NOTE: This story takes place during Street Fighter Alpha 3. That's why Cammy, Juli, and Juni are working for Bison. In fact, much of the non-VGGTS information here can also be found in Tiamat's excellent Street Figher story FAQ, which you can find here.

Psycho Drive room

The room was freaky looking. The purple tubes all over the walls. The computers that decorated the rest of the area. Everything an evil villain could ask for in his secret laboratory. That's just the way M. Bison wanted it for his special guest. Bison looked around the room in joy, especially at the one change that he had made to the room about a few minutes ago. The center tube had a person inside, who floated unconsciously through the purple liquid.

Out in Thailand, Bison had his troops disguise the Ultimate Psycho Power within a gigantic Buddha statue. In order for the statue to awaken, he needed a special person. One that possessed a powerful force from within. And Bison had just the perfect person for his plans, who was the one floating in the center tube. That person was Ryu.

Almost two years ago, Ryu learned after his battle with Akuma that they possess the same power as each other, the Satsu no Hadou. It's yet to awaken within Ryu, mainly due to his good fighting spirit. The Satsu no Hadou first took over his body for a brief second after the first Street Fighter tournament. When it looked like he had lost to Sagat, Ryu's desire to win was so intense, the power awakened, and it allowed Ryu to drill his punch right across Sagat's chest, giving him the scar that he still has even today. Ryu was then declared the winner of the Street Fighter tournament, but he knew in his mind that some force had helped him win. He left Japan to seek the answer, until he got it from Akuma. Before he escaped, Akuma told Ryu to find him after the Satsu no Hadou awakened, so that they would have a real battle.

Ryu continued his training like normal, wondering how he would be able to control this inner power that conflicted with his body. That is, until Bison came to intervene. Ryu tried his hardest, but Bison proved too powerful. Bison had been seeking out Ryu since he could detect the Satsu no Hadou within him. When combined with Psycho power, it gave one person ultimate power to rule the entire world... or destroy it, if he wished. That's just what Bison was planning to do. He stood at the control panel with an evil smile on his face.

"At last! You are finally in my hands, Ryu.... You.... Your power.... I will use it well! For my ambition! Hahahahaha!" Bison said. After pressing a series of buttons, he watched as Ryu's body started moving violently within the tube. The humming of the machines also began to grow louder. He also watched from the viewing monitor as the statue's eyes began to glow purple. Bison could feel the statue coming to life, but then suddenly, an alert sound was beeping throughout the room. Bison looked at the computer terminal.

WARNING! WARNING! ANAMOLY DETECTED IN THE PSYCHO POWER SYSTEMS. PROCESS WILL AUTO-STOP IN 30 SECONDS. CONTINUING MAY RESULT IN THE SELF-DESTRUCTION OF THIS LABORATORY.

Bison looked in disgust at the screen.
"WHAT!?!? This is impossible! How can there be an anamoly in the Psycho power!?" He said, angrily. He pressed a button on the control panel, and almost simultaneously, the statue's eyes lost their purple glow, the machines' humming died down to a low decibel level, and Ryu's body once again laid motionless in the tube. Bison looked around the room once again in frustration.
"Hmrph! All that hard work, all for naught. Unless.... the right human body links well with the Psycho power. Maybe I can transfer it to Ryu. Sure, he'll be a smaller force, but he'll be an unstoppable force. I can still conquer the world with his help!" Bison shouted. So he proceeded to press a different series of buttons, and when he was done, he was greeted on the computer screen with a most unpleasent message:

WARNING! WARNING! ANALYSIS ON SUBJECT'S LIFEFORMS INDICATE THAT THE SUBJECT WILL PERISH UPON RECEIVING THE EXTRA POWER. PROCESS WILL AUTO-STOP IN 30 SECONDS. CONTINUING MAY RESULT IN THE DEATH OF SUBJECT.

Bison never felt so angry. He slammed his fists on the control panel in deep disgust.
"NO! IMPOSSIBLE!!! Don't tell me that Ryu can't handle the Psycho power! He possesses the Satsu no Hadou!!!" Bison shouted. "Well, if he or myself can't handle the power, who can!?" Bison said. The screen now read:

DATABASE ANALYSIS INDICATES THAT THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS CAN POSSESS THE EXTRA POWER. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THERE MAY BE OTHERS THAT CAN USE IT, BUT THEY MAY NOT BE LISTED IN THE SHADALOO FIGHTERS DATABASE. PROCEED?

Bison hit a button on the control panel. A few seconds passed, and the computer displayed three pictures. To Bison's surprise, they were three of his most loyal troops: CAMMY, JULI, JUNI.
"The three dolls? How can they handle an intense power such as the Psycho power!?" Bison said. The computer displayed a blank screen, which seemed to indicate that it didn't have a definitive answer. Bison frowned.
"Well, I suppose anything to take over the world. Might as well dump the subject... No.. wait. I'll let him live. He's a powerful warrior who deserves to live until the day Shadaloo rules all!" Bison said. After pushing more buttons on the control panel, the purple liquid drained out of the center tube, and then it opened. Ryu got down on his knees, coughing and gasping for air. He was then able to get up and look at Bison.
"Ryu, not only are your fighting skills unmatched when compared to anyone else, it appears that your luck is also of unattainable levels. I couldn't make your body mine, but never forget the name Shadaloo. We'll find other ways to take your world, so you better enjoy it while it lasts!" Bison said. Ryu then took the opportunity to exit the lab, although he would leave in almost fatigued status.

Outside

Ken, Sakura, and Sagat continued to search frantically for their friend Ryu. They had been searching through the empty field for the last 30 minutes, but have so far come up with nothing.
"RYU!!!" Sakura shouted. Sakura's heart had been racing for the last half-hour, as she looked for her idol.
"Take it easy, Sakura. We'll find him." Ken said. Ken was used to not being with Ryu, so he wasn't panicking as much. But he too could only wonder where he was. Finally, after a few more minutes, Sagat pointed forward.
"Look! I think that's him!" Sagat said. Indeed, the group looked ahead and saw Ryu limping several yards away. Finally, as the group started to run to his aid, he collapsed. Ken got there first.
"Ryu! Are you OK? Speak to me, buddy!" Ken shouted, shaking Ryu.
"Come on, Ryu! You can't leave us now!" Sakura said.
"We should get him back to Tokyo. The Interpol team can perhaps help." Sagat said.
"Good point." Ken said. He reached behind his belt and picked up what looked like a miniature TV. He pressed the button and spoke. "Come in, Interpol! Come in, Interpol!" Ken shouted. Suddenly, the face of a female appeared on the screen. This was the face of Chun-Li Xiang.
"Interpol here. Have you found Ryu?" Chun-Li said.
"Yes, we found him. But he's very tired. He needs help... FAST!" Ken said.
"I'm sending someone down to pick him up." Chun-Li said, before the picture went out. A few minutes later, while they fought to keep Ryu alive, a helicopter arrived at the scene. The group of three carefully placed Ryu inside before they jumped in themselves.

Interpol station - West side of Tokyo, Japan

As soon as the copter landed on the helipad, the group of heroes carefully carried Ryu inside the headquarters. Charlie, the pilot of the copter and brother of Guile, lent a hand as well. As soon as they got inside, Chun-Li was right there, waiting for them. Chun-Li, Guile, Charlie, and the rest of their team had been relocated to the Japan base of Interpol, fearing that being stationed in the U.S. would cause great turmoil throughout the country once Bison unleashed his attack.
"Is he breathing?" Chun-Li asked.
"Yes, I can feel his spirit still alive. I don't think he's physically hurt too bad." Sagat said. Because he was so tall, his head was only a few inches away from the ceiling.
"Let's get him into the medical room. Commander Guile, where's the flatbed!?" Chun-Li shouted. Guile came running into the room, with a rolling flatbed. Ryu was placed on top of it, and everyone started to roll the flatbed towards the medical room. It almost looked like a hospital the way they were rushing to the room. Once they got there, they placed Ryu onto the bed.
"Let's give him the oxygen mask. If Sagat can feel his energy moving, maybe that's all we'll need to do. Guile, get the electric plates ready just in case." Chun-Li said. With that, the oxygen mask was placed over Ryu's mouth, while Guile searched through the equipment, looking for the electrical box. Sakura held on tight to Ken as she hoped for the best.

Outside Psycho Drive base - Thailand

Bison stood outside the Psycho Drive base along with six of his troops. The three who were standing a few yards away from the building were Cammy, Juli, and Juni. The three ladies were part of a special unit of fighters called the Dolls. These girls were captured by Shadaloo upon the day they turned 16 years old, except for Cammy, who was biologically created by Bison's DNA.

