Ok I havent posted in a long time but this is probably the most 
amazing 
(and unexpected) sighting I have seen. And I want to apologize if 
this has already been posted, Im not entirely sure but I did a quick 
check 
of recent posts so I think I'm the first to find this. Anyway I found

I thought it was modded or fake, but decided to try it and guess 
what? IT WORKS! The idea is you escape the vault as a "Baby" and can 
play the game as such. The thing is, your never actually a baby but a 
small version of your character. 

Tutorial:
Start the game to the point after you read the "Your Special" book. 
As soon as you do, wait by the door and jump through it as soon as 
your dad opens it, then quickly turn around, close the door, and run 
for the next door. You have to stall your dad because as soon as he 
starts talking the door you want to get too will close. It took me 
maybe 30 minutes to get passed that part. I suggest saving at this 
point. 

After that, go down the hallway and go through the open door. Make 
sure you go through the open door before your dad finishes talking. 
After going through the next door you'll fall through the floor and 
into the part where you escape the vault. Escape the vault and try 
not to die. You can not attack at all nor use your pipboy. Exit the 
vault and go to megaton. After talking to Lucas Simms you can finally 
attack and see your character in third person. You may 
also access your pipboy but there is a bug and you can't see the 
screen. If I find a way past this I'll tell you, just dont expect to 
beat the game anytime soon with your character. 

Your character will be about a foot or a foot and a half tall. You 
have great comparisons with other characters (especially the girl 
ones ^^ ) and when you talk to them they'll look down at cute little 
you.

Other things to note

Your character is reletivly slow because the game still thinks your 
still a baby. Also when you press A and arent activating anything 
you'll still go "Dadda" or "Bwabwa" Either way its hilarious. Who 
says the post nuclear apocolypse is all bad?

Anyway enjoy and technically all credit should go too flechett3 who 
made the video...but I doubt he's a gts fan, he just wanted to make a 
speed run for the game.
