straw for her… seeing the vacuum she's been using for years get destroyed single handedly by a 10-year-old girl. She jumped to her feet and charged after Sakura even after she collected the rest of her cards.
"You're going to pay for ruining everything!!!" Winifred shouted.
"Sakura, look out!" Tomoyo said.
"No problem, Tomoyo! Freeze!!!" Sakura shouted as she aimed her wand directly at Winifred. Immediately the villainess became encased in a block of ice, stopping her in her tracks.
"That should hold her at least for several minutes." Sakura said.
"Excellent teamwork, everyone!" Chip said.
"Yeah! Great working together!" Dale said as he high-fived Chip… only to send him flying a few yards away.
"Oops… sorry. I guess I don't know my own strength." Dale said. The group then looked out in the distance at the enlarged Meiling still fighting Nimnul and his giant car-and-truck robot.
"It's up to Meiling now." Sakura said.

The one-on-one tussle continued for the past few minutes, with people scooting out of the way of Meiling's giant red shoes, especially when she would crush a parked vehicle nearby. Sometimes it would look like one side would triumph over the other, especially as Nimnul made a bold move with his robot and lifted Meiling over his head.
"I'll have a Chinese girl for takeout!" Nimnul shouted as he threw Meiling over a group of buildings, causing her to crush them underneath her front side.
"Oooooh… I hope all those houses were empty and had giantess insurance!" Meiling said as she moved around and looked up at the robot.
"Now then, girlie! Any last words before I turn you into chop suey?" Nimnul said.
"Yeah. Never gloat!" Meiling said as she swept one of her legs across one of the robot's feet, knocking it off balance.
"Whoa whoa whoa!" Nimnul said as he fought valiantly with his controls to keep the robot on its feet, but that was the opening Meiling needed as she sprung back to her feet and unleashed punch after punch and kick after kick.
"Hi-ya! Ya! Yayayaya!!!" Meiling said as she unleashed her martial arts fury. The look on Meiling's face alone scared the heck out of the professor.

Finally, after a swift roundhouse kick to the chest, Nimnul's robot began to shoot sparks and fireballs.
"Eeeeek! Abandon giant robot!" Nimnul said as he pushed a button that shot him and his seat out of the cockpit. Nimnul watched helplessly as his 'robot' fell backwards to the ground and then exploded like this were a Super Sentai show. As for Nimnul himself as he parachuted towards the ground, he gulped as he landed right smack in the palm of Meiling's right hand.
"Please! Don't hurt me! Have mercy on an old professor!" Nimnul said.
"Heh. As tempting as it would be to smush or eat you like the bug you are, there are some… I believe you called them, rodents… who'd like to have a word with you." Meiling said with a smile. That's when she turned around and made her way back to the park.

Meiling was immediately greeted by a cheering Sakura and Tomoyo from the ground. The Rescue Rangers were cheering also, but they were too small for her to be seen right now.
"Alright, Meiling! Way to go!" Sakura said.
"Wow… you were so cool! You'll make a perfect giant superheroine for my next big action movie!" Tomoyo said.
"Haha! Thank you! Too bad I'm too big to give out autographs!" Meiling said. She set Nimnul down on the ground next to the frozen Winifred, which deflated any optimism the evil professor had left in him.
"Now to shrink you back to normal, Meiling." Sakura said as she activated her wand and aimed it at the giant Meiling. The energy waves quickly brought her back to her normal size.
"Awwww… I was kinda enjoying being big." Meiling said. All Sakura did was smile, and then she looked at the two villains before her eyes.
"Well, team, it looks like another case closed for the Rescue Rangers! We caught the bad guys and Sakura got her cards back!" Chip shouted.
"Too right! All that's left is to put these two jokers back behind bars." Monty said.
"Hold on, I've got a better idea." Sakura said.
"Oh? What's that, Sakura?" Gadget said.

