Chapter 1, written by Cubed Cinder

Crimson Viper knew what she was about to do would attract the attention of certain people, if they haven't flocked to her location already, so she had to be quick. Luckily for her, as she looked up at the torn apart building, she didn't have to worry about taking a stealthy approach.

That's because she was standing outside one of the former headquarters of S.I.N., the Shadaloo Intimidation Network. Months after the place was destroyed following the events of Street Fighter 4, Viper was back mainly for unfinished business. She had to convince her superiors at the CIA she could still salvage something to damage Shadaloo, the evil criminal organization that was behind S.I.N. the whole time. Her superiors thought she was crazy. All the evidence had either been retrieved (by Guile and Chun-Li) or destroyed and wiped from the computer systems (by Cammy). But Viper held her ground. The proof was out there somewhere, and eventually she was allowed a max of 72 hours to find this proof.

Viper entered the empty building complex, an easy chore with the front of the building having been blown wide open in the past. It was almost quiet, the sounds of rats searching in vain for food and shelter echoing throughout the chamber.
"Hmmm... maybe I should move here. With a little redecorating." Viper said to herself as she noted the empty space around her. She continued forward, looking for whatever was left that might help her cause.

Outside the headquarters, at the top of the adjacent building, Guile adjusted his blanket to keep it from falling off after he took his eyes off his binoculars. He then pulled out a phone and started to dial a number.

Meanwhile, not too far from the destroyed S.I.N. building, a tour bus was making its rounds around the city. Onboard the bus was Chun-Li, draped in a gray robe that covered all but her face. Being near Shadaloo territory, her face would do more than rile up the shady people that she was sitting with, so it was imperative that she keep her cover as deep as possible. To drown out the activity that was going on around her, she thought back to the mission she and Guile were both assigned the day before arriving in the country.

FLASHBACK

In a room full of computer monitors and people in black suits from different agencies (mostly Interpol), Guile and Chun-Li stood out with their respective clothing colors of green and blue. It wasn't conventional, but neither was anything in particular about anyone who participated in a Street Fighter tournament. Soon, everyone looked by the only door in the room, where they saw Esher walking in. Guile immediately recognized the man having worked for him a few years ago in the Air Force.
"Esher." Guile said.
"Guile. A long time, I know." Esher said.
"Must be serious if you're here." Guile said.
"And nice to see you too, Lieutenant. Anyway, we have received intelligence from our friends at Interpol of some activity with S.I.N., or Shadaloo to be exact." Esher said.
"Is it Bison?" Chun-Li asked.
"Right now we are proceeding under that assumption. But we have reason to believe some equipment inside the S.I.N. headquarters that were destroyed months ago may still be operational. Our state-of-the-art electronics equipment intercepted this transmission coming from one of Shadaloo's private channels. Take a listen." Esher said. Pressing a few buttons on the nearby console, a conversation soon took place between a female that Chun-Li quickly recognized. There was also a male voice, but it sounded more robotic.
"...perhaps I can interest you in unlimited power. Power you could only dream of." the male voice said.
"I'm listening." Viper said.
"Go to the S.I.N. war base that was destroyed months ago. I have left a small gift there for you." the male voice said.
"And will you give me what I am seeking in return?" Viper said.
"I give you my word, young lady. Demonstrate the power of my device to the world, and I will give you everything you need that your enemies took away from you." the male voice said.
"Why should I believe you? You haven't even told me your name yet." Viper said.
"Hmmhmm... I am a traitor to Shadaloo. I want their worthless asses down as much as you." the male voice said. The conversation then cut off.

"That is all we could decipher, but we could not identify the male voice." Esher said.
"It has to be Bison. He's setting up some kind of trap. But that woman..." Guile said.
"Viper. That bitch..." Chun-Li said. She and Viper were no friends, that's for sure. Both have had long-running investigations wiped clean thanks to the actions of the other, and the two have traded blows ever since.
"You two are to head for the remains of S.I.N. and retrieve this device, even if it is a bluff as Guile believes. But with Shadaloo stronger than ever, we can't afford to be lax. And find out if it really is Bison behind all this." Esher said.

END FLASHBACK
--

Chun-Li felt the bus coming to a rolling stop, just as the flashback got to Esher's stern warning that this was not to be a personal mission. That they were trying to find this supposedly deadly weapon and not go headhunting for either Viper or Bison. The doors on the bus opened with several citizens filing out. She did the same, waiting until everyone else was off so that she would be the last one off. Chun-Li stepped off the bus, took a quick look around, and then started to walk towards the southeast, into one of the open alleys.

As she did that, she felt her phone vibrating against her hips. She reached into her clothing and pulled the phone out.
"Delta 9, reporting in." Chun-Li said.
"Hey kiddo, it's Alpha 10. Where are you?" Guile said.
"I was on the city tour, but I'm close to your position. Any sign of her?" Chun-Li said.
"She just went inside. You want me to tail her ass?" Guile said.
"No... stay on recon in case she brought help. I'm gonna tail that ass of hers!" Chun-Li said.
"Heh... you know, I think you've been hanging with me for too long." Guile said.

Not too long after that, Guile could clearly see Chun-Li, especially as she took off her robe and revealed herself in her familiar outfit. She gave a thumbs up to him, and he returned the favor. Chun-Li then slowly made her way inside the rubble.

----

Now further inside the destroyed building, Crimson Viper was now in the same power chamber where Seth got his power. This room was in much worse shape, naturally since this is where most of the destruction took place. Viper was digging her way through the thick chunks of rock and rubble. She didn't mind getting a little dirty, she was wearing her S.I.N. suit, after all, which she kept as a souvenir from her many years of working undercover at S.I.N. After a few minutes of digging, something eventually caught her eye.
"Hello? What do we have here?" Viper said to herself. Underneath one of the rocks was a rather sturdy looking metal box, the kind of "indestructible" toolbox you might see at a Lowe's or Home Depot today. Viper opened up the box, and inside were two buttons, one colored green and labeled GROW, another colored red and labeled SHRINK, with a flashing red light at the top of the box.
"He says this will give me undreamed of power? Hmph... looks more like a toy to me." Viper said. But she kept staring at the box, curious as to what it would do.
"Well, I'd hate for this trip to go to waste. I wonder what grow does... maybe it'll give me a bigger chest." Viper said with a sly smile on her face. She reached down and pressed the button, and Viper suddenly found herself surrounded with electricity, but amazingly she wasn't feeling one bit of shock...
"What the fuck!?" Viper shouted.

