Home in Sinnoh

(GiantessUniverse)

Chapter 1

After seeing Dawn off at her home in Twinleaf Town, Ash and Brock began the journey back to Kanto. As they proceeded down Route 201, they begin to chat.

"You know, Brock, I'm going to miss Dawn." Ash said. "She was a lot of fun to travel with."

"That's true, I liked her too." Brock replied. "But you can always call her, Ash."

"Oh, that reminds me!" Ash said, stopping suddenly and pulling out his PokéGear. " I need to call my mom, I haven't told her that I'm coming home yet!"

After dialing the number, he heard the dialtone for a moment, then someone answered.

"Hello?" A voice asked. "Is that you, Ash?"

"Yeah, Mom, its me." Ash replied. "I've got good news- I'm coming home!"

"Oh, Ash, that's wonderful!" Delia's voice exclaimed through the phone speaker. "When do you think you'll get here?"

"I don't know, we've got a long trip ahead of us." Ash replied. "We just left Dawn's hometown a little while ago. I think I'll be home late tonight, though."

"Oh, speaking of trips, I might be visiting another region with Professor Oak." Delia's voice said. "Its called Unova, and its supposed to be very beautiful there. You should come with us!"

"Unova? Ash repeated "Sounds interesting. Anyway, Mom, I've got to go, I'll see you soon."

"Okay, bye sweetie!" Delia's voice said. "Have a safe trip!"

"I will, bye Mom."

As Ash was putting the PokéGear back in his supply bag, he noticed a red and white object inside. Curious, he took it out, and looked it. Then, he realized what it was.

"Brock, look! This is Dawn's Pokétch!" Ash said. " I wonder how it got in my supply bag?"

"That's hers, all right." Brock said, examining the Pokétch. "Looks like we're going to have to head back and give this to Dawn."

"But I wanted to take a break, I'm tired!" Ash complained.

"We've only been walking for twenty minutes, Ash." Brock said, staring at him. "Besides, if we head back now, we might be able to stay on schedule. We can take a break later."

"Okay, fine." Ash said, sighing.

And with that, they turned around and proceeded back the way they came. Meanwhile, in a nearby bush, three familiar faces propped up above the thick leaves- Jessie, James, and Meowth, the incompetent trio known as Team Rocket. They watched as Ash and Brock walked out of their line of sight, then jumped out from behind the bush, all three grinning with demonic delight.

"They're falling for it!" Jessie said excitedly. "This is going perfectly!"

"I think for once our plan will actually work!" James added.

"Yeah, and all of those twerps Pokémon will be ours for the taking!" Meowth said.

Suddenly, the heard a ringing, and James pulled a video phone out of his pocket.

"It's the boss!" Meowth said.

"I hope you three fools have good news to report, for a change." Giovanni said, as he appeared on the screen. "Is everything going according to plan?"

"Yes, sir!" Jessie said vigorously. "Everything's going just fine. The device is in place."

"Good." Giovanni replied. "Remember, that device is a prototype, and one of our most valuable pieces of technology. Its also still in the testing stages, so be careful when you activate it."

"Of course, sir!" James said, nodding.

"We won't let you down, boss!" Meowth said.

"I hope for your sake you're correct." Giovanni replied coldly. "And if you break that device...lets just say your careers will be broken with it. Do not fail me."

He then hung up, and the trio looked at one another, an evil grin on each of their faces.

Meanwhile, after a bit of walking, Ash and Brock finally arrived back in Twinleaf Town.

"I think Dawn's house is that big one over there." Brock said, pointing to a large, two-story blue-roofed house up ahead.

The two approached the house, and knocked on the front door.

"Dawn? Are you there?" Ash asked, pounding on the door.

There was no reply. Ash tried again.

"Hello?" He said, this time turning the doorknob. Surprisingly, the door was unlocked! Slowly, Ash opened the door, and looked inside. There didn't seem to be anyone home.

"They left their door unlocked." Ash said. "I think we should go inside and look for them."

"I don't know, Ash." Brock said worriedly. "Technically, that's breaking and entering, and as much as I'd love to run into Officer Jenny I don't want to wind up arrested."

"But we're Dawn's friends!" Ash pointed out. "She's not going to be upset if we go inside her house without her permission. Besides, we still need to return her Pokétch, right?"

"I guess you have a point." Brock said. "Lets head inside and look for her."

They both entered the house, and began looking around. Brock looked in the living room, kitchen, and basement, while Ash searched all of the bedrooms, the backyard, the bathrooms, and a tool shed outside. After their search yielded no results for either of them, they met up back in the living room.

"I couldn't find anyone here." Ash said. "Did you have any luck, Pikachu?"

"Pika." The Pokémon muttered in disappointment, indicating its unsuccessfulness.

"Me neither. I guess no one's home right now." Brock replied. "We really should get going, Ash. Why don't you leave Dawn's Pokétch here? I'm sure Dawn will find it."

"Good idea!" Ash said, pulling out the Pokétch.

Outside of the house, Team Rocket was hiding in front of the house, peering through the front door. As they watched Ash take out the Pokétch, they turned to one another.

"Do it now! Before the twerp puts it down!" Jessie said.

James nodded. Pulling out a remote, he quickly pressed a red button on it.

As Ash was about to put the Pokétch on the fireplace mantel, it suddenly started emitting a purple glow. Then, quite suddenly, Ash began to feel strange. He noticed that all of his surroundings seemed to be getting bigger very rapidly, and, just as suddenly as it had started, it stopped. As Ash looked around, the sight before him was near unbelievable.

They were still in Dawn's living room, but it felt as though it had grown to fit a giant. EVERYTHING towered over Ash, including all of the furniture. The walls seemed like city skyscrapers lined up perfectly with one another, more like a sky than anything else. The ceiling was much, much taller, the light hanging from it like a sun.
As Ash looked at the surroundings on the ground, he noticed that the marble grounding of the fireplace was the only thing in the room that matched his height (it was about a centimeter tall). Looking around, Ash spotted Brock nearby. Apparently, he had shrunken as well.

"Brock!" Ash yelled, running up to him. "What happened to us?"

"I don't know." Brock replied. "I just felt this weird feeling and noticed that I was glowing purple, and then the next thing I knew everything got bigger."

"Oh, nothing got bigger, twerp, you just got smaller!" A familiar voice said delightedly.

"But you's still in for some big trouble!" Another voice cried out.

"Oh, no..." Ash said. Turning around, he spotted the familiar (yet much bigger by comparision) trio of Team Rocket entering the house.