Close to the building, and next to Bison, stood two of his highest-ranked fighters. Balrog, the former champion heavyweight boxer before he was banned for his violent behavior, and Vega, whose family, despite being rich, was involved in a lot of criminal activity throughout his home country of Spain. Just coming out of the building was Birdie, who discovered Shadaloo as a perfect way to continue his life of crime. In his hands, he held a large sealed bottle of strange glowing purple liquid.
"I take it that this liquid is contained with Psycho power?" Bison asked.
"Duh... Yeah. That's what those guys in white suits told me. Is this what you wanted?" Birdie said. Bison then took the tubes from Birdie's hands.
"General Bison, may I ask what you intend to do with the Psycho liquid?" Vega asked.
"Yeah. I mean... what good is that... eh, purple stuff gonna do to those women, anyway?" Balrog said.
"That's what we're going to find out together, boys. I don't know why those... dolls would be able to handle the Psycho power. They're just ordinary girls for crying out loud! But you know what they say, we'll only know until we try." Bison said.
"Eh... I don't mean to sound rude, general. But could it have something to do with the women?" Balrog asked. Bison just gave a coy look and then turned around and faced the three girls, who stood to attention.
"Ladies. In my hands... is a power of unimaginable magnitude. As you very well know, when you possess the Psycho power, and if you are able to handle it, you can single-handedly destroy the world with one blow! Frankly, all I can do is wish you luck as you embark on your journey to rule the world, because as powerful as the Psycho liquid is, you may be so power-hungry as if you want to kill me." Bison said. The girls didn't move at all, even with the darkening end of Bison's speech. Bison then turned to Birdie.
"Birdie, what did the scientists say to do with this liquid? Are the girls supposed to digest it?" Bison asked.
"Uh... well... the guys said... ugh......" After a few more seconds, Vega stepped in front of Birdie.
"I went with Birdie to retrieve the liquid, sir. And the scientists said to toss the liquid all over their bodies. Digesting it would be too much for their body to take, but because the liquid was designed to be sensitive, they say the best way to do it is toss it all over their bodies." Vega said. Bison took one last look down at the liquid.
"So be it. Stand back, gentlemen!" Bison said. Balrog, Vega, and Birdie all took a couple steps back as Bison opened the bottle of Psycho liquid and splashed it all over the bodies (and clothes) of Cammy, Juli, and Juni. As the girls stood in there spots, wondering what that whole ordeal was about. Suddenly, all three girls began to feel dizzy.

"Brain waves...abnormal...." Juli said.
"Blood pressure abnormal...exceeding limit...Guuuunnnh!" Juni said.
"Sir.... Sir Bison.... ?! What...is happening?!" Cammy said. Then suddenly, all three girls got down to their knees, as if they're in some kind of pain. But what came next took everybody, even Bison, by surprise.
"General Bison... Look!" Vega said.
"Oh.... my.... gosh...." Balrog said, or at least tried to say.
"I see it, gentlemen... I see it..." Bison said. They all watched as the girls' bodies began to expand. The growth process certainly was not slow. In a minute's time, they were already over 100 feet tall. When it appeared that they would never stop growing, they finally did stop after another minute. Bison used his senses to indicate that the three girls had grown to a whopping 300 feet tall.
"Woohoo! Girlzilla!!!" Birdie said, with hearts in his eyes. Balrog punched him from behind.
"Get over it, you perv." Balrog said.
"A perv is someone who likes to look upskirt, something that our three young women do not qualify for because of the outfits they are wearing." Vega said. The three villains would then have to cover their ears from the loud voices of the three gigantic girls.
"Unique energy detected. PRESENT WITHIN BODY." Juni said.
"NO ENVIRONMENTAL CHANGES COULD BE FOUND. UNABLE TO COMPUTE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL DIFFERENCES." Juli said.
"SEARCHING FOR SIR BISON..." Cammy said. She then looked down to see Bison standing right next to her feet. "TARGET CONFIRMED, ALTHOUGH OBJECT APPEARS SMALLER THAN DATABASE ENTRY." Cammy said.

"Is this what the girls wanted from the Psycho power? This is certainly a most incredible discovery that even I, the leader of Shadaloo, cannot believe!!" Bison shouted.
"Perhaps the rumor is true, sir. That the powers of the Psycho can be manipulated with a high degree of emotions." Vega said.
"You might be right, Vega." Bison said.
"So what are we gonna do with those girls, general? They're so big that they would think the cities are their dollhouses." Balrog said.
"You have been thinking what I've been thinking, Balrog. Remind me to give you a raise later." Bison said, before he floated towards the air and right in front of the faces of the three girls.
"Yes sir!" Balrog shouted from below. Bison looked at the three girls, who were now supersized thanks to the Psycho power.
"Well, girls. As you can plainly see, your physical size has greatly increased thanks to the effects of the Psycho power. Now, I must ask you girls. We really don't think it would be fair if you remained here in Thailand at that size. They would easily figure out who was responsible for this... incredible nonsense. Agreed?" Bison said. The girls simply nodded.
"By linking with the Psycho power, I can feel the enemy. My arch-enemies of Interpol... in Tokyo, Japan... Yes, they would be fine toys for you girls, especially at the size you're at. That is your mission, girls. Make like Godzilla and move towards Tokyo, Japan. Give our friends at Interpol a crushing welcome! Hahahahaha!" Bison said, with his trademark menacing laugh. As soon as the girls received their orders, they turned around and started stomping their way towards Tokyo. At the most, it would only take about half an hour at the size they were at. As Bison listened to their thundering footsteps, he floated back to the ground to give orders to Balrog, Vega, and Birdie.
"Now, as for you three, have my scientists produce more of the Psycho liquid. While it is unfortunate that the rest of my dolls are inactive, we're going to find new girls that will help in our crushing spree." Bison said.
"We will get to work right away, General Bison!" Vega said. With that, the three men walked back into the Psycho Drive base, while Bison looked one last time at the fading, walking giantesses...
"Soon, Chun-Li. You'll be joining your father, along with the rest of your fellow street fighters! Hahahahahaha!" Bison said, before he walked back into the base himself.

Interpol - West side of Tokyo, Japan

Ryu slowly got up from his resting position. He could hear a sigh of relief among everyone standing around him. Sakura was especially happy.
"YES! He's alive! He's alive!" Sakura said, jumping for joy with Ken. Chun-Li stepped close to Ryu.
"Ryu, are you OK?" Chun-Li asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Just a little dizzy." Ryu said.
"Do you remember what happened? Did you run into Bison?" Charlie asked.
"Bison? Uh... was he that guy wearing red all over?" Ryu asked.
"That's him." Chun-Li said.
"Well, I was fighting him, but he outpowered me and took me to his laboratory. Then, I was placed into this tube with purple liquid all over. I don't know how I was able to breathe into that stuff. I heard him say he wanted to use my body for his own evil purposes. But then, he just let me go, like his plan didn't work " Ryu said.
"Hmmm... that's odd. Why would he let you go? I thought for sure you would be dead, no matter what would happen in the end." Ken said.
"He's planning something big. I just know it. Whatever it is, it can't be good." Guile said. Chun-Li walked to the main computer and brought up a full body portrait of Bison.
"You're right, Guile. Psycho power is used to channel in all the negative energy of the world. Bison then uses his shoulder plates to transfer the energy from the Psycho drive to his body. But his inner power was about to exceed what his body can hold. Psycho Power needs a host that can trap it's demonic strength. A new body that only the strongest of warriors possess." She said. Charlie nodded.
"Our sources have discovered that although Bison could've transferred his power to a group of young female warriors that he calls Dolls, Bison apparently doesn't trust these ladies one bit, no matter how bad to the bone they may get." Charlie said.

"There is especially one girl that Bison cannot stand, and that lady is named Cammy." Chun-Li said, then a full body picture of Cammy was displayed.
"The Dolls are one of Shadaloo's most elite units, a group of 13 females who are all sixteen years old that were kidnapped from around the world, brainwashed, genetically enhanced, and then filled with Psycho power. The exception being Doll Number Zero, Cammy, who was created sixteen years ago as the next body for Bison." Charlie said.
"However, since the time of her creation, Bison now wants to destroy Cammy because with self-consciousness, there's a chance Cammy will take control of the Psycho Drive which could cause tons of devastation." Chun-Li said.
"So Cammy is part of the dolls, eh? I heard Bison mention something about them being able to support the Ultimate Psycho power, which is what Bison almost got me with." Ryu said.
"Is that so? Well, in that case, we must stay alert. Bison will try anything with those girls. Guile, Charlie, and I will keep a close eye on them. Would the rest of you like to help?" Chun-Li said. Ryu nodded.
"Sure. Ryu and I would be willing to help out." Ken said.
"It's a very fine offer, Miss Xiang, but I must be returning to Thailand to continute my training. I wish you luck on your quest to defeat Bison." Sagat said, before walking out the room. Sakura then looked at her watch.
"Ack! Look at the time! I'm going to be late for class! Uh... sorry, Chun-Li, but I can't help right now!" Sakura said, before she dashed out the room to head for school. Chun-Li looked at Ryu, Ken, Guile, and Charlie.
"Well, looks like it's just the five of us. So, here's what we'll do. Charlie, you can take to the skies, and search for any suspicious Shadaloo activity. The rest of us will head into Tokyo and keep a sharp eye out." Chun-Li said.
"Roger that, Miss Xiang. Give me about an hour to get my team back in full assembly." Charlie said.