At the exact same time, Guile was standing by waiting to hear something from Chun-Li, but he then heard nothing but static from his earpiece.
"Delta 9! Delta 9, you're breaking up, is everything okay?" Guile said. But there was no response.
"Delta 9! Come in, Delta 9! Alpha 10 calling in!" Guile shouted. Still no response.
"Dammit!" Guile said, quickly walking over to his receiver equipment and changing to another channel.

Finally, after about fifteen seconds of electricity surrounding her battle suit, it went away, but Viper felt a powerful force push her down to her behind.
"Ah! What was that?" Viper said. She was about to get back on her feet, when she noticed something. The room... it was getting smaller.
"Huh? This is..." Viper said, watching as the room continued to shrink. She quickly figured what that grow button did... it was making her entire body grow. She watched as her long legs were now stretching out towards the hallway she came in from.

As Chun-Li navigated her way through the damaged structure, she could hear all sorts of noises that were progressively getting louder. Electricity and the sounds of steel beams suddenly buckling didn't sound too normal to Chun-Li.
"Geez, this building is worse shape than I thought." Chun-Li said.
"...9! Delta 9! Come on, kiddo, please respond!" Chun-Li suddenly heard Guile's voice screaming through the headset she was now wearing.
"Delta 9 here, what is it?" Chun-Li said.
"You might want to get out of there, kid! Something big is going on in there... I had to change channels to get past the interference!" Guile said.
"Interference? What the hell are you talking about?" Chun-Li said.
"I don't know, but I'm hearing loud noises in the building from out here. You better get out before..." Guile said. Chun-Li did not pick up the rest, not because the transmission was suddenly cut off, but because she looked in front of her to see two of the biggest boots heading right for her, and they were growing fast!
"Shit!!" Chun-Li shouted as she immediately turned around and made a sprint for the same path she took coming in, occasionally looking behind her and seeing the growing boots get closer and closer. She thought for sure she would be crushed until the boots started pulling backwards.

Meanwhile, the power chamber was rapidly collapsing as Crimson Viper filled up more and more of the room. Her head was already brushing against the ceiling, and the bigger Viper grew, the more she looked to like it.
"My god..." Viper said to herself. Finally not wanting to contain herself inside the destroyed building, Viper pressed her gloved hands against the ceiling and it rapidly came apart. She pulled her legs back so she could stand up, unknowingly sparing Chun-Li from being crushed, although thanks to her rapidly expanding size, her knees punched open more holes in the ceiling. It didn't matter as Viper, after a bit of a struggle, was standing up.

Just as Guile saw Chun-Li make it back outside, with Chun-Li scurrying to one of the alleys for safety, Guile watched as the badly damaged headquarters were suddenly replaced piece by piece with a rapidly growing Crimson Viper. Despite standing up to her full height, Crimson Viper watched as the scenery around her continued to shrink. She wondered if she would ever stop growing, but as she thought that, the growth finally stopped. Crimson Viper stood at a massive 500 feet tall, big enough to crush any of the buildings around her, not just the former S.I.N. headquarters.
"Hmmmm... I think I'll like this." Viper said. She then looked out in the distance at the city.
"Yes... really like this. Hmmhmmhmm..." Viper said with a soft laugh. She took her first couple steps, her boots cracking everything that rested underneath them.

Both Chun-Li and Guile watched, as well as carefully monitored Viper's moves to make sure they wouldn't be crushed (and luckily they weren't, as she didn't step anywhere near where the two were), as the mega-sized Crimson Viper made her way towards the city. Chun-Li got back on her phone.
"Alpha 10... please tell me you're seeing what I'm seeing." Chun-Li said.
"I see it, kiddo. Who would've thought..." Guile said.
"That Viper would stoop to this kind of level?" Chun-Li said.
"That... and that this kind of thing you only see in fanfiction would happen." Guile said. Chun-Li just looked up at Guile, on top of the building he was perched on, with an annoyed look.
"Sorry... anyway, what's the plan now?" Guile said.
"Get back to the embassy and warn all the agencies. I'm going after Viper." Chun-Li said.
"Wait, Delta 9... you're not seriously gonna chase her down, are you? She'll crush you!" Guile said.
"Not if I use my quick feet. I don't care if she's 5'9" or 59 feet tall... that bitch is mine!!! " Chun-Li shouted. She then went running in the same direction as the mega giantess, making sure to avoid the many potholes created from Viper's steps.
"Delta 9! Delta 9!! Dammit!!!" Guile shouted, trying to get back in touch with Chun-Li, but clearly she had either shut off her communicator or she wasn't listening anymore. Guile, as he packed up his equipment, began the great debate. Whether to follow Chun-Li's suggestion and warn all the agencies back at the embassy... or fly into the face of danger and chase Chun-Li down while avoiding a giantess capable of causing mass destruction...

Unknown to everyone, including the mega giantess, the box that made Viper grow was still functioning, with the blinking light and occasional flashes of electricity eminating from the box.

---

Meanwhile, a helicopter was approaching the opposite side of the city. Onboard this copter were the pilot, two British secret agents, and the most important person onboard, Cammy White. Like with Chun-Li, Cammy had received intelligence from her superiors that there was paranormal activity at the former S.I.N. headquarters. Unlike with Chun-Li and Guile, she had no idea that Crimson Viper would be at the scene, but she immediately put two and two together. Cammy and Crimson Viper was more of a blood feud than Chun-Li and Crimson Viper was, because Cammy was the one that wiped out the last of Viper's investigation into S.I.N.