"What did you three do to us?!" Brock yelled up angrily at the trio.

"Is that an angry little twerpish voice I hear?" Jessie asked, beginning their motto.

"It's ringing to me loud and cle-" James began.

"Tell us what you losers have done to us!" Ash shouted.

"Watch your tongue, twerp!" Jessie said angrily, threateningly raising her gigantic boot above the tiny trainer. "No one interrupts our motto!"

"But to answer your question, you've been shrunken down to size!" Meowth said happily. "And now its time to pluck those Pokémon out of your little hands!"

"You shrunk us? But how?" Brock asked, shocked.

"Simple." Jessie said, laughing. " That 'Pokétch' you found in your supply bag was actually a disguised shrinking device created by the top scientists at Team Rocket."

"So we hid it in your supply bag to trick you into coming back here, so that we could shrink all three of you down at once!" James added.

"Speaking of which, where is the blue-haired twerp? I don't see her." Meowth asked, peering down at the tiny duo.

"It doesn't matter, we'll shrink her later." Jessie said, picking up the Pokétch. "Now, twerps, if you'll kindly hand over your Pokémon, we'll on on our-"

Suddenly, she stopped, staring at the Pokétch. Oddly, it had begun to glow purple again. As Ash and Brock watched, the trio of criminals were all glowing purple themselves, and, quite suddenly, they began shrinking as well. In an instant, they too were standing at Ash's and Brock's level, just as tiny as they were. The fake Pokétch fell to the ground, and shattered.

"What?" Jessie cried, staring at herself in horror. "NO! This wasn't supposed to happen! Why did that piece of junk shrink us?"

"The boss did say it was still in the testing stages." James said. His partner simply stared red-faced at him, as though daring him to say another word.

"The thing's busted, too!" Meowth said, pointing at the shattered remains of the device on the wooden floor. "The boss is gonna massacre us!"

"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!" Ash yelled angrily at the trio.

"WHY DID YOU THREE HAVE TO ACTIVATE THAT THING?" Brock yelled in an equally loud voice.

"PIKA!" Pikachu added angrily, its cheeks beginning to spark with electricity. Team Rocket began to cower at the sight of this.

"This wasn't our fault!" Jessie said defensively. "If you two twerps had just-"

Again, she stopped, as they heard the doorknob of the front door turn (the shrunken party were standing near the fireplace, so they heard it from a distance.). As they watched, the front door opened, and Dawn stepped on, along with her mother, Johanna. Even from this distance, both women seemed titanically bigger than Ash, Brock, and Team Rocket. As they stepped into the house, Ash began to worry. At his size, Dawn and her mother's arrival home could mean BIG trouble for himself, Brock, and Team Rocket. He didn't know what was coming next, but something in his gut told him that he wasn't going to like it.

Chapter 2

As Ash and company watched Dawn enter the living room, their thunderous footsteps shook the floor, almost causing all of the shrunken party to lose their balance.

"Mom, why did we have to go to the store right after I got home?" Dawn asked, setting the grocery bags from the Poké Mart down on the table.

"Come now, Dawn. You've been gone for a very long time, I wanted to spend some time with you." Johanna said, placing more grocery bags on the table. "What better way to do that than shopping?"

"But I'm tired, Mom!" Dawn complained. "I had a long trip back here with Ash and Brock."

"All right, dear." Johanna said, smirking slightly. "Why don't you go upstairs and I'll put the groceries away?"

"Thanks, I really want to lay down." Dawn said. She began to walk torward the staircase, giving Ash an idea.

"Wait here!" He told everyone. He ran out in front of Dawn, who was still a bit of a distance away. As she came closer, he began to shout.

"DAWN! LOOK DOWN HERE! IT'S ME, ASH!"

As Dawn approached him, however, her tremendous footsteps caused him to lose his balance again. What was worse, she did not appear to have heard him. As she continued walking, her gigantic boot hovered right above him.

"AHHH!" He yelled. With a loud THUD that nearly shattered Ash's ear drums, the titanic girl's boot landed right on top of Ash. Then, just as quickly as it landed, it lifted off of the ground, leaving a flattened Ash Ketchum laying there, with Dawn oblivious to the near-death fate she had almost caused her friend. Unable to move immediately due to the quakes from Dawn walking, Brock waited until Dawn started going upstairs, and ran then over to Ash, who wasn't moving.

"Ash! Are you okay?" Brock asked, holding out a hand to help him up.

"I think so." Ash said, getting up. "Still, I can't believe how much that hurt!"

"I think that thing Team Rocket used to shrink us compressed our molecular structure and gave us a higher endurance." Brock said, after a moment of thought. "Under normal circumstances a blow like that would have killed you."

"Wow, that's lucky." Ash said. "I wonder how much-"

"PIKA!"

"What was that?" Ash yelled. Turning around, they saw Team Rocket putting Pikachu in a rubber bag.

"HEY, WHAT ARE YOU THREE DOING?!" He shouted, outraged.

"Sorry, twerp, but tiny or not, we're not going to pass up an opportunity to steal your Pikachu!" Jessie said, tying the rubber bag.

"A shrunken Pikachu is better than no Pikachu, right?" James added.

"And now we'll be on our way!" Meowth said, grinning.

They then took off running, Pikachu visibly struggling from inside the rubber bag.

"Come back here!" Ash yelled after them, taking out a Poké Ball.

"Ash, wait!" Brock said, grabbing him. "Chasing Team Rocket at our size just isn't safe! Dawn's mom could step on us, and we need to save our Pokémon's strength!"

"I guess you're right, Brock. At our size who knows when we'll need our Pokémon." Ash said, putting the Poké Ball away. "I just hope Pikachu manages to get away from Team Rocket."

"We need to find a way to get help." Brock said. "Why don't you go to Dawn's room and try to get her attention? In the meantime, I'll try to get her mother to see me."

"Okay, I'll do my best!" Ash said. "Good luck, Brock!"

The two then parted, Brock heading for Johanna and Ash heading for the staircase.

Meanwhile, Dawn was upstairs in her room. She set her Poké Balls on her dresser.

"I need some rest." She commented to herself, slumping down onto the bed and almost immediately falling asleep.

Meanwhile, unbeknownst to her, the tiny Ash had just flown up to her room, landing just outside her doorway.

"Thanks for the lift, Staraptor." He said, dismounting the Pokémon and taking out its Poké Ball. "Now, return!"