30 minutes later
Outside Psycho Drive base

The process had been completed. Several scientists carried a group of small crates outside towards the van. Inside the crates were more containers of the Psycho power. Balrog, Vega, and Birdie sat patiently in the van while the back of the vehicle was slowly filling up with crates.
"So, uh, General Bison. What's with all that extra Psycho power that we'll be delivering, anyway?" Birdie asked.
"I'm glad you asked. Months ago, several of the greatest superheroes of this world, including the Street Fighters, were sent to an alternate Earth to battle some of the meanest villains that make me look foolish. I'm talking about villains like Onslaught, Apocalypse, Omega Red, and others of that nature. Since their internal power is so different from the people of this world, maybe they'll be able to take the new Psycho power. That way, their power would be almost earth-shattering!" Bison said.
"But can't we just use the interdimensional warp to directly bring the villains here?" Balrog asked.
"We could, but those brats at Interpol could be watching us at this very moment. Better to be safe than sorry, so we'll bring the villains here through my underground hideout in Tokyo. Plus, it'll be safe down there in the event that Cammy, Juli, and Juni come stomping back here." Bison said.
"Will you be joining us, general?" Birdie asked.
"I'll be watching everything from back here. Just make sure that Interpol doesn't get their hands on that Psycho power. Especially Chun-Li!" Bison said. Vega watched as the back door of the van was shut.
"All the crates have been loaded." Vega said.
"Excellent. You may proceed towards Japan now. Just keep your eyes out for Interpol, or for that matter, any other female street fighter." Bison said. With that, the truck started moving towards Shadaloo's underground base in Tokyo.

Meanwhile, from behind the base, a mysterious figure watches...

Interpol

The alarm buzzed throughout the hallways. The ground and air soldiers frantically ran out of their stationed rooms, getting into their battle equipment. It was near pandemonium inside, like it was a riot in the city. Ryu, Ken, Guile, Charlie, and Chun-Li all fought their way through the running hoard of people, and into the main control room. As soon as they got inside, they simply couldn't believe what they saw on the screen. Three gigantic women were seen stomping around western Tokyo.
"Holy smokes!" Guile said in shock.
"Who are they? And how did they get that big?" Ryu asked.
"Remember what I told you about the dolls?" Chun-Li asked, before pointing at the screen.
"Yep, that's them. They're just not that big. They're usually regular sized, like ourselves." Charlie said.
"Well, they gained some height somehow." Ken said.
"This has to be Bison's doing. But how? There's no way he had an enlarging ray the last time I investigated Shadaloo's weaponry." Guile said.
"Well, we're going to find out. Charlie, get your fighting squad ready for takeoff! We'll get there by foot, and find out who's playing games with us." Chun-Li said. Charlie started for the door, but then turned around to face Chun-Li.
"Watch your back, Li." Charlie said. Chun-Li had an amused look on her face.
"Hmmm... I didn't know you cared." Chun-Li said, sarcastically.
"We don't. You're the only one that can pay off our monthly expenses." Guile said. Chun-Li just gave a coy smile to Guile, before looking back at Charlie.
"Good luck, Charlie." She said, before Charlie took off. Chun-Li then ran for the main control panel. She pressed a few buttons on the control panel, before a printout came out of the machine.
"Okay. Cammy, Juli, and Juni should be about four miles away from where we stand. We'll drive up there and try to fight them off." Chun-Li said.
"Wait a minute! You mean we're actually going to fight those gigantic babes?" Ken said.
"If good men do nothing... that is evil enough." Guile said.
"Exactly. Who knows what could happen if Charlie's squad can't fight them off? We have to at least distract them before they crush the entire city." Chun-Li said. Ryu stepped forward.
"We can be more powerful than those giantesses if we work together. You can count me in, Miss Xiang." Ryu said. Ken then stepped forward.
"If Ryu's going, I'm going." Ken said.
"Ready to rock and roll." Guile said.
"Great. Now let's move out!" Chun-Li said. Then, all four heroes moved out of the control room and outside the station, where they jumped into Guile's military jeep. They drove off towards the inner part of western Tokyo so they would do battle with the three giantesses of Cammy, Juli, and Juni.

What they don't know is that mysterious figure was watching them. The figure's weapons glowed brightly as it ran off after the jeep.

Eastern Tokyo

A blue circle slowly opened within the dark alleyway. Suddenly screaming out of the circle was the van driven by Balrog, Vega, and Birdie. The entire back trunk of the vehicle was filled with crates containing the Psycho liquid. They were told to drive carefully, since one drop could mean certain death for the man, but growth promoted to the woman. They were especially warned by Bison to not get any of the liquid onto Chun-Li, should she be on the case. As the van sped down the road, forcing people to jump off the roads and traffic to swerve around, Vega kept a close eye on the crates.
"Balrog! Take it easy! These crates are very valuable to Bison's plans!" Vega shouted.
"Sorry, Vega. But it would go against my nature to drive like everyone else is!" Balrog said.
"Uh.. we shouldn't drive too recklessly. Think of what Bison might say..." Birdie said.
"Well, all right. Just let me know if anything happens to those crates, then I'll slow down." Balrog said.
"If anything does happen, let's just hope the other female street fighters don't find this liquid..." Vega said.

Western Tokyo

Guile was trying his best to drive his jeep through the crowded roads of Tokyo. It was turning out to be a struggle, since people was running frantically through the sidewalks and roadways. And for good reason. The three giantesses (Cammy, Juni, Juli) were already causing major damage throughout the city. Even though the city has had its fair share of giant attacks over the years, this time was probably as bad as the last few attacks.
When they finally got to where the police lines blocked further progress into the city, Guile stopped the jeep and hopped out, along with Chun-Li, Ryu, and Ken. They could only look up in awe at the three giantesses. It was one thing to see them on the TV screen, but to actually see the giantesses a mile from where they stood was overwhelming. Ken and Ryu were doing their best to control their composure, as they each thought their own inner power was the best one could possibly achieve. The four good guys huddled up to discuss their strategy.
"OK. Hopefully, Charlie and his flight team will be here in a few minutes. But for now, we should try to distract them so that they don't destroy too much of the city." Guile said.
"Guile is right. Looking around, I can see some buildings that at least reach up to the girls' waists. And that's where my idea comes into play." Chun-Li said.
"What is it, Chun-Li?" Ryu asked.
"Ryu and Ken. Your Hadokens have more power than both of us combined. Climb up to the top of one of those buildings and blast those girls with all that you've got." Chun-Li said.
"Huh? Are you crazy? Do you actually think our powers can at least do minimal damage on those gigantic women!?" Ken said. Ryu then stepped forward and put a hand on his shoulder.
"It's worth a shot, Ken. Besides, with Chun-Li, we don't have anything to lose." Ryu said.
"I'll get a rescue squad to provide a large safety net, in the event you're knocked off by one of the girls' attacks." Guile said.
"Go now, Ryu and Ken!" Chun-Li said. With that, Ryu tightened his headband, and took off after Ken for the building that stood behind them, while Chun-Li and Guile went for the net.

Ryu and Ken spent the last few minutes running up the long stairway inside the eleven-story building. As they climbed up the stairs outside to the roof, they could hear the incredible destruction that the three girls were causing. Now, once they got outside on the roof and approached the edge of the building, they could see Cammy, Juli, and Juni. They were closer to the building than before, but were not in any serious danger yet. Ryu and Ken got together to decide how they would fight the girls off. As this was occuring, Juli and Juni took off in the opposite direction, leaving Cammy to herself to cause destruction around the block.
"OK, so how are we going to fight them off?" Ken asked.
"I have an idea. Remember that extra power Cyclops granted us when we were fighting off Apocalypse?" Ryu said.
"Yeah I do. I was surprised that I could handle that much power myself." Ken said.
"Well, I can still feel that power raging within myself. Perhaps if we use the most out of our Shinkuu Hadoken, maybe we can knock out that giantess." Ryu said. Ken had a puzzled look on his face.
"You think that will work?" Ken asked.
"It has to. It might be our only chance. Are you with me?" Ryu said.
"Yeah. Even if this doesn't stop her, hopefully it will weaken her somewhat. Let's go for it!" Ken said. The two fighters then stood beside each other, and got their hands in position. Small blue sparks of energy started to gather around their hands. Finally, as soon as the sparks had all gathered into one large fireball, Ryu and Ken opened their eyes.
"Shinkuu... HADOKEN!!!" They both said in unison. A large blue blast of energy emitted from their hands, heading straight for Cammy. But even as the energy made contact with the waist level of her body, she wasn't moving much. It was almost like the situation was turning into more of a burn-on. Finally, as the last of the twin fireballs' energy touched Cammy, she turned her attention towards the two fighters. She had a mean look on her face, since the only damage done was the burnt spot on her uniform at waist level.
"Uh... I think we're in trouble, Ryu." Ken said.
"Yeah, though you have to admit. We tried our best." Ryu said. Then suddenly, rather than walking towards the building, Cammy started backing away. Ryu and Ken once again had worried looks on their faces.

"What's she doing now?" Ryu asked to Ken.
"I don't know, but whatever it is, it can't be good." Ken said.
Cammy then charged forward towards the building at full speed. Every time her foot slammed into the ground, it rocked the city with the force of an earthquake at Richter 2.5. Cammy then did a mini-hop towards the air, and then sent her body into a drilling spiral. Ryu and Ken could only watch as Cammy was only a hundred yards away from making contact with the building.
"CANNON... DRILL!!!"
"Ken! We gotta jump!!!" Ryu said. With no hesitation, Ryu and Ken leapt off the building just as Cammy tore right through it with her cannon drill. They were sent flying down towards the road, which was indeed a long drop.

Several yards away from where the building once stood, Cammy got up and looked back at the damage she caused. Shortly thereafter, Juli and Juni rejoined the giantess. By this point, the human senses of the three women had kicked in, virtually eliminating their robot talk for the moment.
"What happened?" Juli asked.
"I disposed of two fighters that tried to burn me." Cammy said, pointing at the burnt spot on her uniform from the Shinkuu Hadoken.
"Perhaps they are the street fighters that Bison said would try to stop us. We should make sure they are completely out of his misery." Juni said.
"You're right. Let's go, girls." Cammy said. With that, the three giantesses started back to the area where Ryu and Ken once stood.