As Cammy was thinking about Viper for that very reason, she was brought back to reality when the copter shook a bit. She noticed the pilot having a shocked look on his face.
"Pilot, what's with the jitters!?" Cammy said.
"Um... Mrs. White... look!" the pilot said as he pointed forward. There, everyone onboard saw the mega-sized Crimson Viper, towering over the entire city, with not a single building at her height (the closest building was at chest-level). As Cammy watched Crimson Viper lift up one of her boots and crush a significantly smaller building, she shouted the only thing on her mind.
"What the bloody hell!?" Cammy shouted.

Chapter 2, written by EmmaGear

The damage caused by her very presence in the city brought a thin smile to her lips. Her boots brought everything in their path to an untimely end, which she enjoyed more with every step. Her mind swirled with the possibilities of the damage and protection her new size would grant her.

---

With a fierce kick, her right boot turned a nearby low-standing building into little more than flying debris. She smiled as the chunks of broken steel and glass rained onto the city and other buildings below. The violent hailstorm gouged holes in many of the other buildings.

She smiled at the sight. Her destructive tendencies were now allowed to come out full force, and it was all defensible thanks to the orders she had been given.

"Demonstrate the powers of my device to the world..." Viper repeated to herself quietly.

"Well I'm certainly doing that!" She shouted and made use of the jets contained within her boots to jump to an incredible height.

To everyone at ground level, including a comparably minuscule Chun-Li, the world had become covered in a thick white smoke as Viper launched herself what seemed to be hundreds of feet into the air. A small helicopter hovering nearby also struggled to find a safe place to land as the smoke billowed out from her boots.

Hundreds of feet in there the smoke stopped abruptly, and Viper did a quick flip to right herself, as she plummeted back to the Earth with incredible force.

She was falling straight back to where she had landed and she braced herself for the impact. Sure enough, her boots cracked through the soft earth and made an immense crater that would rival all but a nuclear weapon.

For the tiny citizens, the impact was great enough that any preparations for it would have been negated instantly. The couple of buildings unlucky enough to be caught beneath her boots were pounded into bedrock, as several blocks of buildings nearby also crumpled to nothing.

The displaced rush of wind from her landing instantly cleared the area of the smoke her takeoff had generated and lifted several people from their feet. The helpless people flew though the air until they were flattened against the face of one of the still standing buildings if they were lucky. If they weren't, they would have found themselves hitting the ground with enough force to shatter every bone in their body at once.

---

Chun-Li had seen Viper do that annoyingly high jump every time they fought and had a good idea of what sort of damage it would cause at her new size. She had managed to survive by taking cover in one of the potholes Vipers boots had created.

---

The rush of wind overhead had been immense, greater than anything Chun-Li had ever experienced, and she felt if it weren't for her self-proclaimed status of "The Strongest Woman in the World" she'd have ended up as one of Crimson Viper's many victims.

"Delta 9, are you ok?!" Guile's voice frantically shouted over the radio.

Chun-Li's eyes were transfixed on Crimson Viper for the moment though, trying to figure out what she was planning next. She could see no reason for her to be slipping out of her boots, and yet that's exactly what it looked like.

"Delta 9! Chun-Li dammit answer me! Are you okay?!" Guile repeated.

"Ok Alpha 10, over." Chun-Li said as she stood, dusting herself off.

"Whew, you had me worried there. Anyway we need to regroup before we continue, if that hasn't changed your mind on how little a chance you'd stand against her now, I don't think anything could." Guile ordered back, his voice full of relief.

There was no answer. Chun-Li was not the type to let herself be beaten so easily, and had left her radio behind as she resumed her run towards Crimson Viper.

---

Watching from a nearby helicopter, Cammy shouted at the pilot to steer up and back as quickly as he could. Though visibility was extremely limited from the smoke he did as was ordered and the vehicle was largely unaffected by the incredible impact.

Cammy watched from above as C. Viper wreaked unspeakable havok on the city below and clenched her fist in anger. There were far too many lives being lost for her to just stand idly by.

---

Viper crouched ahd tugged on her boot firmly. She had made a mistake, she knew that much. The point of her whole excercise was to show the power of the device to the world, and making use of the technology provided within her own suit, rather than her own size, was likely going very much against her clients orders.

With a strong push, her boot slipped off from her right foot, leaving it bare to the world. She gingerly placed her foot on a relatively empty area of the street, relieved as she felt the street crack and buckle beneath her even without her boots added weight.

Figuring nobody would be able to do anything with a boot her size, she casually tossed it behind her. The empty boot sailed through the air and landed with a resounding crash far behind her, sinking into the asphalt several feet with its weight.

Viper paid it no mind however, as she finished removing her second boot and tossed it over her shoulder in the same fashion where it met the city with similar results.

Standing to her full height again, she surveyed the area near her feet, and found many of the glass windows or car windshields covered in fog up from the heat and presence of her feet. She smiled at the sight. Her very presence was enough to influence the world around her in ways she wouldn't have thought of normally.

A swift kick sent all nearby cars sailing through the air to embed themselves in the upper floors of other buildings. Eager to see how much damage she could do without her boots she strolled along the street, occasionally altering her path to crush flat the occasional straggler.

The feeling was magnificent, and Viper was almost beginning to hope she couldn't be changed back to normal. She was enjoying her new size too much to want for much else. A careful lit of her sole only further drove the point home as she made a foot shaped hole in the top of a particularly wide building. She wiggled her toes about on the ground level, stirring up the dirt underneath and she smiled lazily.

"And there's nothing anyone can do to stop me." She stated matter-of-factly.

"Not if I have anything to do with it!"

Viper stopped, one foot still in the wide building and the other still in the middle of the street. She thought she heard something, faint, only a whisper, but different enough from the rest of the screaming populace to actually be noticed.

Looking around her foot in the building, she couldn't see anything out of the ordinary save for the people who had taken to climbing over her toes to escape, one of whom she couldn't help but dispatch with a quick twist of her toes.

Then she felt it. A rapid, concentrated effort to hit the same location, focused on her left foot, not inside the building at all.

Angry over the attempted use of firearms she bent over and grabbed the offending attacker without a second glance.

"Just who the hell do you think you are?" she asked, roughly lifting the offender and keeping a tight grip.

Chun-Li, now comparatively small and powerless struggled in Viper's vice-like grip. Not able to speak through the pressure, she kicked her legs more frantically and made an even more concentrated effort to free her arms.