After Staraptor was back in its Poké Ball, Ash entered Dawn's room through the crack under the door. Seeing that Dawn was asleep, his heart dropped slightly. Getting his friend's attention was going to be hard enough while she was awake; how in the world was he going to do it while she was fast asleep?

However, after a moment or so of staring at Dawn, he had an idea. He ran up to her bedsheets, and grabbed on to them. Then, carefully, he began to climb. The act was very exhausting, almost as bad as the rock climbing he had to do in the past. Eventually, however, he reached the top after about five to ten minutes.

"I really hope this works." He said, staring at Dawn's gigantic face as she slept. Walking up to her neck, he climbed the scarf with ease, climbed under her clipped hair, and crawled over to her ear. Taking a deep breath, he shouted as loud as his lungs would permit into Dawn's ear.

"DAWN! IT'S ASH! I'M SHRUNKEN AND I NEED YOUR HELP!"

He heard Dawn grumble in her sleep, and, for a moment, he thought that he had succeeded. Then, suddenly, as Dawn turned in her sleep, the blue hair swiftly flung up and threw Ash into the air. As he yelled in fright, flying through the room, he landed on a bookshelf across from Dawn's bed, hitting an enormous book and being knocked unconscious.

Meanwhile, downstairs, Brock had approached the table. He stared up at Johanna as she grabbed some of the grocery bags.

"Hmm...if I can climb up this table leg and get near one of those bags, she might spot me." He said to himself. "But how am I going to get up there?"

Deep in thought, the tiny Brock was startled to hear someone knock on the door. The quakes from the tremendous footsteps of Johanna knocking him on his back, he could only watch as Johanna approached the door and opened it. Officer Jenny was standing on the front porch.

"Officer Jenny!" Brock exclaimed, every thought wiped out of his mind as his eyes popped out of his head at the sight of Jenny. "So beautiful!"

"Oh, hello Officer." Johanna said, looking slightly surprised. "What can I do for you?"

"Team Rocket's been sighted in the area. We're warning everyone in the neighborhood." Jenny replied.

"Oh, no!" Johanna said. "Are they dangerous?"

"Just keep your doors and windows tightly locked and you should be fine." Jenny replied. "If you don't mind, I'd like to stay here and keep an eye out for them. They'll make a run for it if they see one of us patrolling outside."

"Of course, you're welcome to stay here." Johanna said. Meanwhile, Brock was still madly entranced at the sight of the gigantic Officer Jenny. After the quakes from everyone walking ceased, he ran up to Jenny's leg and began to climb with incredible speed.

"Thank you, ma'am the entire force appreciates your assistance." Jenny said, pulling out a phone. "I need to call my superior before I start my lookout."

"I can't pass up an opportunity like this!" Brock said, madness clearly detectable in his voice. "I must get to her face, her gorgeous face!"

Halfway up Jenny's leg, however, Officer Jenny spotted him, and, with a quick flick of her gloved hand, swatted Brock off of her leg, causing him to crash into the ground at her feet. However, he was still in a daze, a hypnotized expression on his face.

"Strong and beautiful!" He remarked, staring fondly at the gigantic policewoman as she stepped into the house.

Back inside Dawn's bedroom, Ash was beginning to come around. As his vision came back to him, he noticed Dawn. His blood froze at what he saw.

"No!" He said, jumping to his feet. "She's still asleep!"

As he walked up to the edge of the bookshelf, he stared down to the floor. He was very high up.

"I guess I can use Staraptor to get down from here." Ash said, reaching for Staraptor's Poké Ball. Then, with a jolt of horror, he noticed something.

"Oh, no! All of my Poké Balls are missing!" He exclaimed, checking his belt to be sure. "They must have come off of my belt when I got thrown off Dawn's ear!"

Horrified, he looked down to the floor below. How was he going to survive without a single Pokémon on hand?

Chapter 3

As Ash was up in Dawn's room, contemplating how to get down from the mile-high bookshelf, Brock was getting to his feet, back in a more sane state of mind now that Officer Jenny had retreated to Johanna's room. Unfortunately, Johanna had already finished putting groceries away, so his plans to get near them and get her attention that way were ruined.

"Oh, it's already 2:04PM?" Johanna said, looking at the clock. "I'd better start making lunch."

Pulling a glass baking pan out of a nearby cabinet, she began getting out flour, eggs, and bananas from the surrounding cabinets. Meanwhile, Brock ran over to her, and looked around.

"I don't see any way that I can get up to the counter..." He said. Indeed, all of the surfaces within his reach were too smooth for him to climb.

Then, he spotted an air vent on the ground. Running over to it, he could hear the strong flow of air constantly blowing through the vent.

"Maybe the wind from this air vent can give me a boost!" Brock said to himself. "I guess it's the only chance I've got. Here goes nothing!"

He then jumped over the air vent, and the cold air, as he expected, shot him to a great height. However, it gave him a bigger boost than he expected, and instead of landing on the counter, he landed on top of the kitchen cabinet! As Brock looked down, his heart dropped slightly. How was he supposed to get down?

"This is going to be tough." He said, examining the cabinet door below him. It appeared that he just might be able to climb down it, but there was a great risk. Luckily he had a fair degree of climbing experience from training his Rock-Type Pokémon, and he was fairly confident that he could manage the climb down. Meanwhile, Johanna had poured the ingredients into a bowl and was mixing them into dough.

Suddenly, Brock heard movement from behind him. Turning around, he saw a (from his perspective) gigantic spider, mere inches away from him. Unsurprisingly, he flipped out.

"AHH!!" He yelled, taking a step back.

Unfortunately he had stepped back slightly too far, and he fell off of the cabinet, heading straight for the bowl of dough below and landing straight in the middle of it. Taking a few deep breaths, Brock breathed a sigh of relief.

"At least this stuff broke my fall." He said to himself. "Now I can see why Misty hates Bug-Type Pokémon so much..."

Looking up, however, his relief quickly vanished, as he spotted Johanna approaching the dough with the cooking pan she had taken out earlier. As Johanna picked up the bowl, Brock took a deep breath, and simply swam for his life as the indifferent woman poured the dough into the cooking pan. As Brock reached the surface of the dough, he felt a wave of heat wash over him, and as looked behind him, saw the interior of an oven. It was obvious what Johanna was about to do.

"JOHANNA, NO!" Brock yelled, as Johanna slid the pan into the oven and shut the door. From inside the oven, a brief flash of white light could be seen coming from the pan.