"Quick! Move the net in position!" Chun-Li shouted to the rescue squad. They moved together, with the huge net in their hands. It was so big, it covered the entire roadways. They moved back and forth, trying to get it in a good position to where Ryu and Ken will be able to land safely.
"Hold it right... there!" Guile said, ordering the troops to stop. Ryu and Ken then landed in the net, and bounced up and down as it was slowly placed back towards the ground. The rescue troops then left, net with them, as Ryu and Ken rejoined Chun-Li and Guile.
"Ryu! Ken! Are you OK?" Chun-Li said.
"Yes, we're fine. Thanks to the rescue squad." Ryu said.
"That girl is tough. Not even our Shinkuu Hadoken could knock her down." Ken said.
"If only Charlie's fighting squad had gotten her sooner, you guys could've had a better chance." Guile said.
"But even then, it'll probably take something with incredible power to bring those girls down." Chun-Li said. Just then, booming sounds could be heard from the background. The ground was shaking lightly as well.
"What's that?" Guile said. As soon as he said that, large black shadows began to block the sunlight from the good guys. They all turned to see the three giantesses of Cammy, Juli, and Juni standing yards away. The three girls took out the buildings in front of them to reveal their full 300-foot-tall bodies.
"This does not look good." Ken said.
Juni stepped forward, placing her right foot just inches away from the four heroes. Chun-Li gathered the group together as Juni started to lift her foot into the air.
"Let's gather around, guys. It's better to die together than one at a time." Chun-Li said. Then she, Guile, Ryu, and Ken all closed their eyes and prepared for the worst.
But suddenly, just before Juni could lower her foot any further, it was stopped by some mysterious force. Juni tried as hard as she could to force it down, but it was simply being held up, but by what?
After about 30 seconds, Chun-Li opened her eyes. After looking up to see the foot still looming above them, yet inches away, she thought that she would've been crushed by now. But then she looked ahead and saw the most incredible thing.
"Guys! Look!!!" Chun-Li shouted. Guile, Ken, and Ryu all opened their eyes and looked in the same direction as Chun-Li. Nobody could believe who was actually holding Juni's foot up, especially Ryu.

"Akuma!?!?" Ryu shouted in disbelief. Akuma's body was giving off a light red glare as he held up Juni's gargantuan foot with all his strength.
"G-G-... GO!! Hurry!!!" Akuma shouted. The four good guys didn't waste any time as they ran out from underneath Juni's foot. Once it was clear, Akuma then crouched down, and then quickly got back up. Juni's foot went flying off his hand, causing her to lose balance and fall over a set of buildings, crushing them instantly.
Juni got back up, with an angry look on her face.
"Aaarrgghh... I'll crush those little bugs!!!" Juni shouted. Cammy held her back.
"We'll get them later. Bison wanted us to crush the city first." Cammy said. With that, Cammy, Juli, and Juni walked away from where the four good guys were standing to resume their crushing spree.

Akuma walked towards the four good guys, still with looks of disbelief running through their veins. Akuma still gave off that light red glow around his body, along with those trademark evilish red eyes.
"How did you do that? That girl's got a lot of weight, you know." Guile said.
"Never underestimate the Satsu no Hadou." Akuma said, holding his fists out.
"So that's how powerful one can be with the Satsu no Hadou. Now it's no wonder why Bison wants that one person who possesses it." Chun-Li said.
"Well, uh... thanks for your help." Ken said.
"Anytime." Akuma said. He turned in the opposite direction and started to walk around the debris.
"Wait! Akuma!!! Can't you help us out?" Ryu shouted. Akuma didn't turn around, but he stopped walking.
"You'll find the one person that can help you somewhere around here." Akuma said. He started walking again, and this time, Ryu let him go. Chun-Li heard what he said.
"Do you think he's right?" Chun-Li asked.
"He has to be. If Akuma can feel this other person, then there's no mistaking it." Ryu said. Suddenly, jet planes flew high in the sky over the good guys. Guile pulled out his two-way radio, after hearing the signal of receiving a call.
"Guile! Guile! Are you there?" the voice said.
"This is Commander Guile. What the heck took you so long, Charlie?" Guile asked.
"Sorry for the delay, Guile. But you know how hard it is to gather your troops when some are stationed at other parts of the world. But we have our full fleet, and we're moving in on those giant women." Charlie said.
"Be careful, Charlie. Those women pack a punch, and I mean that literally." Guile said.
"Will do, Guile. Over and out." Charlie said. Guile put the radio back on his belt, and then faced Chun-Li.
"Charlie and his men may not stop the giantesses, but at least he'll hold them at bay." Guile said.
"And while they're doing that, I say we look for this person that might help us. Ken and Ryu, what do you guys think?" Chun-Li asked.
"We're in. It's all we can do at this point." Ken said. Soon enough, Ken, Chun-Li, and Guile all jumped back into Guile's military jeep. Ryu just stood in his spot, like he was in a trance.
"Ryu? Are you coming or not?" Ken asked. Then Ryu shook his head and faced Ken.
"Oh.. yes, of course. Sorry, it's just that this other person... I can feel a strange power nearby." Ryu said.
"Really? Maybe we can use you as a guide. Now climb in already!" Chun-Li said. Ryu then jumped into the jeep, and as soon as everybody was buckled in, they drove off.

Meanwhile, the mysterious figure watched the jeep drive off in the distance, towards where all the carnage was happening.
"I'll catch up by going a few blocks ahead of them. They're the only ones that can save us now." the female voice said, before she started running.

Eastern Tokyo

Balrog was all over the road, as well as the grass. Running into people, slamming into stop signs, scraping the edges of buildings. The damage all over the car said it all. Birdie and Vega could only hang on for the ride. It was an extremely bumpy ride, even if they had their seatbelts on. They were fortunate that the back window, despite its many cracks, was still intact. The crates went all over the back of the van as well, though it looked like at least two of the boxes were about to burst open.
"Geez, Balrog!! You're driving like a maniac!" Vega said.
"Yeah, uh, not that this is a bad thing..." Birdie said.
"Hey, come on, guys! I'm just trying to get to this underground base as quick as I can. Besides, maybe we can get a raise and some free time if we hurry!" Balrog said, stepping on the gas.
"Yeah, but hit one more wall and we're likely to lose one of these boxes." Vega said. Balrog then took a sharp right and drove through the grass.

On the other side of the high grass hill stood the high school (don't know the name). Sakura was lone student to come walking out the front doors. And for good reason.
"(sigh) Late to class... detention again... Being a street fighter and a high school student sure is tough." Sakura said to herself. She started walking out the front gates and turning to go home. But then, she turned to the left when she heard an unusual noise. She did not expect to see what she saw. The van was heading right for her.
"Duh... look out for that girl!" Birdie shouted.
"Balrog! Turn right now!" Vega shouted.
"Aw... come on. Can't I just smash into her? We have..." Balrog said. His speech was cut off by Vega.
"Just do it!!! It wouldn't look good on us if the Psycho liquid got into the high school!" Vega shouted.
So as soon as the van was a few yards away from Sakura, Balrog turned it sharply to the right. But in doing so, one of the crates came smashing out the rear window, breaking it totally. The crate broke apart upon impact with the road, and the glass bottles went up in the air and back towards the ground. The bottles broke and the liquid ended up splashing all over Sakura.
"HEY! You jerks! Can't you watch where you're going!?" Sakura shouted, before she looked down all over herself, to see the liquid covering her body, clothes, and shoes.
"Great, now I get splashed with this... stuff!" Sakura shouted.

Vega turned around to see Sakura with the liquid all over herself. Plus the fact that the rear window was completely gone.
"Damn it, Balrog!!! Do you know what you just did to that little girl!?" Vega shouted. Balrog looked in his rear-view mirror to see the same thing. He just laughed.
"Oh, don't worry about it, Vega! That's one more giantess on our side!" Balrog said.
"I don't know about that. I don't think she was in the Shadaloo members directory, and I know that wasn't Chun-Li." Vega said.
"Duh, let's just keep driving. At least that wasn't Chun-Li, so maybe master Bison will let us slide on that." Birdie said.

As Sakura walked down the street, she suddenly stopped to see the purple Psycho liquid suddenly fading away. But as soon as that happened, she could feel a warm sensation. She took off her backpack, feeling it tightening up on her shoulders. As she took it off, she looked at it. There was something wrong... her backpack was slightly smaller. She knew it was a little bigger than what it was now before recent events. Also, the car beside her seemed to be a little small for an average-sized person like Sakura. Then, as Sakura looked around herself, everything else seemed to lower. It was like the rising sensation one would get by riding an elevator.
"What... What's happening? Why is everything shrinking?" Sakura said to herself. After looking down at the backpack, which was small enough to lay entirely in her right hand. She dropped the backpack and watched as she continued to grow. Her growing shoes managed to reach the car, and it was crushed. By the time she reached 50 feet tall, the growth started accelrating. When the sensation had went away, Sakura found herself at 300 feet tall.
She was trying not to think of her new perspective, but it was just too overwhelming for her. She couldn't stay in her place, as she would for sure be immediately considered a threat to the city. So she started walking very slowly, taking as light of steps as possible. But even this would be too much for her, since as soon as she put her foot down, she crushed another car. It was understandable, since her foot was literally covering up all lanes. But she continued walking, and as she moved forward, she was very careful not to crush the few people that were standing on the block. Luckily, she waited until they had gotten out of the way before she moved on again with the slow steps.