Viper had picked up her tiny tickler with the intent on disposing of them in a more creative way, but upon quickly realizing it was none other than Chun-Li, her plans changed entirely.

Though her grip did not falter, Viper's angry expression quickly melted into one of sadistic glee. Here was a woman who hated her more than anything, tiny and completely at her mercy. Far weaker than anything she had ever encountered, and she had been caught.

"Well if it isn't little Miss Chun-Li..." Viper spat, particularly at the word little, as though it were a horrible contagious disease that Chun-Li had been afflicted with and her very presence bothered her.

"Yes, I'm glad I found you." She added dryly.

Chun-Li's face began to grow blue and her struggles weakened within Viper's unrelenting grip.

"Oops, sorry." Viper said, her voice thick with sarcasm. Opening her hand, Chun-Li collapsed into her palm, sinking into it slightly as she hacked and coughed for a minute, recovering from her near suffocation at her rival's hands.

"Now now, none of that." Viper said, grimacing at Chun-Li's writhing, recovering form in her hand.

Another minute passed before Chun-Li stood to her feet weakly, her expression hard. She opened her mouth to shout up at the giantess Crimson Viper, but was quickly "Shh'd" as her index finger pressed into Chun-Li's face.

"Shh, no need to get angry now. It's just not worth it, you don't stand a chance, no matter how much you'd like to think you do." Viper explained, though couldn't hide a sly grin at her own words.

Having had enough of her humiliation, Chun-Li forcefully grabbed Viper's finger and pushed it away.

"Well aren't you a feisty one..." Viper chuckled before bringing her finger back up, this time lightly pinching Chun-Li's ankle and holding her upside down at eye level.

Twisting and turning for all she was worth, Chun-Li tried desparately to land a hit, or do anything at all to attack her much larger opponent. All her efforts were for naught however, as Viper simply shook her a bit, before lowering her back to the street level.

"Hmph, well I can see a verbal agreement can't be reached between us, so I'd normally offer a fight, but it seems like you'd be a little disadvantaged against my hands, so..." Viper explained before roughly dropping Chun-Li onto her back in the street.

"You'll be fighting my feet! It makes sense you know, you're quite known for your kicking prowess, and I'd love to see how I stack up!"

Chun-Li however, seemed to have finally taken a hint, and after getting to her feet, broke into a run, hoping to escape her giant tormentor.

"NO!" Viper shouted and removed the foot she had kept in the small wide building with such force she tore out a side wall and caused much of the roof to collapse in on itself. She positioned her foot directly over Chun-Li's minucule form and with no effort or fanfare, slammed her heel down.

The vibrations through the street knocked Chun-Li to her knees, but not with enough time as her world became enveloped in shadow. Only a second later, a soft, yielding surface crashed over her entire body and pressed her deeply into the street.

Her head turned sideways, Chun-Li was caught between the street and Viper's now very clearly odorous foot. The pressure eased itself and crushed a bit harder a few times, a movement Chun-Li assumed was nothing but a simple wiggle of the toes to Crimson Viper.

Though Chun-Li couldn't see it, Viper had crossed her arms under her chest, adopting a very conquering pose as a celebration of her prey underfoot.

Viper flicked Chun-Li onto her back so she could look up and try to take in all of her incredible size at once.

"That's better, now, what do I do with you, my tiny, oh so tiny friend." Viper smiled as she looked between her huge toes at her helpless captive.

"Maybe I should suffocate you again..." Viper asked nobody in particular as she moved her big toe over Chun-Li's face and pressed on it lightly. Almost immediately Chun-Li's arms and legs beat futilely against the sides of Viper's big toe. Her hands clawed for purchase on the smooth toenail, but again, Viper waited until the struggles slowed before releasing, forcing Chun-Li to inhale deeply the smell of her long booted feet.

"Maybe a simple crush can suffice, as I've seen fit to do to so many of the locals." Viper said mischievously lifting her foot a bit above Chun-Li and waving her sole about teasingly.

"Or maybe, just maybe, I can take the old fairy tale route, and have myself a fine snack with your body..." Viper teased as she clenched her toes together, lifting Chun-Li to knee level where she was plucked free, and hung upside down over the wet, gaping maw that was Crimson Viper's throat.

"Oh whatever shall I do with you?" She asked, letting her hot breath wash over Chun-Li before licking her lips loudly. "Maybe a snack would be the best-"

Viper stopped quickly, she could hear a high pitched whirring sound, and turning quickly, she saw the origin of it.

A rocket-propelled-grenade was heading straight for her. Her toes tensed on the ground level and she lifted off her heels to make a split second evasive maneuver.

But again the haunting phrase repeated in her mind.

"Demonstrate the power of my device to the world."

She had proven herself capable of inflicting plenty of damage to both single individuals and surrounding city areas using only the power her new size granted her, but was this the same thing that was implied?

Viper loosened her body up, and the RPG slammed into her mid-section before detonating with a powerful explosion.

Powerful is a relative term however, and by comparison the weapon had even less impact on Viper as a whole than a lighter a small firework.

Waving aside the smoke, Viper found herself completely unscathed by the attack. A wicked smile crossed her lips as she examined her surroundings carefully. The amber lenses of her glasses provided her with more contrast and she quickly found her target.

Or, targets, as she soon realized. Rooftops all over the surrounding areas were dotted with armed men and women. Several helicopters were coming in from a distance and closing in on her.

"Well it looks like the military has arrived." Viper absentmindedly addressed Chun-Li. "What do you say we greet them?"

Taking a step towards the nearest rooftop with an armed soldier, she completely crushed a building into dust with her left foot. Her right foot repeated this action, and they continued until Viper was within arms reach of a now clearly panicking man holding a rocket launcher.

Before she could wrap her fingers around him however, she felt a much more forceful impact from behind.

A quick look over her surroundings showed she was now in the path of many tanks. She wasn't sure where they had come from or how they had mobilized so quickly, but there they were.

Another tank shell was fired and slammed into her side, and again there wasn't even tiniest bit of visible damage.

Viper was ecstatic.