Meanwhile, the shrunken Team Rocket had finally made it up the staircase and reached the upstairs hallway (a difficult feat, as they had no Flying-Type Pokémon). Due to exhaustion, they simply sat on the edge of the top stair for a few minutes.

"That...was...horrible." Meowth said, breathing heavily.

"Why couldn't we have stolen one of the twerp's Flying-Type Pokémon?" James complained.

"Oh, be quiet!" Jessie snapped. "That device may have backfired on us, but at least through it all we finally got hold of that twerp's Pikachu! It was well worth it if you ask me."

"PIKA!" Pikachu shouted angrily from inside the rubber bag, begining to struggle from inside again.

"Knock it off in there!" She added, angrily punching Pikachu from inside of the bag. This, however, was a very big mistake, as her hand broke through the rubber bag.

"What'd you do?" Meowth shouted nerviously. From inside the bag, they could hear Pikachu charging up.

"Pikaachuu!" It shouted, and with an explosion of electricty the bag ripped apart. As an angry Pikachu exited the bag, it began charging up once again, and released another Thunderbolt onto the dimwitted trio, sending them flying into the air.

"We're not even outside and we're still blasting off!" James said angrily.

"At least we won't go very far this time!" Meowth said hopefully.

That part, at the least, was true, as they landed right in front of Johanna's bedroom door. Unfortunately for them, their luck was short-lived, as the door in front of them swung open and a gigantic Officer Jenny appeared before them.

"No! Not the cops!" Jessie cried in agony.

"At our size there's no way we could fight back!" Meowth said fearfully.

"I don't think she can see us." James pointed out.

"No sign of Team Rocket." Officer Jenny said. "I'd better go call my superior and tell him that they've left the area."

As she stepped out of the room, her gigantic foot was raised directly above the trio of criminals, and before they could move a muscle she stepped right on them. Just as quickly, however, she lifted her foot off of them, oblivious to the damage she had done, and continued down the hallway, leaving an (for the most part) unharmed Team Rocket behind.

"Just our luck. Stomped like bugs." Jessie said miserably.

"And Pikachu's escaped, to boot." James said.

"Why can't our luck turn around for once?" Meowth complained.

Back at the other end of the hallway, Pikachu quickly dodged Officer Jenny's stomp as she approached him, and he noticed an open door nearby. Hoping that he might be able to find some help, the yellow Pokémon quickly made it's way over to the door and into the room, where he spotted Dawn sleeping on a nearby bed. Unfortunately at Pikachu's current size there wasn't much he could do to get the young girl's attention.

Meanwhile, over at the bookshelf, Ash was still contemplating how to get down. Without any Pokémon on hand there was seemingly no way for him to descend safely. Then, as he looked at the books behind him, he had an idea.

"Maybe if I tear a piece of paper off of one of these books, I can use it to glide down without getting hurt!" Ash said to himself. "It's the only chance I've got right now!"

However, this plan didn't work as well as he had hoped. As our tiny hero attempted to open one of the books, he accidentally caused it to fall off-balance and, much to his horror, the book began to fall towards him.

"AHH!" Ash yelled, jumping out of the way.

Unfortunately this move caused him to dive off of the bookshelf and fall face-flat onto the ground. Hearing the THUD from Ash's landing, Pikachu ran over to his seemingly dazed trainer, who was able to get up.

"Pikachu, you're okay!" Ash said, picking up the Pokémon. "Thankfully, I'm fine too. I forgot that we've got a higher endurance level from being shrunk."

"Pika." Pikachu said in agreement.

"Now all we have to do is find my Poké Balls..." Ash said. However, considering how big the room was for Ash and Pikachu, this was not going to be an easy task...

Chapter 4

As Ash and Pikachu searched for the Poké Balls, they did not have very much luck. It was such hard work, mainly due to the size of the room and the size of the Poké Balls. After almost thirty minutes of searching, however, Ash heard Pikachu shout.

"PIKA!"

"What is it, Pikachu?" Ash asked, running over to the area near the bookshelf. Pikachu turned to face him, a Poké Ball held in it's paws.

"Hey, you found one!" Ash exclaimed, bending down to pick up the Poké Ball. "Thanks a lot, Pikachu! Well, let's see who it is!"

Throwing the Poké Ball into the air, it opened up, and as the beam of white light hit the ground, Ash's Buizel appeared.

"All right! I bet Buizel could be of some use later." Ash said, returning the Pokémon to it's Poké Ball. He then turned to Pikachu.

"Four more to go! Let's keep looking, Pikachu."

"Pika!" Pikachu said in reply.

As Ash turned around, he looked at Dawn, who was still fast asleep.

"If only I could wake Dawn up, then she could help me look and get me back to normal!" Ash said. "But how can I wake her up? The last time I tried, I got thrown onto a bookshelf and lost all of my Pokémon."

Then, as he looked at Dawn, he spotted the alarm clock on her nightstand, and he had an idea.

"That's it! If I can get up there, I can turn on the alarm on that alarm clock and wake Dawn up!" Ash exclaimed. "Hey, Pikachu, hang on a minute!"

"Pika?" Pikachu said, running back to it's trainer.

"Okay, Pikachu, change of plans. We need to get up to Dawn's nightstand." Ash said.

With Pikachu following suit, Ash ran up to the nightstand. As he looked up at it, however, his heart dropped.

"Wait...how am I going to get up there without Staraptor?" He asked himself.

"Pika!" Pikachu said, pointing. Looking over, Ash saw that he was pointing at an outlet, which Dawn's alarm clock was plugged into. As the two walked over to it, it appeared that it was close enough to the ground for them to reach it.

"That's it! We can climb this cord up to there!" Ash said. "Good idea, Pikachu!"

Carefully, they climbed onto the cord, and proceeded to inch their way up, Ash hoping for his and Pikachu's sake that they would not fall. Even a mere two feet equaled a painful fall for our tiny heroes.

Meanwhile, down in the kitchen, Johanna was pulling the freshly cooked banana bread out of the oven. As for the tiny Brock who was trapped inside the oven during the cooking process, he was alive and well, thanks to his Rock-Type Pokémon, Sudowoodo. Thanks to some quick-thinking on his part, Brock had the idea to release his Sudowoodo as he was slid into the oven to cover him and prevent him from being cooked, as Sudowoodo was a Rock-Type and more than capable of handling the heat. As he returned his Sudowoodo to his Poké Ball, he wiped a great deal of sweat off of his forehead, breathing a sigh of relief.