Sakura could feel something on her shoe, so she turned around and looked down to see the most shocking discovery, at least to her. There were a couple cars parked in the middle of the road, and at least ten guys were standing next to her shoe... looking up her skirt! Not to mention the drool coming off their faces as well. Sakura's face soon blushed.
"Ack! HEY!! Don't do that!" Sakura shouted, in a voice that could shatter windows. Sakura started to back away from the guys, but they ran after her. As Sakura continued to walk down the narrow streets, avoiding crushing too many people or buildings, she tried hiding as much of her panties as she possibly could.

Kanzuki Mansion

Things were pretty normal at the Kanzuki Mansion. Right down to Karin bossing her rotund butlet, Ishizaki, once again. Ever since losing a battle to Sakura, Karin has been training harder in order to master her own fighting style, Kanzaki-ryuu kakutoujutsu. She also felt that by becoming a force of her own strength, she could be skilled enough to join Interpol in its quest to stop Shadaloo. Karin was now standing outside the front door, wiping her face with a towel. Ishizaki was standing beside her.
"My lady, don't you think you oughta take a rest for a while? You haven't done anything besides your training. It's bad for you to live a life like this!" Ishizaki said.
"I appreciate your concerns, Ishizaki. But I feel I have a lot on the line here. By mastering the Kanzaki-ryuu kakutoujutsu, I'll be powerful enough to not only defeat Sakura, but to bring down Shadaloo as well!" Karin shouted.
"Well, whatever it takes, I guess. I won't stop you, my lady, but please think about what you're doing. Give it some serious thought before something bad happens." Ishizaki said.
"Ishizaki, I told you for the last time that when I make a decision, I stand by it. I'll have nobody, not even you or myself, stop me from what I must pursue, and that is complete mastery of my own style!" Karin said.
"As you wish, my lady. Shall I step aside?" Ishizaki asked.
"Please." Karin said. Ishizaki then opened the front door and walked back into the mansion. Karin took a few steps forward towards the front gate before she saw a white van speeding across the grass hills and right towards her.

Vega looked ahead to see that Balrog was driving the van right for Kanzuki Mansion.
"BALROG!!! Hit the brakes, you moron!!!" Vega shouted. Balrog was slamming on the brake pedal, but the van didn't stop.
"Duh... Why aren't we stopping?" Birdie said.
"Did you guys remember to put brake fluid in the car before we left?" Vega said. Balrog and Birdie looked at each other with confused looks on their faces.
"Uh... no?" Balrog said.
"(sigh) Great. We're gonna crash thanks to two empty-headed front seat drivers." Vega said, with a hand in his face. Soon after the van crashed throught the gate, Karin jumped out of the way to avoid being hit by the van. After the van climbed up the many stairs, it slammed head-on into the front door, and stopped upon impact. At the same time, the back doors flew open once again, and due to the van still sitting on the stairs, the van was tilting down to the point that all the Psycho liquid boxes fell out. As all the boxes landed at the base of the stairs, breaking them and leaving Psycho liquid all over the place, one of them bounced towards Karin. When the box broke, the liquid splashed all over Karin.
"What the heck is this stuff!? Who's responsible for dumping all this on me!?" Karin shouted. As Karin looked at herself in frustration, Vega, Balrog, and Birdie all got out of the van to see Karin covered in the liquid.
"Duh... we splashed another one!" Birdie said.
"The Kanzuki girl. Not a good thing." Vega said to himself.
"Yeah, and with this liquid all over the place, surely Chun-Li will find it!" Balrog said.
"We've failed our mission. Let's just get out of here before that girl grows and sees us!" Vega said. With that, the three took off. Karin saw them run by her.
"Hey! Come back here! You're the ones who..." Before Karin could finish her speech and chase after the three Shadaloo fighters, she clutched onto her stomach, even though it was a warm sensation. Suddenly, as she noticed all the liquid had vanished from her clothes, she looked to the right to see the mansion shrinking rapidly. Before Karin knew it, she was now at 300 feet tall. She looked down at not just her tiny mansion, but the rest of the city that laid out in front of her.
"Whoa... Cool! I can see for miles!" Karin said with a smile on her face. She looked to her left, and saw not just more of the city, but another familiar face, at her size and about two miles away.
"Huh? Sakura? She's big too?" Karin said. "Hmmm... I'll give her a fight that the whole city will never forget! Hohohoho!" she laughed. The laugh was so loud, all of the windows cracked apart at her mansion. But at her size, she didn't seem to care. She started to walk into the city to confront Sakura.

Western Tokyo

While Cammy, Juli, and Juni were busy fighting off Charlie's air squad, the military jeep with Guile, Ryu, Ken, and Chun-Li drove quickly and swiftly through the city. Guile was doing a good job swerving his way around the many chunks of buildings that the giantesses left behind in the wake of their destrctive stompfest. After driving for a couple more miles, Ryu could feel a sense of power going through his head.
"Hold it, Guile! I can sense help nearby." Ryu said.
"Excellent, Ryu! Lead the way!" Chun-Li said. As soon as the jeep stopped, everyone got out and followed Ryu. He led them into a dark alley, and a few more yards down the road, they spotted the mysterious figure.
"I was hoping you would come." the figure said. She then stepped out of the shadows and underneath one of the street lights, to reveal herself as Rose.
"Rose? What are you doing here?" Chun-Li asked.
"I'm glad you could make it, Chun-Li. You're the only one that can save us from disaster." Rose said.
"Huh? Why me?" Chun-Li asked.
"Do you know how all this happened?" Ryu asked.
"I do, Ryu. When that cold-hearted fiend, Bison, failed to seal the Psycho power within your body, he looked for an alternative method. His scientists managed to transfer some of that power into a form of digestable liquid. Due to a certain danger involving using the liquid on males, he splashed the liquid over the three girls you've been trying to defeat."
"Cammy, Juli, and Juni." Guile said.
"I knew Bison was behind all of this. So that liquid can now make a female grow? How is that possible? I thought the Psycho power was to make the one person who attained it invincible!" Chun-Li said.
"Even though Bison created the Psycho power, it has the unnatural ability to respond to one's wishes. It is with this thought that I believe the three girls actually wished to use the power to become giantesses." Rose said.
"Well... isn't that interesting? All it took for those girls to grow was liquid made out of Psycho power?" Ken said.
"That's correct. And I can feel its energy nearby. We should check out the other side of the city." Rose said.
"Really? If she's right, I can have Bison in a way I've always wanted. Beneath my shoe!" Chun-Li said.
"Well, no offense, Miss Xiang, but can we really trust this lady? What if she's leading us into a trap?" Guile said.
"We can trust her, Guile. She shares the same soul as Bison, so she can feel what he's up to." Chun-Li said.
"Then it's settled. Let us do it, team." Rose said. With that, everyone jumped back into the jeep and drove off for Eastern Tokyo. Guile gave the vehicle all it had, since they knew that time was still of the essence.

Eastern Tokyo

Karin continued her stroll through Eastern Tokyo, after just becoming a giantess. She smiled as she looked down at the small buildings and people that she was crushing beneath her shoes. She felt in control; a lot of power rushing through her body. If she were a little bigger, she could've been the new goddess of Earth.
Karin never even thought for one second that she would be bigger one day. A couple years ago, her family tried inventing a magnification ray that would allow her to grow at seven feet tall. She had always complained of being the shortest of the family. She still was, since the experiment never worked, but the Psycho liquid was allowing her to live her dream.
Karin then decided to head left, where Sakura was. Sakura was also 300 feet tall, but was not enjoying her new size as much. Being of the kind nature, she did her best to avoid crushing people and buildings. She also felt ashamed that her red panties were being exposed to the crazy men that were chasing after her. But Sakura's troubles weren't over yet. She turned around to see... Karin.
"Hey Sakura! How do you like my new size?" Karin said. Sakura had a stunned look on her face.
"K-K-K-Karin!!?" Sakura shouted.
"So you must've gotten splashed with that purple goop as well, right?" Karin said, hands on her hips.
"Well... Okay. Yes I did. This van almost ran into me before it made a sharp right turn. One of the crates fell out, broke apart, and splashed the purple stuff all over me. As quickly as I got it, it disappeared, and then I grew!" Sakura said.
"Fascinating. The same thing happened here. So what do you think of being a giantess?" Karin asked.
"Uh..." Sakura couldn't help but continue to look down at the crazy mob of men, while she tried to cover up her XXXL underwear.
"Awww... a bunch of pervs following you? Allow me." Karin said. Just then, she slammed her right foot down behind the group, causing the road to crack, and the guys falling down to the ground.
"HEY! YOU STAY AWAY FROM MY FRIEND! OR YOU CAN ANSWER TO ME!!!" Karin shouted. Just then, as they were all getting up, they ran away from the two giantesses as fast as they could. Sakura breathed a sigh of relief.
"Whew! Thanks, Karin. They were getting on my nerves." Sakura said.
"Anytime, Sakura. But you know what, we deserve to have some fun. I challenge you to a match!" Karin said, getting into her fighting stance.
"Huh!? But... Karin! We'll destroy the city!" Sakura said.
"Yeah I know. But we have to face the facts, Sakura. If we just try to be harmless walking gigantic girls, then there wouldn't be any fun in having this size. Plus, I'm sure the army already knows our situation. No matter how gentle we may be, they'll think we're monsters. And while we're fighting them off, it's going to be either us or them that's destroying buildings!" Karin said.
"So?" Sakura asked.
"My point, Sakura, is that there is no way that we won't be able to hurt this city at the size we're at. And so what if we'll be making a bad situation worse. We're giantesses! We don't have to listen to those little people! We'll fight when we want to! So what do you say?" Karin said. There was a short pause, but then Sakura started to crack a smile on her face.
"Yes..... I can feel your fighting spirit. Count me in!" Sakura said.
"I knew you couldn't refuse a battle with me." Karin said. The two girls backed away from each other. Sakura had crushed a smaller building as she took a step back. Following Karin's advice, she seemed to have no trouble as far as not feeling bad for anybody that was in Sakura's place.
"Our last match was just a warm-up. Don't think I'll go easy on you this time!" Karin said.
"Win or lose, I'll be giving you my best shot!" Sakura said.