The man she had been reaching for on the rooftop managed to shoot at her again, and upon realizing this, she quickly grabbed him again and squeezed her hand together tightly. A gruesome series of pops confirmed his end, and she opend her now red hand, letting the corpse fall from it to the street.

Looking back down, she lifted her bare right foot over the nearest tank and placed it on top. Her foot sank into the tank lightly, and she could feel it vibrate as it made every attmept to escape that it could.

Pressing a bit further, she felt the entire metal shell buckle beneath her limitless power. She would be able to do this with only one foot, no forcing all her weight onto it would be required.

Forcing her right foot down more forcefully, she felt the metal crumple beneath her yielding sole, and proceed to become nothing more than a flat dollop of metal after a series of loud creaks and squeals of metal bending.

This, Viper took, as the opening bell to her true rampage. She ran through the city, crushing home, person, and vehicle alike under her feet. Though she enjoyed the pointless destruction, she did make a concentrated effort to eradicate everyone armed in particular. The city streets rumbled constantly and became covered in enormous footprints form her rampage.

It only lasted a few minutes. A large portion of the city lay smoldering in ruins, but she had taken out all of the annoying attackers.

Through the entire ordeal, Chun-Li was still trapped in Viper's free hand, and was jostled about relentlessly, causing her to pass out.

"Hey, wake up." Viper said, flicking Chun-Li in the head lightly.

Waking up blurry eyed from the sudden blow, Chun-Li shook her head and looked over her surroundings again.

She had to stifle a scream at the site of the section of city they were in. Dark red footprints and collapsed buildings led the entire scene a very nightmarish quality that Chun-Li wished she had never seen.

"I've got you Chun-Li. The army didn't stand a chance, and it doesn't look like anyone is coming to your rescue." Viper explained in a tone suggesting boredom.

"I'd consider this a job well done. So, for now I guess the only thing left to do is, well, dispose of you, my terribly pathetic tiny rival." Viper smiled as she took in Chun-Li's horrified expression.

Chapter 3, written by Cubed Cinder

After just barely avoiding both the intense smoke screen as well as the city-shaking stomp from the giant Crimson Viper, Cammy knew this was a dangerous situation for both herself and the helicopter. She made sure her fellow MI6 agents wouldn't be put in any further danger.
"Pilot! Get me to the tallest building you can! I'm gonna take it to the ground!" Cammy said.
"Mrs. White, are you sure you want to do that!?" the pilot shouted.
"Mrs. White, we are supposed to be conducting this investigation as a team!" one of the MI6 agents shouted.
"Yeah, well, the whole bloody plan's changed! I am taking command of this mission with that giant bimbo walking around and destroying the city." Cammy said.
"But Mrs. White..." the pilot said.
"That is my order! Once I am on the ground, take refuge outside the city and await further orders." Cammy shouted.
"Yes, ma'am!" the pilot finally acknowledged. The other two agents onboard the copter tried to argue themselves, but at this point, Cammy was not listening. She instead waited as the copter slowly lowered its altitude over a roughly ten to fifteen story building, several blocks away from the mega giantess.
Cammy finally made a bold jump about twenty feet from the roof of the building, coming to a rolling stop against the edge. She got up and waved the helicopter off until it flew away. Once she felt it was out of sight, Cammy walked to the other side of the building, watching almost in disbelief as Viper was slowly taking her boots off.
"Oy, you've got to be kidding me." Cammy said. Despite the risks she knew she was accepting, Cammy hopped onto the nearby fire escape stairs and made her way down.

By the time Cammy had finally made it in the city, standing several feet away from the mega giantess, she watched as the giant Viper turned her body to the side as she looked to be talking to someone in her hand. At first, Cammy couldn't see who it was, but as Viper suddenly dangled her target in front of her face, Cammy immediately recognized the victim.
"Chun-Li!" Cammy shouted, but she quickly covered her mouth hoping the mega giantess didn't hear that, or she would be as good as dead. Thankfully, Viper didn't seem to hear that. Still, Cammy, being good friends with Chun-Li having worked with her in the past, could only wonder how she was going to rescue her.

But then, Viper suddenly lowered Chun-Li down onto the street. Cammy was tempted to run up to her and either check on her well-being or save her, but instead, she took cover behind one of the wrecked cars and watched the scene play out. She watched as Chun-Li tried to make a break for it.
"NO!" Viper shouted with authority. As she pulled one of her feet out from the small building with a great deal of speed, some of the debris went flying towards Cammy. She made a dive as one of the sharp building fragments pierced right through the car she had taken cover behind. Just as she recovered from the dive, Cammy watched as Chun-Li was buried underneath one of Viper's humongous toes.
"No!" Cammy shouted herself. She almost wanted to rush towards those toes and try and rescue Chun-Li, but once again thought better of it, as one slight movement by the giantess could easily kill her. And even then, the foul odor of Viper's foot was almost too much to take for the MI6 agent.
"Oh, bloody hell!" Cammy said as she backed away and wiped the murky air away from her face. She instead quickly took cover behind another nearby car, once again lucky that the mega giantess didn't spot her.

After she had taken cover, watching helplessly as Chun-Li continued to be tortured, the whining sound of an RPG went flying over her head, and she watched as the weapon exploded in Viper's midsection, with little reaction from the giantess. She then watched as the streets, rooftops of buildings that still stood, and the sky filled with all sorts of military personnel and equipment.
"Well it looks like the military has arrived. What do you say we greet them?" Viper said down to Chun-Li. Cammy, on the other hand, knew this wasn't going to go well.
"Oh boy, this won't end well." Cammy said. Cammy could only watch as every attack did not hurt Viper. They only succeeded in getting her attention and speeding up their death wishes. When she reached down and crushed the missile launching man into a bloody paste, the blood and bones landed almost next to Cammy.
"Yuck! That's some stench." Cammy shouted. Then she watched as the giantess approached the tanks. As she broke into a sprint towards these tanks, she could see some of the military people jumping out and trying to escape before Viper's huge bare foot could reach them.