"Finally, I'm out of there! It was so hot...I can't imagine how bad it would have gotten if I hadn't had Sudowoodo to protect me from the heat."

Breathing heavily, he watched as the gigantic Johanna simply set the bananna bread down on a windowsill.

"I'd better give that bananna bread some time to cool off while I go get Dawn." Johanna said, turning off the oven. Then, suddenly, the video phone rang.

"Oh, I wonder who that could be?" She said to herself, answering the video phone. "Hello?"

"Johanna?" Replied Delia, as she appeared on the screen. "This is Ash's mother, Delia Ketchum. How are you?"

"Oh, Delia! I'm doing very good at the moment."

"That's good to hear." Delia replied. "I'm calling about my son Ash. Is he at your house?"

"No. I thought he was going back to Kanto to visit you?"

"He was, but it's been almost three hours and he hasn't shown up yet."

"I think you're worrying too much, Delia." Johanna said. "He's probably just running late, that's all."

"Well, it's not just that." Delia confessed. "Gary Oak, a friend of Ash's who's exploring Sinnoh himself, just called me saying he saw Ash going into your house."

"Someone saw us?" Brock repeated. "All right! At least now someone knows we're here."

"Really?" Johanna said. "I haven't seen him. Maybe he stopped by to say goodbye to Dawn while we were out. If I'm right, he might still be in town."

"You think so?" Delia asked. Johanna nodded.

"I'm sure of it. I'll keep an eye out for him and if I see him, I'll invite him to spend the night here. Delia, why don't you come up and spend the night yourself? You can meet up with Ash here."

"Well, I don't get out very often anymore...." Delia said. "Sure, I'll come down there!"

"Wonderful! And if I see Ash, I'll call you." Johanna replied. "Bye then."

"I'll try to arrive in about an hour or so. Goodbye." Delia replied, and she hung up the phone.

Then, after a moment or so, Officer Jenny entered the room. Once again, Brock's eyes seemingly popped out of his head at the sight of the young police officer.

"Well, miss, it seems Team Rocket has left the area. It's a shame we didn't catch them." Officer Jenny said, walking over to the door. "I'll be on my way then."

"Officer Jenny, why don't you stay for dinner?" Johanna suggested. Jenny looked at her.

"I suppose I have time." She replied, sitting down at the kitchen table. "By the way, thanks again for your help."

"Of course, I was more than happy to help." Johanna said, picking up the banana bread and setting it down on the kitchen table. "Let me go get my daughter, and then we can eat!"

Still in a daze at the sight of the gignatic Officer Jenny sitting before him, Brock paid no attention to what Johanna had just said. He simply stared at Jenny as though she was a goddess. Meanwhile, Ash and Pikachu had finally reached Dawn's nightstand.

"That was hard." Ash said, walking over to the alarm clock. "Well, let's do this!"

Grabbing hold of the ON/OFF switch on the alarm clock, Ash tried with all his might to push the button to ON. However, despite his best efforts, the switch would not budge.

"Oh, man. I'm not strong enough to flip the switch." Ash said, sitting down. Then, next to him, he spotted something...something red. It was one of his Poké Balls!

"All right, one of my Poké Balls!" Ash exclaimed happily. "Come on out!"

He threw the Poké Ball into the air, and Ash's Infernape appeared.

"Infernape could be useful." Ash said to himself, returning the Pokémon to it's Poké Ball. "Now, hom am I going to turn this on?"

For a moment, Ash simply stared at the switch, unable to think of what he could do at this point. After all, he had already tried to push it to ON, and the weight of the switch had proven to be too much for him. What else was there to try?

"Pika?" Pikachu said, poking the speaker. Ash looked at him.

"You want to try shocking it?" Ash asked curiously. Pikachu nodded.

"Okay, I guess it's worth a shot." Ash said. "Ready, Pikachu? Use 'Thunderbolt'!"

Pikachu obliged, and released a powerful blast of electricity upon the alarm clock. Suddenly, a barrage of noise hit Ash's ears like invisible hammers. His head was overwhelmed by how loud the alarm was, it felt as though his ears were going to crack in half. Stumbling away from the alarm clock, Ash accidentally walked off of the nightstand, and he fell backwards into a tube-shaped object, landing on a smooth but hard ground. Sitting up, Ash noticed that the interior walls of this object were a dark red. It also smelled quite badly in here- like a combination of sweat and musk. Meanwhile, upon hearing the alarm clock go off, Dawn sat bolt upright. Seeing this, Pikachu immediately started yelling as loud as it could.

"PIKA! PIKA PIKACHU!"

But Dawn did not hear it at all. Turning off the alarm clock, she rubbed her eyes. Then, her mother entered the room.

"Dawn, dinner's ready."

"Okay, Mom, I'm be down in a minute!" Dawn said sleepily. She then slipped on her right boot, and began to slip on the left one.

As she did this, Ash spotted Dawn looking down at him, and for a hope-filled moment, was almost positive that his gigantic friend had finally spotted him.

"Yes! DAWN, DOWN HERE! IT'S ASH! CAN YOU HEAR ME?"

But Dawn did not reply. Suddenly, Ash noticed a gigantic, black-socked foot slipping into the boot, much to the tiny Ash's horror. He realized, then and there, that he had fallen into Dawn's left boot!

"PIKACHU! HELP ME!" Ash yelled, as Dawn's foot came closer to him.

But the tiny Electric Mouse Pokémon could only watch as Dawn slipped her foot into the boot, as it was too late to reach Ash now. In a desperate move to find some hole in the boot through which to escape, Ash ran to the end of the boot, but all he saw were the sweat marks of Dawn's toes on the insole of the shoe, and as he turned around, Dawn's gigantic toes slammed on top of him, trapping him underneath them. Overwhelmed by the smell, our tiny hero only survived the weight pressing into him thanks to his compressed molecular structure from shrinking. As Dawn stood up, Pikachu jumped at her left boot, and managed to grab hold, hanging on for it's dear life as Dawn exited the room. With every single step the young girl took, Ash felt a great deal of pain, as her gigantic toes pressed into him even harder. After what felt like a very long time for our tiny heroes, Dawn finally reached the kitchen.

"Oh, hi Officer Jenny." Dawn said, slightly shocked as she sat down. "What are you doing here?"

"This young lady was looking for Team Rocket. They were seen in the area a while ago." Johanna replied, getting out some dishes from a nearby cabinet. "By the way, Dawn, did your friend Ash mention anything about coming over today?"