Balrog, Vega, and Birdie continued their jog through the Tokyo streets. They occasionally looked back at the two giantesses, Sakura and Karin, to watch them in their battle. Luckily, they were far enough that if one of them got tripped up, they wouldn't be in any danger. They stopped their run in an alley.
"I brought Bison's mini-warp generator with me. We can use it to warp back to Thailand." Vega said.
"Duh... should we really do that? He'll probably get mad at us for what we did." Birdie said.
"It's better to get punished now than later." Vega said. Before he could push any buttons on the warp generator, however, a beeping sound emitted from his communicator.
"How about now rather than in 30 seconds?" Balrog said, with an unhappy look on his face. Vega sighed greatly and opened his communicator. Bison's face appeared on the small view screen.
"Mission status." Bison said.
"Well... we haven't delivered the liquid crates yet. Estimated time to destination is four minutes." Vega said, sweat running down his face. Birdie stepped in front of the communicator.
"Duh... we crashed the van at some mansion. The liquid got all over two girls, they're fighting each other in the city right now." Birdie said.
"Damn..." Vega said to himself, as he saw the unpleasent look on his face. But he didn't lose his temper just yet.
"You didn't happen to get it on Chun-Li, did you?" Bison asked.
"No sir. One girl was a schoolgirl who came out late, and the other was the daughter of the Kanzuki family." Balrog said.
"Karin Kanzuki. And would this schoolgirl happen to be a member of the Kasugano family?" Bison asked.
"Duh... I think her name was Sakura, from what I heard from above." Birdie said.
"But where is the van now? Is it still stuck at Kanzuki Mansion?" Bison said.
"I'm afraid so, sir." Vega said. Bison's eyes started to glow, as he didn't like the sound of that.
"You fools! I can sense Chun-Li approaching that area. If she gets a hold of that liquid, it would mean disaster for my plans!" Bison said.
"We're sorry, master. If it wasn't for Balrog's dirty driving, we wouldn't have gotten you in this sort of mess." Vega said.
"You can't blame all of me for that! I've always driven violently, regardless of what's being carried!" Balrog said.
"Well, if you weren't so thick-headed, we would've been at the secret hideout by now!" Vega said.
"SILENCE! Both of you!!!" Bison shouted.
"Duh... so what do you want us to do now?" Birdie said.
"I have another plan. Warp back to headquarters immediately. I'll call for Cammy, Juli, and Juni to come back as well. We're preparing for battle." Bison said.
"Right away, sir." Vega said, before closing the communicator.
"Duh... so he's not going to punish us?" Birdie said.
"Apparently not. But he told us to prepare for battle, so that's what we're going to do." Vega said. He then took out the mini-warp generator and set it for Bison's headquarters in Thailand.

People ran as fast as they could. Buildings collapsed from the shaking grounds. It was like a war zone with Sakura and Karin going at it. The two stuck to physical attacks for the first few minutes of their extra large battle, using their street fighting skills. Neither giantess cared that they were destroying the city beneath their feet. It was all about the fight. The trend of physical attacks stopped when Sakura tried one of her special techniques.
"Shunpukyaku!" Sakura shouted. As she said it, she leapt into the air and spun around like a tornado, with her foot sticking out. Karin, however, was used to this tactic, and she grabbed a hold of Sakura's foot. It forced her head to the ground, crushing a few buildings and people, and Karin prepared for her next move.
"Upper Yasya Counter!" Karin shouted. She then thrusted Sakura's foot upwards, which caused her to leap up into the air briefly before crashing down. Karin took the opportunity to strike Sakura while she was down. She picked her up from the ground.
"Arakuma Inashi!" Karin shouted. Her swift kicks down to Sakura's stomach her in pain, but she was able to shake it off and jump back into the battle.
"What? Is that all you've got?" Karin said to Sakura.
"Are you crazy or something? I was just getting warmed up!" Sakura shouted. Sakura then made her hands into a ball shape as she thrusted them back and then forward.
"Hadoken!" Sakura shouted. A blue fireball came out of Sakura's hands and flew towards Karin, but she jumped aside and the fireball only succeeded in striking a building that stood behind Karin.
"Hah! Try this one, Sakura!" Karin shouted. "Gurenken!" But Karin did not expect what was next. Sakura leapt to the side.
"Shouoken!" Sakura dashed forward and leapt into the air with an uppercut. Each successive hit on Karin caused her to lift, and after Sakura's 6-hit combo ended, Karin fell backwards onto the ground, crushing hundreds of helpless citizens. She felt bubbly warm blood against her back, knowing that she just wiped out about a thousand people. But once again, she shrugged it off and slowly got up to face Sakura once again.
"Not bad, Sakura. Not bad at all." Karin said, smiling. Sakura simply rubbed her nose, smiled, and said, "Konna toko da ne."

While the battle raged on between Sakura and Karin, the group of Street Fighters raged on down the road in search of the formula that would help in their battle against Cammy, Juli, and Juni. Minutes later, they finally reached their destination. After looking at the wrecked van at the front of Kanzuki Mansion, they looked beyond several buildings behind them to see Sakura and Karin battling over the city.
"Uh oh... Looks like Sakura and Karin found the psycho liquid before we did." Ken said.
"We've got to hurry! There won't be much of the city left at this rate!" Guile said. Rose and Chun-Li both turned their attention back to the Psycho liquid.
"The slightest touch of this liquid will allow you to grow to gigantic size, much like the three girls Bison had sent out." Rose said. Chun-Li then turned her focus back on the giant Sakura.
"Sakura might be able to help us. Guile, blow the horn! See if that gets her attention." Chun-Li said. Guile started hitting the horn in the jeep. The others watched as Sakura and Karin continued their battle, waiting to get the attention of either giantess. Finally, as Sakura was blocking one of Karin's high kicks, she looked down and below Sakura to see Chun-Li and the gang.

"Hey Sakura, looks like somebody wants to talk to us." Karin said. Sakura turned around and looked down to see Chun-Li, Guile, Ken and Ryu all just yards away from her feet. She kneeled down to look at Chun-Li.
"Hey Chun-Li!!! Nice to see you again!" Sakura said. Chun-Li had to cover her ears from the booming voice of Sakura.
"Not so loud, Sakura! We can hear you just fine. Anyway, it's great to see you're okay, even at that size." Chun-Li said.
"You and Karin put on quite a show back there!" Ken said.
"Oh, you guys saw us fighting? Well, we're sorry if we caused too much trouble. The city looks like a mess, and I'm sure it was because of us." Sakura said.
"No need to apologize, Sakura. This city's already a mess with Cammy, Juli, and Juni on the loose." Chun-Li said.
"I'm sure they grew the same way you did." Guile said.
"If you're talking about that purple stuff back there, that's how I grew as well." Karin said, pointing back to the Psycho liquid that continued to leak from the Kanzuki Mansion. Sakura then looked down to see Ryu trying to hide behind Ken.
"Is that you, Ryu!?" Sakura said, with a smile on her face. Ken looked behind himself to see Ryu kneeling down. Ken then grabbed a hold of him and started pushing him towards Sakura.
"What's the matter, Ryu? Scared of your giant girlfriend?" Ken said.
"No! Wait, Ken! I'm not scared!" Ryu said. By the time Ken had stopped pushing him, Ryu looked up only to see Sakura's huge fingers wrapping around his little body. He started to rise up from the ground as he continued to face Sakura.
"Awww... you look so cute when you're tiny!" Sakura said. She then cuddled him up beside her face, as if she was trying to hug her. Ryu just felt the pressure of being slapped onto the side of her face.
"Uh... yeah. You look nice too, Sakura." Ryu said, nervously. Sakura then looked back down onto Chun-Li.
"You should grow as big as we are! This is fun!" Sakura said. Chun-Li looked back to the Psycho liquid, and then back up to Sakura.
"That's exactly what we're going to do. Wish to join me, Rose?" Chun-Li asked to Rose. Rose smiled.
"I'm a little weary of growing to such a huge size, but I will do whatever I must to defeat Bison." Rose said. And so both Chun-Li and Rose put their hands into the Psycho liquid, and made sure to spread it all over their clothes. A few seconds passed, and Chun-Li and Rose were now the latest women to become 300-foot-tall giantesses, thanks to the Psycho liquid. Chun-Li simply looked down and admired the shrunken scenery around her.
"Yay! Chun-Li looks great when shes big!" Sakura said, excitedly. Chun-Li just smiled.
"Obviously, Sakura's enjoying her time as a GTS. Rose, you okay with this?" Chun-Li said.
"Definitely. I'm starting to see the advantages of this size." Rose said. Chun-Li kneeled down in front of Guile, Ryu, and Ken.