Cammy reached one tank as the men were flying out of it.
"Come on, mates, hurry up and get out!" Cammy said. Just as the last man got out, Viper's foot was coming down fast!
"Damn it!" Cammy shouted as she leapt off the tank right in the nick of time, as the giantess crushed it flat just as Cammy made the bold leap off it. As Cammy was running in the opposite direction, she watched as the destruction played out. It was unbelievable, she thought, that Viper could very easily destroy such heavy artillery.

Right then and there, she knew this was one battle she could not win the way she was now. She had to find a way to face Viper on even terms... and as soon as she thought that, she broke into a car and hotwired it to start the engine. She drove off for the outskirts of the city. Her destination? The S.I.N. building. The very one that months ago she helped destroy.

Eventually, after a speedy drive out of the city that lasted just a couple minutes, Cammy finally made it to the almost completely destroyed S.I.N. building. For the next few minutes, Cammy fought tooth and nail (almost literally) to dig her way through the wreckage, trying to find anything that may have caused Viper's huge growth spurt. The humming in the background pushed her forward, knowing there was something still running deep in the complex, perhaps the very something that made Viper so big.

Finally, after digging up a big pile of rock and rubble, Cammy found the box. The very same box that transformed Crimson Viper into a rampaging giantess. Of course, Cammy didn't recognize it at first. She only wondered what a lonely device like the one she was staring at was doing still functioning despite all the crushing weight that surrounded it.
"What in England is this? It's gotta be the device that made Viper grow." Cammy said. She looked up and noticed the huge hole in the ceiling, with some pieces of it still falling to the sides. There was only one way to find out for sure. Cammy approached the device, occasionally still blinking lights and flashing green electricity.
Much like Viper earlier, curiosity got the better of Cammy, and she reached down and tapped the green GROW button. She found herself surrounded with green electricity, but didn't feel one bit of electric shock.
"Wha... what the?" Cammy said. Before she could think about finding a way to shut the machine off or run out of the room, the electricity vanished.

And then Cammy could only watch as the whole room shrunk around her.
"Guess I found the growth device." Cammy said to herself, watching as herself and her clothes (thankfully) were growing at a fast rate. Just like that, Cammy was now the same 500 feet tall as her most hated rival. And speaking of most hated rival, Cammy looked out in the distance and saw Crimson Viper standing idly over a group of destroyed buildings and military equipment. She was talking to something in her hand; she immediately presumed it was the captured Chun-Li.
"Alright, time to bust some Viper." Cammy said as she raised one foot high over the S.I.N. building and stepped out of it, soon the other foot following behind, walking towards the now small city. The city was soon going to be welcoming a second mega giantess.

---

Back in the city, Chun-Li could only watch as the many different armies were effortlessly destroyed by the mega giantess. Even though she anticipated such a move, she still felt all the energy in her body leave her. It looked as though nothing could save her from certain death, especially as she looked right at the beaming face of the gigantic Crimson Viper.
"I'd consider this a job well done. So, for now I guess the only thing left to do is, well, dispose of you, my terribly pathetic tiny rival." Viper smiled as she took in Chun-Li's horrified expression. Viper raised a hand, looking like she was going to swat Chun-Li to death like a fly on a wall.

"You'll have to kill me first, Viper!" a loud female voice shouted.

Viper gasped. There was no way an ordinary human could have a voice that loud. It was almost as if she were standing right next to her. That's when she looked ahead of her... and there was Cammy, just as big as she was.
"What the!? What are YOU doing here?" Viper said.
"You really shouldn't leave your toys laying around, you know." Cammy said.
"MY toys? Haven't you caused enough damage at S.I.N.? And now you want to play copycat." Viper said.
"You know why I am here. Just come along peacefully, and we don't have to destroy any more of this city." Cammy said. Viper just broke into a giggle and then a laugh.
"Heehee... hahahahaha!! You've gotta be joking, little British girl. Why don't you be a nice little giantess and go stomp all over London or something?" Viper said.
"Fine. If you will not come with me, then let's settle this in a street fight!" Cammy said as she got into a battle stance.
"Okay, fine by me. Just let me put my little toy in a safe place." Viper said. She then moved the tie that was part of her suit and covered her cleavage and then trapped Chun-Li in between her sweating breasts. Chun-Li didn't have time to wish the giant Cammy luck as Viper put her tie back in place and got into her own battle stance...

Chapter 4, written by EmmaGear

Cammy and Viper stared at each other for a moment, seemingly waiting for something. The seconds that transpired felt like eons to the petrified city below, as well as Chun-Li trapped on Viper.

Then, as if an unheard voice had shouted, "FIGHT!" the battle began. Cammy ran straight for Crimson Viper who stepped back and slammed her fist into the ground, the shockwave causing many a nearby building to collapse as well as its intended purpose, tripping up Cammy.

Nearly falling forward from the shockwave, Cammy caught herself on the ground, and quickly did an impressive leg sweep, hoping to catch Viper. Her sweep missed and she carefully planted her boots back into safe places on the ground to resume the attack, but received a swift kick in the head instead. Shaken, Cammy recovered quickly, realizing that without her boots, Viper had lost a great deal of power from her kicks.

Smiling to herself and feeling she now had an exploitable advantage, Cammy quickly caught sight of Viper and confirmed that she was still barefoot. Feeling the need to press her advantage, she ran again at Viper full speed, this time doing a small jump and stretching her body and pointing her feet to hit a smaller area harder.

Viper tensed herself as Cammy began spinning towards her. She was all too familiar with her signature attack, the Cannon Drill, and didn't want to be on the receiving end of it again. It would take lightning quick reflexes to counter it, and luckily, C. Viper's suit was made just for that sort of maneuver.

Digging her heels into the ground, Viper braced herself to intercept the spinning giantess.

It was over in an instant.

Cammy's boots hit Viper's chest for a fraction of a second before it became apparent that something was wrong. Cammy had stopped spinning and the impact, brief as it was had managed to knock Chun-Li free from her prison.

---

Fearing for her life, Chun-Li flailed about in the air before realizing she was still very close to Viper, and grabbed hold of her outfit to save herself. Carefully, she managed to slide down the length of Crimson Viper's body. Running past the length of Crimson Viper's foot, she jumped off once she had reached the toes and continued to escape the situation.