"No, I thought he was going back to Kanto. Why?"

"His mother called asking if he was here." Johanna replied. "She told me that a friend of his saw him come into our house a couple of hours ago. I guess he was looking for you. Anyway his mother's going to come over and meet him here."

"That's odd." Dawn said, taking a plate and handing one to Officer Jenny. "Do you think Ash stopped by while we were out and he left town?"

"He couldn't have left town." Jenny said. "When we saw Team Rocket enter Twinleaf Town, we put the city on lockdown. No one was allowed to leave."

"So Ash is still here somewhere..." Dawn said.

"But neither of you have seen him around here?" Officer Jenny asked. "That's odd..."

"Well, let's eat. Then we'll worry about Ash." Johanna said. As she bent over the banana bread, Brock finally snapped out of his dazed astonishment of Officer Jenny as he saw a knife coming down into the bread. Unable to break free, Brock could only watch as a square-shaped cut was formed around him, and found himself being lifted into the air as Johanna placed the piece of banana bread on Officer Jenny's plate.

"This can't be good." Brock said.

As Officer Jenny picked up a fork, Brock began to struggle to break free of the banana bread, knowing that he was doomed if he did not escape. As he struggled, the gigantic Jenny cut a small piece of bread (the one Brock was trapped in), and lifted it up to her mouth.

"No! Please, Officer Jenny, wait!" Brock yelled desperately.

But it didn't do any good. He was now a mere inch away from Jenny's open mouth.

Chapter 5

As Brock closed his eyes, ready for his seemingly inescapable fate, he suddenly felt a wave of intense heat wash over him, as he finally broke free of the banana bread and fell onto Officer Jenny's soft tongue. Looking behind him, he saw that Jenny's mouth was still open. Knowing he had to act fast, he got up and tried to run towards Jenny's open lips, but as he attempted to run he simply slipped on the slimy tongue and found himself on his back. Looking up, he spotted the last of Jenny's banana bread pieces entering her mouth, coming straight towards him.

"NOOOOOO!" He yelled in agony, as they slammed into him and forced him down Jenny's throat. And with that, Jenny gulped, and Brock fell down her throat and to his apparent doom (again).

Meanwhile, down at Dawn's left leg, things weren't going so well for either Ash or Pikachu. While Ash was currently trapped inside Dawn's boot under her socked toes, barely able to breathe, Pikachu was clinging to the top of Dawn's boot, hardly able to hold on.

"Hey, Pikachu! Get me out of here!" Ash yelled from inside Dawn's boot. "I can't take this much longer!"

But Pikachu didn't know what to do. Seemingly, there wasn't much it could do for Ash right now.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door, and Dawn rose from her seat to answer it, with Pikachu clinging on helplessly for it's dear life as Dawn approached the door and opened it. There was Ash's mother, Delia Ketchum, and her Mr. Mime, who she was holding hands with.

"Hi Mrs. Ketchum." Dawn said. "You got here faster than I expected."

"I used a TM to teach 'Teleport' to my Mimey a few days ago. It makes getting around town so much easier!" Delia replied. "Okay, Mimey, I'll see you at home."

"Mime!" Mr. Mime said in reply as it let go of Delia's hand. It then glowed purple and vanished. With a small suitcase in hand, Delia entered the house.

"Hello Delia." Johanna said, getting up and walking over to her. "Did you have a nice trip?"

"Well, it was fast, to say the least." Delia replied. "But it was the first time I teleported such a long distance with Mimey."

"I see." Johanna said. "This is Officer Jenny. She came over a while ago. I would ask if you wanted anything to eat, but I think we're all out of banana bread."

"Oh, that's all right, I already ate." Delia said reassuringly. "Have you seen Ash yet?"

"No, I haven't." Johanna replied. "I guess he's still somewhere in town."

"Oh, I see." Delia said. "Well, maybe I'll go swimming in the meantime. Is there a pool around here?"

"Yes, we have a pool out back. I'll show it to you." Johanna said, getting up.

As the two of them exited the room, Officer Jenny turned to Dawn.

"This Ash...what does he look like?" She asked, pulling out a pencil and a notepad.

"He's got black hair, brown eyes, and he always wears this red and black cap." Dawn said. "Why?"

"Black hair, brown eyes, wears a red and black cap..." Officer Jenny repeated, scribbling down Dawn's description. She then got up. "All right, thank you. I'll be back soon."

"Why did you want to know what Ash looks like?" Dawn asked curiously. Officer Jenny sighed.

"Well, I didn't want to alarm his mother, but it sounds to me like Team Rocket might have kidnapped this young man. If that's the case I can search security footage from nearby businesses to see where they've taken him and possibly what they want from him."

"He does have a Pikachu that they've been after for a long time." Dawn said, thinking. "Maybe Team Rocket did kidnap him..."

"No! Dawn, I'm down here!" Ash yelled from inside her boot. He was beginning to get desperate. Barely able to withstand the weight of Dawn's massive toes for the moment, the smell was starting to badly get to him. If he didn't act quickly he would either end up crushed to death eventually or suffocate from the lack of oxygen.

"Well, I'll do some research and see what I can find out." Jenny said, opening the front door. "Hopefully I'll be back with your friend in about an hour or two. Until then, keep your eyes open for Team Rocket. They might still be in the area, or they could come back. Either way my men and I will be ready for them."

She then left, shutting the door behind her. Dawn sighed.

"I'd better head up to my room and unpack." She said, pushing her chair away from the table.

"No! I can't take any more weight!" Ash yelled after hearing this. As painful as being trapped under Dawn's feet was at the moment, it was nearly doubled when she was walking, mainly because her toes pressed onto the ground and covered the tiny Ash Ketchum completely, not only doubling the pain of enduring the weight of her feet but virtually gagging him completely under her socks.

"PIKA!" Pikachu shouted in response. It, too, was very hesitant about Dawn walking anywhere. As it was, the tiny Electric Mouse Pokémon had a very hard time keeping it's grip on the neck of Dawn's gigantic pink boot (the left one, which was also the one Ash was currently trapped in).

"I don't want to do this, but I don't have a choice anymore!" Ash yelled. "Pikachu, Use 'Thunderbolt'!"

"Pika?" Pikachu replied in contemplation. It was slightly reluctant to shock Dawn, considering that it had known the young Pokémon Coordinator for so long.

"Just do it, fast!" Ash yelled desperately.