"So guys, what do you think?" Chun-Li asked.
"Oh, I'm not complaining!" Guile said, giving a thumbs up to the giantess. As for Ryu, who was watching from Sakura's shoulder, he could only witness what he was seeing.
"In all the years I've been training, I don't think I've had to be overwhelmed by four gigantic women, plus three evil ones." Ryu said.
"I feel the same way, buddy!" Ken said, from below. Rose then stepped forward to speak. Ken had to jump out of the way to avoid getting crushed by her foot.
"We can admire our sizes later. Right now, we must head for Thailand and stop Bison." Rose said.
"Rose is right. We should be going now. Sakura, would you like to help out?" Chun-Li asked.
"You bet!! I feel like I can do anything at this size! How about you, Karin?" Sakura said.
"Absolutely! Any chance to get back at Bison is a good one for me." Karin said. Chun-Li then looked down at Guile and Ken, still sitting in the military jeep.
"Do you two need a lift?" she asked.
"Sounds cool to me." Ken said. Chun-Li then reached down and grabbed the tiny jeep with her hand. Ryu remained with Sakura.
"All right, girls. This is our time. We'll let Bison's girls pick on someone their own size, and Rose is going to lead the way." Chun-Li said.
"Follow me, and we'll be in Thailand in no time." Rose said. With that, Rose started walking forward while the others followed behind her. None of them cared that they were crushing what was already a seriously messed up city of Tokyo.

As the last of the Psycho liquid drained out of the van and laid all over the front lawn of the Kanzuki Mansion, Rainbow Mika was running on the street preparing for her next wrestling match. She stopped when she saw the purple liquid and expressed a concerned look, since Karin had previously helped in sponsoring Mika's match with Zangief just two weeks ago.
"Hmmm... I wonder what this stuff is?" Mika said to herself. When she walked over to touch the liquid, she tripped on a rock and crashed head-first into the liquid. Mika quickly got up from it and tried to brush it off, but the same thing was happening to her just like the other girls. The liquid vanished from her body completely, yet she was growing as well. Along with the clothes, Rainbow Mika now stood 300 feet tall.
"Whoa! This is cool! Maybe I can find some bad guys to crush..." Mika said with a smile on her face. She decided to take off in the opposite direction from where she stood. Little did she realize that she was actually heading in the direction that Chun-Li and the others took a moment ago.

Thailand

All four giantesses (Chun-Li, Sakura, Karin, and Rose) walked carelessly through Thailand in search of Bison's secret hideout. Most of them didn't even bother to look down at the flurry of destruction that their feet were causing, simply because they wanted to go after Bison. About the only major thing that the girls did not crush yet was the Bison's Psycho statue, as Chun-Li felt it would be vital for their mission a little later on.
Finally, they stopped about 300 meters away from Bison's hideout, where the notorious villain himself was waiting. Standing behind him were Cammy, Juli, and Juni. All still 300 feet tall, just like the other girls.
"Well, well. If it isn't little miss Chun-Li? You've gained some inches since the last time I saw you." Bison said, with an evil smile on his face.
"That's not even funny, Bison. Give up now while you still have a chance!" Chun-Li shouted. Bison was suprisingly able to take the loud voice from the giantess.
"Oh, I'm afraid that would be uncharacteristic of me. And besides, with girls like the ones standing behind me, I see very little chance of you girls winning!" Bison said. Rose stepped forward and looked down at him.
"You are a fool, Bison. Can't you stand and fight yourself instead of relying on innocent girls to do your dirty work!?" Rose said.
"Well, Rose, it's all part of being an evil villain. Now enough chitchat! I must ask though. Are your little friends prepared for battle?" Bison said. The girls turned around to see a large portion of the Shadaloo army gathering up for battle. Chun-Li looked down at Guile and Ken, resting on her right hand, and then up to Ryu, who was still sitting on Sakura's left shoulder.
"Guile! Ken! Ryu! Take care of Bison's ground troops. We'll take out the girls." Chun-Li said.
"All right! Ready to kick some Shadaloo butt, Ryu!?" Sakura asked. Since Ryu wasn't leaning against her ear, he simply gave a thumbs up to her extra-large #1 fan. Ryu, Ken, and Guile were let down towards the ground and they headed off to do battle with the ground army.
"Excellent. Just the way I wanted to see it. Now, prepare to meet thy end. Attack!!!" Bison shouted. With that, Cammy, Juli, and Juni charged for the other giantesses, and the ultimate battle had begun.

Chun-Li used her quick manuevers to dodge Cammy's swift attacks. Most of the battle had involved each of their special attacks.
"Cannon Drill!!!" Cammy shouted. She then flew through the ground in a corkscrew motion. Chun-Li was able to jump over her and crush some trees in the process. She turned around and saw Cammy just now getting up from the spin. She took this opportunity to execute one of her moves.
"Spinning Bird Kick!" Chun-Li shouted. She flipped herself upside-down and started moving forward in a whirlwind-like motion, with her feet sticking out from both sides. Cammy was hit every time one of Chun-Li's feet came around, and when the flurry was over, she tumbled down to the ground. Cammy immediately got back up and started charging towards Chun-Li with her fists out in front. Chun-Li knew that the Spinning Knuckle move was coming, so she got in position to counter it.
As soon as Cammy launched her fist for Chun-Li's stomach, Chun-Li grabbed it and thrusted Cammy beside her. Cammy stumbled, trying to recover her balance, while Chun-Li reared her hands back and thrusted them forward.
"Kikoken!" She shouted. A blue fireball came flying out of her hands, and as soon as Cammy turned around to face Chun-Li, the fireball hit her square in the chest, which knocked her back several feet. But Cammy was again able to get back up and continue her bout with Chun-Li.

Meanwhile, down on the ground at a safe distance away from the giantesses, the other good guys were busy battling the Shadaloo ground troops. Ryu and Ken faced a series of ground troops that were marching towards them.
"What do we do now, Ryu?" Ken asked.
"Let's try our hurricane kick manuever. That's sure to help us tear through this line." Ryu said. They both stepped back and then charged forward before leaping into the air and spinning around with one foot sticking out.
"Tatsumakisenpukyaku!" They both shouted. When their trip through the air was over, almost the whole line of soldiers was down and out. Ryu and Ken gave a thumbs up to each other before they proceeded to take out the next line.

Karin was frantically going after Juli. Her battle with Sakura in Tokyo gave her a set battle plan that would help her out in the event Juli proved to be too strong for her. She decided to use the most of her fists to begin with.
"Hosho!" Karin shouted. She thrusted her right hand towards Juli's stomach, but she leapt out of the way and immediately countered it.
"Sniping Arrow!" Juli shouted. She flew forward the same way Cammy did with her Cannon Drill, but unlike what happened between Cammy and Chun-Li, Karin was unable to dodge this attack and was tripped up by the other giantess. When Juli felt her feet make contact with Karin and then landing on the ground, she immediately got up and performed her next attack.
"Cannon Spike!" Juli said, performing a high rising kick into the air. The right foot made contact with Karin as she crashed down to the ground. But she got back up, wiping the small amount of blood that was dripping from her nose, and immediately countered.
"Arakuma Inashi!" Karin shouted. She delivered a swift blow to Juli's stomach, causing her to fall back in pain. Karin could feel a comeback coming as she waited for Juli to get back up. She then turned to face Sakura.
"Your turn, kiddo!" Karin said.
"All right!" Sakura said. She then ran forward to do battle with Juli. Juli was able to block most of Sakura's physical attacks, but Sakura once again pulled off her surprise attack when Juli attempted to counter.
"Shouoken!" Sakura dashed forward and leapt into the air with an uppercut. Just like with her battle with Karin, the six-punch combo knocked her down instantly.
"Yeah! Not bad. Now get back, and I'll show you how it's done!" Karin said to Sakura. She did just that by backing up and allowing Karin to rejoin the battle.
Meanwhile, on the ground, Ryu had just defeated another Shadaloo soldier, when he noticed a gigantic object come crashing down right in front of him. He quickly realized it to be Sakura's shoe, so he looked up and faced the giantess who was looking down.
"Hey Sakura! Watch where you're going!" Ryu shouted.
"Oops! Sorry about that, Ryu!" Sakura said softly, rubbing the back of her head in embarrassment.

Rose was having the same amount of luck with Juni as Cammy/Chun-Li and Karin/Juli did. Rose started out strong with swift attacks.
"Soul Spark!" Rose shouted. She flung her cape forwards, and a rainbow-colored spark went flying for Juni. Before it could hit her, however, Juni rolled herself into a ball and started to move towards Rose. She quickly unfurled and grabbed Rose's head by the legs.
"Earth Direct!" Juni then started falling for the ground, with Rose's head still trapped in her legs. As they both hit the ground, Rose held her head in pain, but was able to shake it off and counter the attack.
"Soul Spiral!" Rose shouted. She slid forward with a punch while wrapping her cape around her arm like a drill. It didn't have any trouble striking Juni, as she went down for the ground. But she was able to get back up, and she called on Juli for help.
"Juli! Tag team!" Juni shouted. Juli then came running over and stood next to her partner as they prepared for a team attack.
"Death Cross Dancing!!" Both girls shouted. Juli warped behind Rose and started charging for her. Rose looked to the other side to see Juni doing the same thing. Just before both girls could latch onto the giantess, Rose backflipped from the scene, causing the two girls to nearly run into each other. Luckily, they each put the brakes on early enough to keep from colliding, but they weren't prepared for what Rose was about to unleash next.
"Aura Soul Spark!" Rose shouted. She moved the same way she did as the regular Soul Spark, but a much larger and brighter spark came flying at both girls. They were hit and they both fell to the ground in pain. Rose stood over both of them.
"You two shouldn't have to rely on someone as power-crazed as Bison." Rose said.