Chun-Li wasn't in Interpol just because of her fighting ability. She wasn't stupid. Cammy had figured out a way to grow and Chun-Li thought she had figured it out too. As she continued to run she heard a tremendous scream and saw the sky light up all around her.

Fearing the worst, Chun-Li continued to run, making her way back to the SIN Facility.

---

She'd done it.

Viper's chest hurt like hell, as her timing wasn't completely perfect and the Cannon Drill had managed to hit her full force for a fraction of a second. She could definitely see why Cammy had gotten her rank and position in Delta Red with those abilities.

Still, she'd done it. Viper lifted her left arm, having caught one of Cammy's ankles. Cammy's head turned in surprise, her eyes wide as Viper swung with her right arm and delievered a fierce punch to Cammy's midsection, before unleashing what was likely thousands of volts of electricity through her fist.

The electric attack lit up the sky and Cammy shrieked in pain for a moment before coughing up a bit of blood. Still being held upside down, she felt, more than saw Viper knee her in the chest forcefully.

Opening her mouth to scream, Cammy felt only a bit of bile and blood rise from her throat.

Viper smiled. Cammy was helpless now, as it looked like some of the electricity from the machine was still contained in her suit, powering up her suit even more than normal. Still holding Cammy upside down, Viper swung her upwards. The limp body followed suit and, holding up an arm, Viper caught Cammy by one of her breasts. Again, a powerful shock of electricity launched Cammy from Viper's right palm and she landed on a rather large section of the small city.

Not wanting to take any further chances, Viper returned to her discarded boots and slid them back on, loving the fact that the only movement Cammy made was to clutch her chest and occasionally cough a bit of blood over the fleeing citizens.

With her boots safely on again, Viper walked back to her fallen foe and pressed her heel into Cammy's temple, taunting her. The battle was short, and it was over. The soreness in Viper's chest was fading, but Cammy continued to clutch her stomach and roll on her side a bit.

"Well, you certainly didn't last long." Viper said down to her beaten foe. "Why, I'd go so far as to call that quite a pathetic display. Even if this suit didn't have as much power as it now did I'm sure you'd have not stood a chance."

Laughing loudly, Viper continued to grind her heel into Cammy's temple, causing the giantess to wince in pain. Removing her foot from Cammy's head, Viper prepared to launch another devastating kick when she felt the ground shake beneath her slightly.

Turning quickly, she held her arms up to block a potential counter attack, assuming that she'd now have to deal with a giant-sized Guile or something.

She didn't see anyone behind her. Puzzled, she lowered her guard, wondering if she had merely been imagining things. Before her mind could go any further however, a devastating attack from above knocked her onto her back, where she slid through the devastated city several feet before regaining her balance and flipping onto her feet again.

Standing just as tall as she had grown to be, was the ever-meddling Chun-Li. Shaking her head to clear her vision, Viper pressed her hand into her chest to confirm that Chun-Li was missing.

"So, you've come to interfere in my business again?" Crimson Viper asked smugly.

Chun-Li didn't answer, choosing instead to close the distance between her and C. Viper despite the city crunching beneath her enormous boots, and launched a flurry of kicks to her opponent. Viper jumps back to dodge, but finds the heel of a boot catches a smaller building, throwing her off balance for a moment.

Overcome with thoughts of revenge, Chun-Li showed none of the care Cammy had when pressing her advantage and doing a quick somersault forward to drop her heel onto Viper's head, knocking her to the ground completely.

A great plume of dust and rubble emerged all around Viper as she fell to her back from the kick. Not prepared to give up yet though, she jumped back to her feet, shaking the ground as she did so and charged at Chun-Li, her fists crackling with electricity as she did so.

Try as she might though, it seemed like Chun-Li wanted the win more, as she managed to dodge every punch thrown at her though, none of them even grazing her. Enraged, Viper punched the street where she stood, causing an extra powerful shockwave to pass through the city, turning several blocks around her into rubble.

Chun-Li felt the vibration in the electrified ground and placed her hands together quickly. The electricity from the machine made her feel wide awake. The entire world focused around her more and she felt as if time began to slow.

Concentrating on her palms, she spread her arms apart as wide as she could before swinging them back forward in front of her. A blue energy came forth from her hands and exploded outwards in all directions.

One of Chun-Li's signature attacks was the Kikousho, a great explosion of energy from her hands that would surround her briefly and dissipate. It hit rather hard, but she would tend to collapse after doing it, if only for a moment for all the energy it took from her.

Right now though, Chun-Li felt as if she had enough energy to wipe out a small city with it, and as the energy from her palms exploded outwards, far more enormous than either her or Viper had expected.

The streets below her were ripped apart by the force. Viper held her arms up in an effort to block the attack but it was completely futile. Still not wanting to give up, Viper pressed her palms against the incoming energy, trying to stave off the attack with her own electric attacks.

The light grew blindingly bright as the two forces struggled against the other, but it became obvious who was coming out on top all too quickly. Viper's giantess body was overpowered despite the electricity coursing through her and she was completely overrun.

With an extra burst, the attack ended and Chun-Li fell to her knees, panting from the effort.

Viper lay on her back, her suit heavily damaged from Chun-Li's attacks. She wearily lifted an arm above her head to block out the sun. Slowly, Viper closed and opened her palm, but found she could no longer make the suit crackle with electricity.

Then, Chun-Li appeared overhead. Towering above her like a feminine skyscraper, Viper pressed her palms into the rubble strewn streets to stand up and resume the fight but was stopped when Chun-Li seemed to get just a tiny bit bigger.

Fearing the worst, Viper turned her head to the side and watched a nearby building get bigger and bigger. Her heart skipped a beat as the obvious answer presented itself.

She was shrinking back to normal.

Fast.

Viper pushed herself to a sitting position, now only as high as Chun-Li's knees.

Chun-Li lifted a boot over Viper to stomp her before she got too small and possibly incapacitate her, but a quick roll saw Viper escape by a hairs width.