Albeit very reluctantly, Pikachu obliged. It began charging itself up. Then, just as Dawn began to rise from her chair, it released a very powerful blast of electricity upon the young girl, shocking her to a noticable extent. Stunned, she fell back into her chair.

"What was THAT?" She said to herself in disbelief. "Something just shocked me, but...there's nobody else around here!"

"PIKA! PIKA PIKACHU!" Pikachu yelled as loud as it could. Miraculously, Dawn heard Pikachu this time. Turning around, she managed to see the very tiny yellow dot that was Ash Ketchum's Pikachu, clinging on to the neck of her left boot as though it was a matter of life and death (in this case it was just a matter of life and a painful landing).

"What the?! PIKACHU?" Dawn exclaimed. Carefully, she picked the tiny Electric Mouse Pokémon up. "What happened to you? How did you get so tiny?"

"Pika, pika pikachu pika pika chu chu pikachu." It said. Dawn frowned.

"I guess I'll figure it out later." She said. "If you're here, then Ash must be around. Is he the same size as you are right now?"

"Pika!" Pikachu said, nodding.

"Do you know where he is?" Dawn asked. Pikachu nodded vigorously again.

"DAWN! I'M DOWN HERE, IN YOUR LEFT BOOT!" Ash yelled. To Dawn, it was very faint, and very muffled, but she was able to hear the tiny trainer this time.

"Ash? Is that you?" Dawn asked.

"YEAH! NOW PLEASE GET ME OUT OF HERE BEFORE I PUKE!" Ash yelled in reply.

"O-okay, hold on!" Dawn said in response. Very carefully, she slipped off her left boot, and as she did so a wave of fresh air (although it was still noticeably musty to Ash inside of the boot) washed over him. Picking up her boot, Dawn, as carefully as she could, tipped our tiny hero into her hand. On his hands and knees, Ash was breathing VERY heavily, as though he had nearly drowned to death.

"Ash...are you all right?" Dawn asked. After a moment of gulping down the fresh air, Ash stood up.

"Yeah, I think so. It just smelled really bad in there, I could barely breathe at all." Ash said. Dawn scowled at him.

"It couldn't have smelled too bad in there." Dawn said, slightly offended. "COULD IT?"

Her tone was questioning, as if daring him to call her feet stinky again. Ash felt it was better not to argue with Dawn, ESPECIALLY considering how small he was at the moment. He wasn't sure that she'd be very reluctant to put him back in there if he got on her bad side. Best to play it safe for now.

"I guess it wasn't too bad in there." Ash said quickly. "But it hurt a lot when you walked."

"How did you end up in my shoe, anyway?" Dawn asked. "Actually, how did you end up so small in the first place?"

"That's a REALLY long story." Ash said. Dawn smiled at him.

"Tell me anyway."

Chapter 6

Down in the dark depths of Officer Jenny's stomach, Brock was just beginning to regain consciousness. As he sat up, he took a look around at his surroundings. As he stared at the odd walls in this area, a bit of saliva dropped down onto him.

"Ew, gross!" He said, attempting to brush the gooey liquid off of himself. Suddenly, he noticed a lake of acid surrounding him, and he remembered what happened: flashes of him breaking out of Jenny's banana bread, and ending up being swallowed by her almost immediately afterwards. Which meant...

"Oh, no! I'm in Jenny's stomach!" Brock said. "How am I supposed to get out of here?"

Indeed, considering that he was surrounded by acid and the ceiling was far too high up for our teenage hero to reach, escape seemed impossible. He started thinking about how to get out.

"Hmm...maybe if I could find a way to poison Jenny's stomach acid, it would make her throw up." Brock said in thought. " It's not the most pleasant way out of here, but it looks like the only option I've got right about now. Now, just how would I pull it off?"

Suddenly, there was a loud POP!, as one of Brock's Poké Balls fell to the floor and bursted open, revealing Brock's Croagunk. It croaked in acknowledgement at it's trainer.

"Of course! Croagunk knows all sorts of Poison-Type moves." Brock exclaimed, getting up. "Sorry about this, Officer Jenny! Croagunk, use 'Poison Sting', now!"

Croagunk obliged, and as it's fist glowed purple, streaks of poison shot out of it's hand and into the acid.

For a few moments, nothing happened, and it seemed that Brock's plan had failed. Then, out of nowhere, the stomach acid began to bubble very violently, and before he could react Brock was swept into the acid and, along with the partially digested banana bread that Jenny had recently consumed, was shot up her throat. It reminded Brock slightly of a water slide.

"I really hope I don't regret this!" Brock yelled as he flew up Jenny's throat, and returned his drowning Croagunk to it's Poké Ball.

Before he knew it, he was in her mouth, and seconds later he found himself flying out. Instinctively, Brock managed to grab hold of Jenny's lower lip. Seeing as there was no actual vomit on the ground, it seemed that Brock had managed to cause Jenny to cough him out. With great haste, Brock began climbing up Jenny's face. As he did so, Jenny felt him.

"Is there a bug on my face?" She said to herself. She raised a gloved hand up to her nose, where Brock had just managed to reach. A horrified Brock spotted her finger preparing to flick him away.

"OFFICER JENNY, NO!!" He yelled at the top of his lungs. To his amazement, Jenny heard him.

"What?" She said. "Who was that?"

"Over here! I'm on your nose!" Brock yelled in response. "Get me down and I'll explain everything!"

Carefully, Jenny grabbed the tiny Brock, and, holding him in between her fingers, lifted him up to her eye. Despite not being able to see her expression, Brock could tell that the young policewoman was very shocked. Because of his surroundings, Brock assumed that he was at the Sandgem Town Police Station (there wasn't a Police Station in Twinleaf Town).

"What the-?! Who are you? How in the world did you-?"

"Take it easy, Officer Jenny. I can explain everything." Brock said reassuringly. "I know this is a shock, but I need your help."

"You're...so small!" Jenny said, dumbfounded. "How did this happen to you?"

"Well, it's a long story, but to sum it up we were at our friend Dawn's house while she was out, returning something she forgot. Team Rocket shrunk us while we were there and we've been trying to get Dawn and her mother's attention ever since."

"My gosh! I knew Team Rocket had something to do with your disappearance!" She frowned. "You are Ash Ketchum, right? The boy that went missing?"

"Huh?" Brock repeated. "No, I'm not Ash. I'm a friend of his. He was shrunk down too, though. So was Team Rocket."

"You mean Team Rocket was in that house all along and I didn't even notice them?!" Jenny said. "That's it! I'm going back to that house and I'm not leaving until those thieves are caught!"