Up until now, Guile, Ryu, and Ken had been able to defeat many of the Shadaloo army from the ground. Now, they began to have problems fighting them off as they just kept on ganging up on every one of them. But now, it seemed help was on the way. Everyone looked up to see a squad of jets flying through the area. Some of them swooped low to try and throw the Shadaloo force's balance off. Guile's radio started beeping once again, and he picked it up to hear a familiar voice at the other end.
"Guile! Come in!" Charlie said.
"Charlie! What took you so long, buddy?" Guile asked.
"Well, you know how refueling jets can be. Need any help?" Charlie asked.
"Yeah. I think that would be a good idea. I'm heading out of the area." Guile said.
"Roger that. Oh, Guile. I noticed Chun-Li has gained a few inches..." Charlie said. Guile looked back at the ongoing battle between Chun-Li and Cammy.
"More than a few. Just try not to bother her. Focus your men on the ground troops!" Guile said.
"You got it, Guile. Charlie out." He said. Guile then put the radio back in his pocket and looked over to Ryu and Ken.
"Ryu! Ken! Our job is done. Follow me!" Guile shouted. Ryu and Ken heard, and they started running after Guile. Everyone jumped into the military jeep as Guile backed it away from the two battlefields.

With only Cammy left, all four giantesses teamed up on her in order to bring her down. But no matter how many times they knocked her down, she always got back up, tougher than before.
"This is getting weird. She's becoming stronger every time we knock her down!" Chun-Li said.
"It must be the help of the Psycho power. It's feeling her emotions and helping her become stronger." Rose said.
"Is there any way we can stop her?" Sakura said.
"Perhaps if we try a sneak attack, it will weaken her Psycho state!" Karin said.
"We just have to catch a lucky break. When Psycho power is at its highest levels, the user can expect the unexpected without a moment's hesitation." Rose said.
"Well then, we'll just have to become stronger ourselves! Keep fighting!" Chun-Li said.
Just as they ran back near Cammy, she suddenly closed her eyes and leaned down towards the ground. She quickly got back up and started spiraling towards all four girls.
"Spin Drive Smasher!!" Cammy shouted. She made contact with Chun-Li, who was unable to block the move, and the thrusting kick sent Chun-Li backwards into the four girls, knocking all of them to the ground. The girls were slow in getting up, but Cammy was drawing nearer and nearer...

"Katta!!!" a high voice could be heard in the background, and as soon as that happened, Cammy suddenly made a sharp fall towards the ground, like she was hit from behind. As the four girls got back on their feet, they realized that Cammy did indeed get struck from behind. It was yet another 300-foot-tall giantess, with this one wearing a blue wrestling outfit, a mask for her eyes, and two pigtails from her hair. Karin immediately recognized this other girl.
"Mika! Just in the nick of time!" Karin said.
"Hey Karin! I'm surprised to see you've grown as well! Along with some others, and I thought I was the only giantess of the world." Mika said. Sakura stepped forward.
"You must be Rainbow Mika. The one who defeated Zangief last week!" Sakura said.
"Yep. That's me, all right! Though, of course, I'm actually shorter than what you're seeing right now." Mika said.
"If Mika could find that Psycho liquid, anybody can. We've got to hurry and stop Bison before anyone else finds that liquid!" Rose said.
"How are we supposed to do that?" Chun-Li asked. Just then, the group turned around to see Cammy trying to get up.
"Oh no you don't!!" Mika shouted. She grabbed Cammy and held her by the stomach. "Wingless Airplane!" Mika then fell backwards as Cammy took a major hit from the downfall. The girls could actually hear Cammy feeling pain as she limped back over to Juli and Juni, who were still laying at their spot unconscious.
"Whew! Hot shot, Mika!" Karin said.

Meanwhile, back inside the Psycho Drive base, Bison could only watch as his plans were starting to fall apart. His three giantesses were defeated by the giant Chun-Li and her same-sized friends, and his ground army was all but out of commission with Charlie and his squad securing the area.
"No! This cannot be happening! I won't let those brats spoil my plans!!!" Bison said. He started pressing buttons frantically on his control panel. Soon enough, an escape hatch opened from the top of the base, and all the girls watched as Bison tried to get away.
"Until we meet again, Chun-Li!!!" Bison shouted.
"No!!! We have to catch him!" Chun-Li shouted, clenching her fists together. Karin then stepped forward.
"Come on, Mika! I'll give you a lift. Sakura, help me out!" Karin said. Sakura got to the other side of where Karin was standing, and she held her hands out with her. Mika stepped back and got a running start. When she was fast enough, and close enough, Sakura and Karin grabbed a hold of Mika's feet and sent her flying through the air. Bison looked behind him to see the giantess heading right for him.
"Oh no..." Bison said to himself. He tried to speed up his flight, but he ended up getting caught by Mika as both he and she went crashing for the ground. The other girls ran alongside Mika as she got up and brushed the dust from the ground off her body.

"Nice catch, Mika! It makes me glad that the Kanzuki family sponsored you in your fight with Zangief." Karin said.
"Awww... thanks, Karin. You're so kind." Mika said.
"Mika, show me Bison." Chun-Li said. Mika then looked at her large breasts, and noticed him stuck in between them. He was still unconscious. For the moment anyway.
"Whoa! I'd say he got heck of a ride up there." Sakura said, noticing the evil villain wedged in between. Chun-Li held out her right hand to Mika, which was a sign to give him to her. So Mika carefully pulled Bison out from her breasts and laid him to rest on Chun-Li's right hand. A few seconds passed, and everyone could see Bison slowly waking up. When he opened his eyes, he could only gasp at what he was seeing. The face of the giant Chun-Li.
"You've lost once again, Bison. Your girls have been defeated, and there is nothing left of Shadaloo. In fact, you lost the moment I grew to this size." Chun-Li said.
"Yes. You may have won this round, but as long as the Psycho Drive still exists, you can do whatever you want with me, but I will be back, stronger than ever!!" Bison shouted. Rose then stepped in.
"You forget, Bison. Your body can only take so much of the Psycho power." Rose said.
"Yeah, so what?" Bison said. Chun-Li then turned around to see the Psycho Drive statue out into the distance. Bison looked at it, and the evil smile on his face now turned into a completely blank look.
"No... you wouldn't!" Bison said.
"You're about to learn the cost of overestimating your own power. Goodbye, Bison!" Chun-Li said.
"NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Bison screamed. Chun-Li then reared her hand back and tossed Bison directly for the Psycho Drive statue. The closer he got, the more purple he glowed. Finally, a huge explosion ensued as Bison made contact with the statue. Even the giantesses had to shield their eyes from the bright flash of the blast. When it died down, there was nothing. No Bison. No Psycho Drive statue. Thailand was a mess.

"Whoa. You've sure got one killer throwing arm, Chun-Li." Guile said from down on the ground. Chun-Li simply smiled down on him as she rubbed her hands together.
"So, Rose. How are we supposed to return to normal?" Chun-Li asked.
"Oh, don't worry about that. Without the Psycho power, the liquid wouldn't have the energy it needed to feed on. We should reverse back to our normal sizes in a few seconds." Rose said. And sure enough, all the girls (even Cammy, Juli, and Juni) started shrinking back to their normal sizes. Back at normal size, Sakura was especially bummed of the situation.
"Oh darn! Just when I was beginning to enjoy being big!" Sakura said.
"Yeah, me too! I thought it was neat." Mika said.
"Well, I'm so glad to hear both of you had as good a time as I did." Karin said. Ryu, Ken, and Guile walked up to the girls.
"Boy, I'm sure glad to see all of you back to normal. My buddy here wouldn't have been able to take it with so many giant women." Ken said.
"What are you talking about!? One more giant woman and you would've been crying for your master!" Ryu said.
"Awww... look's who talking now." Ken said.
"Never mind. At least we defeated Bison." Ryu said.
"Indeed. Rose, thanks for helping us out. If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't be able to succeed." Chun-Li said, shaking Rose's hand.
"It was my pleasure, Chun-Li. Don't hesitate to search for me if you ever need help again." Rose said.
"Well, we should get going. We'll let the agencies take over from here." Guile said.
"You're right, Guile. We've got a lot of explaining to do back at Interpol, that's for sure..." Chun-Li said.
"Any of you need a lift?" Charlie asked. Chun-Li thought about the times she was a giantess, when nobody had to help her get from one place to another. She could've just simply walked to it.
"Yeah, I think that's a good idea. Bring Cammy, Juli, and Juni as well. We might be able to get some good into them with Bison gone." Chun-Li said. With that, everyone, even the unconscious girls, boarded Charlie's jet as it started to make its way back to Tokyo.