Standing back on her feet, Viper stood and dusted herself off. She was nearly normal sized again, and Chun-Li was an incredible giantess. She stood in shock and awe for a moment, realizing that only moments ago she towered above the city like this, and only a few moments before that the enormous giantess dwarfing the ruined cityscape around her had been in her cleavage.

The ground around her was plunged into shadow. Knowing she didn't have much time, Viper got a running start and jumped, activating her rocket boots in midair, sending her far out of Chun-Li's range quickly.

Chun-Li growled as she watched the minuscule Viper fly away from under her foot. She tried to follow but the bug was too nimble to be easily caught, and Chun-Li watched her fly away as she clenched her fist.

"I really hate that move..." She told herself quietly.

"Ch-Chun-Li?" A voice long forgotten called out to her weakly.

Worried, Chun-Li ignored Viper and returned to Cammy's side quickly cradling her head in her lap.

Cammy smiled as she saw that Chun-Li was the only giantess remaining in the city other than herself, before her eyelids closed and she slipped into unconsciousness.

"No, Cammy, don't go on me!" Chun-Li cried out as she wiped a spot of blood off of Cammy's chin.

There was no response.

"Come on Cammy! You can make it, it's just a scratch, there's nothing to worry about!" Chun-Li begged, her voice becoming shrill.

The city was eerily quiet as Chun-Li brushed a few strands of hair out of Cammy's face.

Chapter 5/Epilogue, written by Cubed Cinder

Eventually, Guile and his troops recovered the device that caused this whole mess and (with the help of someone who knew Shadaloo technology inside and out) used it to shrink Chun-Li and Cammy back to their normal sizes. In another city that was not too far from the completely destroyed one, thanks of course to the three mega giantesses duking it out, Cammy was rushed to the hospital.

Chun-Li, meanwhile, sat uneasily in a chair in the hospital lobby, eventually just getting up and pacing around. When she left Cammy, she was in very bad shape, bleeding from many parts of the body and clearly losing consciousness just as Viper had been defeated.
Eventually, Guile came out from the hallway and Chun-Li immediately walked towards him.
"How is she?" Chun-Li asked. Guile just smiled.
"She'll be okay. The doctors were able to recover enough blood to stabilize her." Guile said.
"Thank God…" Chun-Li said.
"You were really worried about her, weren't you?" Guile said.
"She's done so much for us. I would've hated to lose her." Chun-Li said.
"Well, you can talk to her if you want. She's in room 101." Guile said. Chun-Li, upon hearing what room Cammy was resting in, immediately made her way down the hall.

When she slowly opened the door to room 101 and walked inside (closing the door behind her), she saw Cammy laying in the bed, covered almost from head to toe in bandages and hospital clothing. She slowly turned her head and was just able to crack a smile.
"There's my favorite Interpol agent, or is it still news reporter?" Cammy asked.
"Heh heh… I was so worried about you. You… you saved my life out there." Chun-Li said.
"Hey, if anyone's gonna kill you, it's not gonna be that damn Crimson Viper bitch." Cammy said, prompting another laugh out of Chun-Li.
"So, what did you think of being big?" Cammy asked.
"Huh? Me? Well, I suppose I could ask you the same question." Chun-Li said.
"Well, maybe if we didn't have to deal with S.I.N. so much, I'd enjoy it more." Cammy said.
"Yeah, me too. I guess." Chun-Li said.
"Although, the world still isn't ready to accept gigantic people. I saw that from how quickly the military tried to stop Viper." Cammy said.
"Not yet. But perhaps one day…" Chun-Li said. She was about to finish, when Guile opened up the door.
"Hey, kiddo, we gotta go. Esher wants us to debrief." Guile said.
"Oh, right. And probably yell at us for destroying an entire city." Chun-Li said.
"Well, that's what I'm here for." Guile said with a smile. Cammy winked at Chun-Li when she looked at her again.
"Go on, love, we can catch up later." Cammy said.
"Yes, I would like that. Take care now." Chun-Li said. She and Guile soon left the room, leaving Cammy all to herself again.

Outside the hospital, as Guile and Chun-Li were walking out, they looked to the side at one of the military jeeps. In the back of this jeep was the box that caused this whole size-changing mess.
"So what do you suppose is gonna happen to that thing?" Chun-Li asked.
"If I know our fuckin' government, they'll probably disect that machine gear to gear, trying to figure out what makes it click." Guile said.
"Say, now that I think about it, why didn't you grow?" Chun-Li asked.
"Oh, I tried, actually. After I saw Cammy grow with my own two eyes, I pressed that little green button, only to get 10,000 volts of electricity!" Guile said.
"Ouch! Really?" Chun-Li asked.
"Yeah, and nothing's happened to me. Maybe only women can use that machine?" Guile said.
"Well, we'll never know, that's for damn sure." Chun-Li said.
"All I know is you look much more attractive when supersized." Guile said. Chun-Li just bumped her partner in the shoulder.
"Ho ho, very funny." Chun-Li said. She and Guile eventually jumped into a vehicle and drove off to meet wherever it was they were told to meet for debriefing.

---

Meanwhile, way high in the air, about 40,000 feet to be exact, was a black airplane. Onboard this plane were a few male servants and one female, but a very important female. One of the males approached the female sitting in her seat.
"Master Juri, our spy on the ground has just informed us that the size-changing machine has been captured by the American government." the man said. The Korean girl simply smiled as she was filing her nails.
"Very well. Just tell the spy to keep a close watch." Juri said.
"But shouldn't we try to get the machine back before they figure out all of its power?" the man said.
"Pffft… they think it's a tool from Shadaloo. Hell, everyone in the world thinks Bison is the one who is behind that machine. Our technology, especially with the male voice, managed to fool everyone." Juri said.
"I… I see." the man said.
"Besides, what you saw today was only a field test. Those three women demonstrated the powers of my device to the world quite well." Juri said.
"Very well, master. I shall not question your judgment." the man said before he walked away.

Once he was gone, Juri looked down by her bare feet that were resting on a nearby pedestal.
"Once I've made the final tweaks to my technology, both Shadaloo and S.I.N. will be groveling at my feet. Hmmhmm…" Juri said, with her left eye glowing with a bright pink light.