With Brock in hand (quite literally thanks to his size), Jenny then left for Twinleaf Town, a very determined expression on her face.

Meanwhile, back at Dawn's house, Ash had just finished explaining everything to her. She seemed to be even more shocked than Officer Jenny.

"So, you've been in my house this whole time?" She asked, after a moment of silence. Ash nodded.

"Yeah, and it's been hard trying to survive. I lost all of my Poké Balls earlier when I was up in your room."

"Well, I'm just glad you're okay." Dawn said. "Where's Brock?"

"I don't know, we split up a while ago."

Suddenly, there was a loud BANG! on the door, which bursted open once again, revealing Officer Jenny. Barely visible in her outstretched hand was Brock.

"Officer Jenny! You'll never believe what just happened!" Dawn said, getting up. "I just found my friend, Ash. He got shrunk by-"

"-By Team Rocket, I know." Jenny interrupted. "I found his friend, Brock, and he explained the whole situation. I'm here to track down and apprehend Team Rocket once and for all."

"I agree." Dawn said angrily. "Those three goons have caused us enough trouble. I'll help you look for them."

"Actually, Dawn, could you help me find my Poké Balls first?" Ash asked. "I really need my Pokémon back."

"Yeah, I guess we should." Dawn agreed, looking down at him. "We'll head up to my bedroom and let Brock and Officer Jenny track down Team Rocket."

"Dawn, I'll help you look." Brock said. "I think Ash should be the one to go with Officer Jenny. My Pokémon are really worn out right now."

"Sure, I'll go with Jenny." Ash said. "And when I find those three losers, I'm going to teach them a lesson they'll never forget!"

Chapter 7

After searching most of the first floor for Team Rocket to no avail, Officer Jenny (with Ash riding in her open hand) went into the backyard. There, Ash's mother was relaxing in a lounge chair by the pool. She got up as Jenny approached.

"Oh, Officer Jenny! I didn't expect to see y-"

"Mrs. Ketchum, I've found your son. He's right here."

Extending her hand, Jenny showed Ash to Delia, who gasped.

"My gosh! Ash, is that you?! How did you get so small?"

"It's a long story, Mom." Ash said, sighing. "But Team Rocket's behind it all and we need to find them, fast! They're about my size, have you seen them?"

"No, but Ash, you can't look for them at your size!" Delia protested. "It's far too dangerous!"

"Trust me, Mom, I've been through worse." Ash replied, as Jenny set him on the patio. "Plus, I've still got my Pokémon. They may be shrunken too, but they can still pack a punch!"

Meanwhile, not far from the tiny Ash and his company were the Team Rocket trio, desperately attempting to push the door open.

"Come on, you two! Put some effort into it!" Jessie screamed at her partners, as they pushed the sliding door as hard as they could.

"You could help, you know!" James said angrily.

"I'm a lady, I shouldn't have to do any heavy lifting!" She said snobbishly, with her head held high.

"Hey, Team Rocket! There you are!" Ash yelled suddenly, pointing at the trio. Both ladies looked down at him.

"Run!" Meowth yelled, finally cracking the door open and running through it with the other two.

"Get back here!" Ash yelled, chasing after them with Jenny and Delia following suit.

As they entered the kitchen, Ash darted around, looking desperately for Team Rocket. But they had disappeared.

"They're gone." Ash said, as Jenny picked him up. "Now what?"

"I've got it!" Delia said, walking over to a closet and taking out a broom and dustpan. "I bet I can sweep them out of their hiding place!"

She then began sweeping madly, getting every corner of the kitchen that she could reach. After a minute or so, she bent down, swept up what she had caught with the broom into a dustpan, and lifted it up.

"Got them!" She said triumphantly. Ash and Jenny looked at the dustpan, and Team Rocket was indeed sitting in it, coughing from the dust.

"Urgh! Let us go!" Jessie yelled angrily, shaking her tiny fist at the other three.

"Swept up like pathetic dustmites!" James added in shame.

"You three may not be dustmites, but you're definitely pathetic." Jenny said picking up the trio and giving Ash to Delia. "Now, you're coming with me. You're under arrest for attempted kidnapping and...well...for being Team Rocket! Let's go."

"No! I can't go to jail!" Jessie said.

"Give it a rest." Meowth said irritably. "At least we tried, right?"

"And that Pikachu will always be around to capture!" James added hopefully.

"Quiet, you three." Jenny said. She then turned to Ash and Delia.

"Thank you for your help. We'll make sure Team Rocket stays locked up for a long time."

"That's good to know. Maybe Pikachu and I can rest easy for once." Ash said, petting the Electric Mouse Pokémon.

As Officer Jenny departed, Dawn entered the room, Brock riding on her hat.

"Ash, good news!" She said, walking over to him and Delia and dropping extremely tiny Poké Balls into her hand. "We found the rest of your Pokémon."

"That's great, you guys!" Ash said, attaching the Poké Balls to his belt and getting up. "It's nice to finally have all of my Pokémon back."

"So what happened to Team Rocket? Did they get away?" Brock asked, jumping down onto Delia's hand and approaching Ash.

"Nope. Officer Jenny, my mom and I caught them, and Jenny just left with them a few minutes ago. I think we've seen the last of them for a while."

"Wait!" Dawn said suddenly. "Ash, you did get them to tell you how to return to normal size before Jenny took them away, right?"

"Don't worry, Dawn. We can just get some MegaBerries and use those to get back to normal." Ash said.

"There was a bush of them growing on the route to Sandgem Town. Dawn, can you take us there?"

"Yeah, of course." Dawn said, lowering her hand so that Ash and Brock could jump into it.

Later that day, both Ash and Brock were returned to normal size. Brock returned to Pewter City, while Ash went back home, and eventually to the Unova region. As for Team Rocket...

"We're almost there!" Jessie said, as they approached the door exiting the Police Department. "Keep moving!"

"It's a good thing we managed to slip away from that cop chick while she was on a lunch break." Meowth said thankfully.

"Let's get out of here first, then celebrate." Jessie said.

Suddenly, the trio felt a wave of warm air whip over them from behind. Turning around, they saw a giant Growlithe angrily eying them.

"Oh, no..." Meowth said.

"Why can't we ever catch a break?" James said miserably.

All of a sudden, the Growlithe shot a burst of flames out of it's mouth, roasting the trio completely. They fell to the floor, covered in ashes.

"Looks like Team Rocket's burned up again." They said in unison, passing out on the ground.