The first thing Sakura did was unfreeze Winifred.
"Brrrrr… I knew I should've brought a sweater with me!" Winifred said.
"Now then. You two shall know once and for all what life is like for my new little friends. Little!!!" Sakura shouted.
"Oh no!!!" both Winifred and Nimnul shouted, watching as Sakura activated another card. The energy waves surrounded Winifred and Nimnul and shrank them smaller and smaller. They shrunk until they were all the way down to around 3 inches tall, the same size Tomoyo and Meiling had previously shrunken to.
"This is all your fault, you numbskull Nimnul!!!" Winifred squeaked.
"My fault!? You're the one that said these cards would make you an unstoppable force!!" Nimnul squeaked back. The two argued some more for several seconds, but fear suddenly overcame them as they watched their adversaries draw near and tower over them, especially ladies like Gadget, Foxglove, and Tammy.
"Haha! So who's the small fry now, you little pipsqueaks?" Tammy said as she nudged both villains off their feet with a push from her tail.
"Yeouch! You'll pay for all this! When we get back to normal size, the whole world will pay!" Nimnul said.
"Don't think you all have seen the last of my witchcraft!" Winifred said, only to watch as Foxglove leaned in and gave her a closeup look of her face.
"Face it, Freddy. You've used up all your magic trying to beat us. You're nothing now!" Foxglove said.
"DON'T CALL ME FREDDY!!!" Winifred said in a high-pitched tone, which broke our heroes into laughter. Gadget then reached down and picked them up to their displeasure as they kicked their arms and legs around.
"Oy… this is the ultimate humiliation, to be in the hands of a mouse girl!" Nimnul commented.
"Come on, gang. Let's get back to the Ranger Plane and head back to the airport. Sakura, can you lead the way again?" Gadget asked.
"I'd be happy to!" Sakura said.

A short time later, the group arrived at the airport again. Everyone had their powers taken away by Sakura by this point, except of course for the shrunken Winifred and Nimnul (who were now being held by Tammy with Foxglove closely watching them).
"I gotta admit, that's a clever way to travel the world. And you don't even need to pay too! You're all so lucky!" Meiling said.
"Golly… those are some of the perks of being a Rescue Ranger." Gadget said. Sakura had a serious look on her face next.
"Listen, I can't guarantee the magic of the Little card will last forever, especially once you're back home and far, far away from Tomoeda." Sakura said.
"No worries, mate. We'll have these two behind bars in a jiffy! The bars of a mouse cage, even! Oooooooh… I better watch my language." Monty said. Zipper couldn't help but laugh hysterically.
"On that note, we should be getting back home!" Chip said.
"Yeah, I'm feeling homesick already!" Dale said.
"Sigh… I'm going to miss you guys, no matter what size we were at!" Tomoyo said.
"Golly, we'll miss you three too. It's so great to have human friends all the way out here in Japan." Gadget said.
"I say we have a group hug!" Dale said.
"Dale, wait!" Chip shouted.
"Great idea!" Sakura said as she gently lifted all of the Rescue Rangers out of their plane and she cuddled them all over her upper body, prompting a laugh from herself and eventually the Rescue Rangers themselves.

They all eventually jumped back in the plane.
"Hey, wait! What about any other energy distortions in the area? Maybe we should stay and help Sakura out in finding them." Tammy said.
"Tammy, this is something Sakura should handle all to herself. Besides, we're needed back home for more cases!" Chip said. Sakura nodded.
"Chip is right. You need not worry about the rest of the energy distortions. I'll find them faster than you can say Tomoeda Elementary School. I'll make sure they're not used for evil purposes ever again." Sakura said.
"Count on it, too! Sakura's the best!" Tomoyo said.
"Crikey, I ain't about to debate that. You are one special sorceress, Sakura!" Monty said. After Gadget fired the Ranger Plane up, they all waved up at Sakura, Tomoyo, and Meiling.
"Until we meet again… SAYONARA!" Gadget said, with the others saying sayonara along with her. Sakura and her friends waved at the group one more time before they flew up into the sky and eventually out of sight, no doubt to catch a plane (literally) back to their home city.
"Wow… what a great and proud group of animals." Tomoyo said.
"Maybe someday they'll get their own TV show. This would probably be right up that Disney company's alley." Meiling said, prompting a laugh from Sakura and Tomoyo.
"What? Admit it… I'm not wrong on this one!" Meiling said.
"Bah! I deserve to have my own TV show before those guys! Think of all I've been through with you three! The Kero cooking show, ahhhhh…" Kero commented.
"No, Meiling. Not one bit. Come on, we gotta catch that concert! I think it starts in an hour!" Sakura said. She, Tomoyo, and Meiling jumped on Sakura's wand (which had wings again thanks to the Fly card) and flew away from the airport with Kero hot on their trail.

For everyone involved, namely the Rescue Rangers and CardCaptor Sakura, it was an adventure they wouldn't soon forget.
